Remarkable housekeeping.. helpful and friendly staff… coolest pool and hot tub around.. conveniently located off the highway.. close to shopping and eating attractions.. walking distance to Aroma’ Joes😍 during our last visit we forget a couple of important personal items in our room but with one call the hotel shipped us our belongings.. my family’ favorite hotel! Best Western Merry Manor has never failed us. The kids AND adults in our party can’t wait to return😍

Terrible because the check in system was down. No one could check in and when I wanted to cancel my reservation they couldn’t do that and had to write my info on a post it note. Hopefully it has been canceled since I stay at another hotel.

Room was clean, lobby very nice with Coffee 24/7, cold drinks to purchase & small conveniences. Tons of kids, great place for parents. Not so great for adults as hot tub was full of kids all the time. An adults only hot tub hour would be nice! Breakfast was a zoo. Food was fine.

Room was clean and breakfast was good however there were two basketball teams and a cheerleading team all staying at the hotel, the chaperones were not around a whole lot as the basketball teams were playing in and out of the pool and then jumping into the hot tub we were in jumping on us and splashing us and then using the handicap chair lift at one point there were about 15 to 18 teens in the hot tub with us. Some of the kids were respectful while others were not, kids were running around the hotel well until after 1230am playing ding dong ditch. Normally we haven’t had any issues before with our stay but this time it was much worse and sleeping was an issue. Normally im not a karen about this but this was beyond frustrating.
