This day was nice room was clean. The only thing we didn’t like was there was no lights in one side of the room.

Room was pretty clean but the shower wouldn't turn on. After two calls for maintenance, it took two of them to "fix" it. Next shower, the handle to turn from bath to shower blew off and water came right out of it. Three hours later it was "fixed" again. Same handle. No maid service, they left a bin of towels outside on the walkway. Guess it was self service. Super busy place, parking was next to impossible anywhere near your room. Two mini fridges in the room, one froze everything in it and the other wouldn't get cold enough. Can't say I would stay there again.

This hotel is just okay. It's on a "resort" and offers access to multiple pools however, everyone from the 4 hotels uses the one pool with the hot tub and it will be filled with children. I do not recommend if you are seeking a romantic getaway as adults. Also, it is extremely outdated with electrical issues and smells musty.. The air conditionering units smell of urine from the outside hallway, not inside the room though. There were dirty bathroom items from the previous people that weren't found during cleaning. All in all, I would not recommend if you can afford otherwise, which we couldn't this trip. Parking is also very challenging during busy times especially if you have a larger vehicle.

Not a bad overall stay. They are trying to update alot of areas as it seems. The stairwells and the entrances to buildings have been updated. We stayed in building G and overall it was OK. It's is very much dated and can absolutely use a facelift. Again, some parts have been updated and others not touched. It could've also been much more clean. The rooms duvet cover was a mess with small stains as well as behind the beds. I knew o wasn't staying at the Ritz, but it could've been better cared for. As for amenities they allow you to use 3 or 4 pools throughout their properties. Parking is tough even with all the spots they have. I would probably stay again at the right price, but would prefer a larger unit.
