I didnt read that there was no pool and found the site to be expensive for that, especially in Maine. Also noted there was a $5.00 charge for parking per day. We did get that waived as we read free parking, but in looking further down it did say there would be a $5.00 charge per day. We had rooms next to the freeway and it was loud.

Close to everything in town. 24/7 coffee and water was nice. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Found a piece of chewed gum on the side of the headboard. Breakfast was ok, no fruit so that was a little disappointing. The breakfast area was nice and welcoming though.

There were cockroaches in the room, the towels had poop stains on them, and the bedsheets had hair on them. The shower was also dirty with a lot of hair left over on the walls from the previous person who stayed there...

The room was dirty. The sheets had a brown stain on them. Hair in the shower drain. conditioner was empty. Our neighbors were very loud. I asked for a first floor room and they were very rude and couldn’t accommodate our request which was ok except for the attitude. Breakfast was ice cold and the waffle machine ran out of batter.

We stayed one quick night and it was just okay. Our first impression upon walking into our room was that it was a little dirty. The microwave still had dried food in it and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was mold on our shower curtain and the shower itself was in need of a clean, especially because there was still hairs left on the shower wall from the last guests. We were able to get some sleep but kept waking up became the walls were so thin. Breakfast had some nice options and the staff were pretty friendly. Overall it was just okay and I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable and staff was polite. A couple of issues 1. The tub drains slow so we had to stand in moldy pink water which was incredibly disgusting. 2. There’s no black out curtain so the room doesn’t get dark . 3. Our alarm was set for 6 am…. Which we didn’t check or think to check so we got a wake up call a couple hrs before we wanted to get up. I likely wouldn’t stay again as the bathroom was gross and I barely slept. The alarm going off really ruined the trip. I just wanted to sleep

We stayed two nights. Didn't need much from the hotel except a couple good nights' rest. This was not achieved, as the walls were thin, and everyone who opened a door nearby sounded like they were coming into our room. The people next door on both sides were audible in our room. And, the highway noise woke us up more than once. There was no maid service between nights (we were never asked if we wanted it, nor did we ever say we did not want maid service). The people at the desk were very nice and efficient. No complaints there... it's just that the hotel itself is built cheaply I guess, and it is right next to a loud highway.

We asked for a quiet room. The heating rattles, the fridge rattles, and an intermittent third metallic noise couldn't be identified or located. The noises kept us awake the whole night. The extractor fan in the bathroom doesn't work, so the paint is peeling from the ceiling.

The pictures on the site make it look larger than it is. The room was very small, bathroom was small. There wasn’t a closet just a rack on the wall. TV was small and on a very low dresser hard to watch unless you were sitting up.

The room for a king bed was smaller than I anticipated. The bathroom was very tiny, hardly any room at all. It was like an afterthought putting the bathroom in. Breakfast was okay, the sausage croissant sandwiches appeared to have been there a while as they stuck to the bottom of the dish. The employee working the dining area was very nice, she was attentive to area. Not sure how to fix the sandwich issue. Just not what I thought it would be.

The hotel smelled strongly of some sort of adhesive glue or repair solvent. This smell never did subside. The toilet in my room kept running all day/night (even after I checked under the lid). When I reported this to the front desk, they indicated someone would check on it while I was out. When I returned six hours later, David at the front desk had not yet found a new room for me. It took a long time for him to look away from his computer to solve my problem. They ended up moving me to another room with a rattling air blower. Recommendation: Stay elsewhere.

Fantastic service! I left my glasses in my room after check out, they contacted me once they discovered them, by phone, text, and email! Luckily I was still in the area and could swing back by to pick them up. I was so impressed and greatful for the great customer service, and undertanding how it can be challenging when traveling! Thank you!
