This cabin is surrounded by beautiful nature, but close to shopping, dining and activities. It has everything you need for a great getaway. My family and I appreciated the complementary breakfast items that were provided. And the fridge/pantry has all the extras so you don’t have to drag everything with you. Kelly the owner is very attentive and happy to help if needed. Be sure to enjoy the hot tub and beautiful outdoor views. I didn’t realize how much was within an hour of this quiet little town. There is some great antiquing to be had, with several spots all within a 20 min drive. We can also recommend The Little Venice for great old school Italian food.

The house was great! Had anything and everything you could want for a weekend getaway. It's an on-grid getaway with an off-grid feel. Enjoyed sitting in the outdoor jacuzzi while watching the Deer and other wildlife. Very relaxing!!! As a host, Kelly is very accommodating and available. Definitely look forward to booking with her again.

My siblings and I had a wonderful stay. Kelly was so helpful. The light features (fairy lights!) and decorations were abundant and made the home feel special. The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean. The driveway is tricky - but Kelly gave us excellent instructions and all was good!

We loved our stay at the property. Kelly thought of everything. The house was clean, comfortable and everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed the property with our dog in the snow and the fireplace and hot tub were awesome. Kelly is a great host. Hopefully we will be able to return soon.

Everything was clean and smelled nice when you walked in. Spa-like music was relaxing. The owener was very helpful with check in and made sure everything we needed was there. She was quick to answer any questions we had. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Plenty of space but still had a cozy feel. Hot tub was great after a day of hiking. Location made it easy to get groceries or gas without having to go all the way into town. We chose this place because it was a central location for what we wanted to do. (Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes, Hudson Valley, Cooperstown are all close) Good outdoor spaces in front and back. We really enjoyed the cottage.

Location was great, host was very communicative and accommodating. Cabin was perfect for our needs for a weekend getaway and the place was stocked with anything you could think of. Like impossibly thoughtful in this way. Only challenge was getting into the driveway which is a bit precarious but very much a minor detail in the scheme of things. Would recommend and would visit again.

Pictures cannot show the amazingness of this place. We booked Kelly's place for one night, to get out of the city for my birthday and just unwind in the quiet cozy house and enjoy a bit of nature from the hot tub and just relax!! The Checkin process was flawless. She has almost everything written down with instructions which was very helpful and was available over the phone if we needed something. The place was very warm, and welcoming and cozy and it made my birthday night feel more special then it was which I am very greatfull for!! We got to relax in hot tub with beautiful light show as well as enjoy some star gazing and enjoy the fireplace and the warmth of the house from the living room while watching a movie and talking... Strongly recommend! You will be amazed with the house and welcomness and warmth! We cannot wait to find another reason to book it again :)

This is a great little cabin getaway. The diffusers, fairy lights, and music that was on when we arrived was a nice touch and the variety of bedrooms to choose from was also nice. Our dog Charlie loved the dog shaped food and water bowls and our baby loved playing on the hardwood floors. My wife and I loved the downstairs jacuzzi and outdoor hot tub as well as the provided firewood for the fire pit. 10/10, would go again.

Property was what we expected. Hilly/buggy so tough to do any outdoor activities. A lot of signs/instructions so it was a little overbearing in that regard. Tough to enter the property but it suited our needs. We didn't do much local exploring as we went up for a family members graduation party.

My wife and I enjoyed every moment of this cabin. Kelly made it feel like a home away from home. It felt clean and smelled clean. There were so many little details that just made the place. She added little touches that you could tell she is happy doing what she does. We definitely would stay there again given the opportunity.

The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need. Even had a full propane tank ready to go when the current one ran out. Will stay there again when I'm in the Binghamton area.

Great place. much more spacious than it looks on the outside. Cute reading nook upstairs. Desk in main floor bedroom, makes great space if you need to work. The owner supplies everything you could think of you might need. If you live in the area this would be a great place for a romantic weekend getaway or anniversary celebration. And with the spaciousness of the home and great outdoor space - great place for a family vacation. We plan to return.

Pictures cannot show the amazingness of this place. We booked Kelly's place for one night, to get out of the city for my birthday and just unwind in the quiet cozy house and enjoy a bit of nature from the hot tub and just relax!! The Checkin process was flawless. She has almost everything written down with instructions which was very helpful and was available over the phone if we needed something. The place was very warm, and welcoming and cozy and it made my birthday night feel more special then it was which I am very greatfull for!! We got to relax in hot tub with beautiful light show as well as enjoy some star gazing and enjoy the fireplace and the warmth of the house from the living room while watching a movie and talking... Strongly recommend! You will be amazed with the house and welcomness and warmth! We cannot wait to find another reason to book it again :)

We had a wonderful stay at this absolutely charming home. We celebrated our daughter graduating. The host was unbelievable! She wrote a personal note ,hung decorations and left roses for our daughter! Kelly communicated so clearly and was helpful with any questions or needs.

My family and I appreciated the complementary breakfast items that were provided. And the fridge/pantry has all the extras so you don’t have to drag everything with you. Kelly the owner is very attentive and happy to help if needed. Be sure to enjoy the hot tub and beautiful outdoor views. I didn’t realize how much was within an hour of this quiet little town. There is some great antiquing to be had, with several spots all within a 20 min drive. We can also recommend The Little Venice for great old school Italian food.

The house was great! Had anything and everything you could want for a weekend getaway. It's an on-grid getaway with an off-grid feel. Enjoyed sitting in the outdoor jacuzzi while watching the Deer and other wildlife. Very relaxing!!! As a host, Kelly is very accommodating and available. Definitely look forward to booking with her again.

Everything was clean and smelled nice when you walked in. Spa-like music was relaxing. The owener was very helpful with check in and made sure everything we needed was there. She was quick to answer any questions we had. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Plenty of space but still had a cozy feel. Hot tub was great after a day of hiking. Location made it easy to get groceries or gas without having to go all the way into town. We chose this place because it was a central location for what we wanted to do. (Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes, Hudson Valley, Cooperstown are all close) Good outdoor spaces in front and back. We really enjoyed the cottage.

Property was what we expected. Hilly/buggy so tough to do any outdoor activities. A lot of signs/instructions so it was a little overbearing in that regard. Tough to enter the property but it suited our needs. We didn't do much local exploring as we went up for a family members graduation party.

5 stars isnt a high enough rating. Everything about the house was as described and more! I booked a valentine's day getaway as a surpirse and Kelly reached out to me to see if i wanted anything special for our stay. We ended arranging a beautiful apread of flowers, chocolates, and champagne but she was willing to arrange more. If we had any questions or problems, she was quick to respond. I would highly recommend stay at this property.
