Handicap accessible room. Two lights in entry of room were burned out. The “germ-safe” remote was locked with closed captioning on. Tub not ideal for elderly. Hot tub was old and not clean. Safety rail to hot tub was loose and the lift to get in is rusty.

My feet stuck to the carpet in the room. I don't think they have ever been cleaned. The hot tub was not very hot, some of the jets didn't work, and the vent near the hot tub was really dirty causing the area to have an odd smell.

The rooms were super clean. The pool and hot tub were both very clean. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast variety. We were very happy with our stay here.

Heavy cologne scent to cover the smell of the room. Mold on bed skirts. Hair and other debris in corners. Air conditioning unit was filthy. My white socks were black after walking around the room. Walls were dirty. Very unhealthy for anyone to stay in room. Bedding smelled terrible.

I think the hotel must have flooded at some point. There is a creek that runs next to it. The rooms SMELLED. We tried a couple different rooms and they both reeked of mildew and had visible mold on the wall. Thank god we were only there for one night because I could not have stayed any longer than that.

Walking around in the room with clean socks, my socks were black . Carpet nasty. It smelled awful throughout the hallway. The grounds were terribly and needed mowing and keeping up flowerbeds and the whole grounds. Won’t stay at that one again . Pay to much money for it to be that dirty! Question is, will something be done about it or takes under the carpet????

The bathroom smelled like urine-strong odor of urine. Not sure if they clean under sink. Wash the shower curtain please. Bedspread stained. "Sitting" chair in room had numerous "suspect" stains all over it!!!

We were greeted by an amazing front desk worker but the greatness ended there. The room was filthy. There were splatters on bathroom walls, hand prints on doors, scum on the sink, dirty bedding, moldy fridge, it was disgusting. I will never stay here again.

The window in our room was broken, concern that it could have cut someone. Lamp shade was old and cracking, some material was missing. Overall the room and bathroom were clean, some mold in the bathroom. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

This was a quick stop on our way through. It was clean, the sheets were comfortable, the bed average, we ended up with a noisy room, next to the elevator. Maybe down the hall would not have been so noisy. They had a buffet breakfast that was not really stocked. I went down at 9am. So maybe try earlier. Lots of parking, ice machine worked and it does have a laundry. Dollar general next door for snacks and fuel across the street. We did not use pool, but seen many headed there every time we were in elevator.

There was no one at the front desk, had to pick up a phone to get someone to check us in. T.V. remote was very strange and very hard to operate. It had no numbers on it so had to figure out how to get the guide to come up and was difficult to even figure that out. Room smelled musty.Wouldn't stay there again.

Property was dirty. Once past the lobby, from the elevator, through the halls, and our room was musty, to the point of smelling like cigarettes. Even saw a partially eaten apple that was starting to rot on the ice machine. It was still there when we checked out the next day. When we told them about it, they were not concerned in the slightest. Hot tub was one of the big reasons we chose this hotel but when we got there we found it to be in very poor shape and it did not work properly or get hot. Staff was unhelpful and not concerned with any of the issues we addressed. When told about it, they claimed to have just fixed it two days ago. Wish I could upload the pictures we took. One million percent not worth the money, at all, even if the hot tub did work.

Staff failed to respond to a siren like sound emitting from the refrigerator that kept us awake a good part of the night. The hair dryer worked intermittently. Additionally they would not check us in early even though our room was ready. We could pay 25 dollars and they would check us in.

The gentleman at the check in desk was fantastic. He explained everything about the place, how everything worked and what was expected of us and of our dog. In the morning the gentleman setting up the breakfast arena was very helpful and accommodating. Great place to stay.

Maybe bring your own towel? My daughter went to the front desk to ask for towels (there were only two in our room) and she was told to wait for housekeeping. We were on a schedule, so I returned to the front desk to ask again, and was told to just find housekeeping in the hotel and ask. The next day, all our used towels had been removed (and not replaced). This time my husband left to search for towels. The staff was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed.

The breakfast was better than we've had in a motel possibly ever. The sausage gravy was well made and good. Yogurts were offered. A good variety of bread items. Nice, clean room, plenty of room. Good enough for a couple of days. Priced accordingly.

Not the cleanest hotel we ever stayed in. Had to ask the clerk to come up and clean our mirror, which was terribly spotted. The sheets and pillow cases did not look fresh, although we did not find hair or anything in them. The wall covering in the bathroom was peeling and it was poorly lit. We did not bother taking a shower there. The food was slightly above average for hotel breakfasts but again not sure about the cleanliness. Coffee was flat bad. Worse than instant.

At 6:30, no one was around, and no one answered to my calls. There was No breakfast. The worker showed up and told me it didn’t start until 6 am (at 7:10). Then he sat non responsive for a minute and then told me he could start breakfast in ten minutes.

First of all they only allowed 2 very small small bath towels that were very rough not soft if all. Also the breakfast was ok. We went down around 7;45am and they were close to being out of things and the biscuits were maybe the size of a half dollar and the sausage gravy was about gone. Not the best breakfast. One good and nice thing, they did let us check in early which was very nice. Not the best experience but was hard to find a room at a decent price
