Pool was not working, had no idea prior to booking, asked the front desk where the pool was located, they said it was down for the day, that’s how I found out hotel was understaffed, front desk was not very friendly. Only one bar tender working.

Hair in multiple “clean” towels, mold in the shower, ceiling peeling in the shower, shower head not working properly, and no toilet paper when we arrived. This is a 2 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star hotel.

The room had a smell, the room was dirty. No extra toilet paper, ran out at 2am in the morning. Went and took a shower and No body wash, the container was empty. Housekeeping definitely didn’t do their job in that room. Over by the window was a layer of dirt and dust. Not the cleanest room, the bathroom could use a deep cleaning as well.

Rooms are surface clean only, someone else's toothpaste splatter was on the bathroom counter, grit and mold in the tub area, dirt and dust accumulation on the carpets. While maid service was requested, it was not received. As I was early for check in, I sat in the reception area. Front desk staff was curt with many of the guests, turning them away from check in before 3 PM, rather brusquely I might add, without checking the computer to see if the rooms were ready. I saw no one in management, or at least no one dressed professionally enough to be considered a manager, my entire stay. Overall, I am very disappointed with this Double Tree by Hilton and will not be returning.

Avoid at all cost!! Dirty… Unvacuumed floors, unclean bathroom, limited towels, no soap, previous occupants hair on the toilet. This DoubleTree was THE WORST. Shame on Hilton! The two people at the front desk were pushed to their limit with limited cleaning staff. Fortunately, I was moved to another room but that was barely better. Immediately had to go to the Dollar Tree and buy flip flops, disinfectant spray and cleaning wipes. And as a departing gift they added an $8 “gift shop food fee” that wasn’t mine. I called to ask for it to be removed and was told “It must be yours, if we charged the room” and then connected to accounting to leave a voicemail. HORRIBLE!!!

There was dried blood on the walls next to the bed and splattered on the picture hanging there. There was no shower soap in the bathroom only bar soap. There’s also no way to close the curtains over the big windows. There’s only a lacy curtain that covers the window. Then around one in the morning there was fighting and what sounded like people destroying dumpsters in the parking lot adjacent to the building. For the amount of money you pay for a room, I expected it to be clean, have working window coverings, soap in the bathroom and at least continental breakfast. I was wrong.

Double room was very spacious. But the "separate bedroom" had a wall with a large walk-through opening into the sitting area. No closed wall, no closable door. So the person who went to bed early did not have a quiet, dark room for sleeping, since the other person was up with lights on in the sitting area.

For the price the room was outdated, bathroom needs reno. We stayed in the West tower on the 6th floor, right next to the highway. All night you could hear the cars passing by. No blackout curtains.

The evening check-in desk clerk was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. He verified with housekeeping that our room was ready, gave clear instructions to the room, made sure my rewards membership was counted, provided a fresh cookie and provided access to refreshments. Also, a poly pillow because the large room had only fancy down pillows.

When i checked in i was given the wrong room number and when I went up to the room someone was already in there. This was a very embarrassing situation. Then I was given another room and that one was also taken. The front desk staff did not even apologize or anything even though i had to go down twice to get the situation rectified. Wow! Looks like this owner answers poor reviews nicely- and then does nothing. Do not expect this hotel to be like a Hilton- in anyway. Never did see a housekeeper. Towels are a “ luxury “ and you must ask for them at the front desk, as we also had to ask for shampoo and conditioner. This kind of hotel can really wreck a vacation. I heard the Holiday Inn was great. Bar staff was great as complimentary ride to airport. Beds were wonderful. $375. a night ? Really?

This hotel was very close to the airport, which was convenient. The toilet in our room did not flush and the noise from other guests was loud late at night. Two of the front desk staff were very helpful. However, two of our three rooms were not ready on time and a third front desk person was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to check in.

Was given a handicap room and I am not handicap. First room deadbolt would not lock. Someone tried to fix but couldn’t. Switched to another room, handicapped also, deadbolt would not lock. I ended up moving furniture and my luggage by the bed to act as a lock. The bathroom had no hand soap by the sink nor any body wash in the shower. The bottle was attached to the wall so i assumed it had some in it. The lamp on the desk did not work. Overall, not worth $214 maybe a motel 6 price.

My stayed there for it was supposed to be four night Stayed three nights no one ever came in and cleaned our executive suite never made the bed ran out of one roll of toilet paper. I had to call for new towels and more toilet paper and they brought two towels and no one spoke English. I had to talk into their phone to communicate will not be staying here again.

Great location, there's a crosswalk to the mall across the street and lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Clean and comfortable rooms, given warm cookies upon check in. Nice place and friendly service!

Good- conveniently located. Lots of close shopping. Many food options close by. Parking. Pretty cheap. Bad- pool is absolutely disgusting there was clumps of hair touching us and fake eyelashes floating by. Pool water was also really cold. Elevator was past inspection date and a sketchy ride to the 5th floor. They also charge 13.50 for breakfast buffet which would be fine if the buffet was anything more than a normal free continental breakfast. Overall will not return to this property

... good location, short (15 min) drive to Old Port and Harbor, close to airport, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of parking. ... hotel common areas a bit dated, restaurant was not open for lunch, bar menu selections for wine were limited to "would you like red or white" (only one bar option offered for each).

Restaurant and Bar under construction and when open at different depressing location, closes at 9:00 pm!! transportation from hotel by taxi has to be self organized, staff refused to call a cab as the destination (bus terminal) is further away than one mile.......!!
