Imtravelocity told us that there was t queen beds with a hot tub in room. Turns out all rooms with 2 beds don’t have hot tubs. The manager on duty was kind enough to give us a hot tub room anyways. Great service. Pool area is being repaired but still worked OK. Rest of hotel was nice and clean. The hot tub in room made it a good deal for us

This is a staple in our stay at Hannibal. With the coffee shop & restaurant near by the location is awesome! Safe. Quiet. Secluded. Awesome pool & bar. Big patio with scenery. This is a central location. We continue to stay here & have always enjoyed it

There is a lot of work in various rooms in the hotel when we stayed. The hot tub was over flowing and it was very dark in the swimming area. The most concerning were the large patches of what looked like black mold on the ceiling.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was dirty. The hot tub was a bit cloudy and not very warm. I don't understand why they allow children in diapers in the hot tub. I chose this hotel because of the hot tub but refused to use it unless it was cleaned which did not happen the 3 days we were there.

The room was comfy but the bathroom wasnt clean. The breakfast was good. The pool was dirty and had stuff floating in the pool and you couldnt smell any chlorine in the water. The hot tub was brown and disgusting. They also had no towels clean.

It felt dingy and had just an musty smell throughout the halls and even in the room. The room had wear an tear on furniture that was probably due for replacement. The staff was nice, especially after the first room we went to had other guests things still in there (we didn't even check in until 7pm). The pool was large but the chlorine was so much that it caused irritation to eyes and breathing. The breakfast offered lots of options and the space tidy.

The sheets and bathroom were clean. But the room smelled like cigarette smoke and was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The comforter on the bed was questionable. It had numerous stains on it so it was hard to tell if it was actually clean. The furniture was badly worn. Overall, it wasn’t a relaxing experience but it was a place to sleep.

The lobby and service were nice. But, nothing else. We stayed in room 340 which must have been a former smoking room. It reeked of smoke. The carpet floors were covered in pet hair and styrofoam balls. The furniture was beat up and covered in grease spots. The air conditioner was very loud. And the view was of a garbage dumpster and roof top complete with a dead bird. We passed on breakfast fearing the cleanliness of the place. Even the floors at breakfast were super stick. Gross!

The room did not appear clean. Many of the items in the room were damaged and stained. There was graffiti under the coffee table and what appeared to be dried vomit on a lampshade. Toothpaste and ashes were smeared on the curtains. The windows were unlocked when we arrived and the room could have been accessed from the roof. The tub jets didn't work. The alarm clock was broken. The pillows were no larger than a throw pillow or extremely flat. The elevator seemed on its last leg as it buzzed incessantly even while stepping on quickly and slammed down the ground floor. The bar area is located near the lobby and several rooms and was filled with people being very loud until very late. The hallways and exterior of the hotel reeked of marijuana even though they boast a $250 cleaning fee for smoking. If you want to party in Hannibal, this is your hotel, if you're traveling with a family- stay elsewhere.

The room had a mildew smell in it but that we survived. Went to breakfast and not a good experience. NO juice, coffee ran out, food was not cooked properly (biscuits were NOT cooked through), eggs were cold, yogurt was warm. I felt sorry for the front staff as they had to tell customers it was "supply issues" for the lack of food. The cook came out a couple times and was on his phone the whole time. I looked back in the kitchen, looking for someone, and it was horrible!!! FILTHY. Boxes thrown all over the floor, microwave was upside down on the floor, just total disarray.... I would not recommend until it is fixed up and staff can handle guests...

The pool area had no towels and the pool was dirty. Windows in pool area had mold on them. Our bed smelled like someone left the sheets in the washer for days and didn’t rewash them. The shower only had Luke warm water if you turned it more than half way it shut the water off. Ugh..it just wasnt a great experience for us.

Hotel was mostly good. Was given a special needs room with easy bathroom access. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Room had a decent bed (although mattress was somewhat "firm"). Pillows were in need of replacement. Otherwise everything was good.

The rooms were large. However, because it 2as large, it was difficult to read anything such as the heat/ac settings without using my phone because every light in the main room was a dim cfl bulbs that have individual twist knobs. I’d have been lost without my flashlight. The television in the room could not have been any larger than 32”, which was terribly small to watch a hockey game. The front desk told me all the rooms hav3 the same size tv. A very average hotel, at a premium price.

Business room was quite nice. The fridge and built-in table are around a corner from the bed, making it easy to work without disturbing the spouse. The room has a nice wide bathroom with enough space to allow easy walking around the bed. The negative... the room is so 20th century; nothing in the room supported USB charging and there were few places to plug in chargers or laptop charging cords. Nice place to visit but don't forget to bring your extension cords and USB wall warts.

The TV user interface is clearly a work in progress as is the WIFI. The Youtube and Google applications did not work and neither did the casting app. Otherwise the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good but not remarkable.

1990’s style Hotel. The hotel had great staff from the front desk to the breakfast staff. But the room had holes in the wall next to the TV with toilet paper in it and the bath room door. The coffee machine when opened ants escaped; so I opted to get my second cup from the breakfast facility again. Bigger pillows would have made our sleep better. They were half the size of a normal pillow.

I was double charged because of a system glitch. Was told they couldn't refund it and that I would have to dispute it with my bank "if " it went through (it did). We paid for the room with a hot tub and the hot tub was so damaged, we could not use it. The room smelled and was dirty. Stains on the blanket, pillows smelled like sweat. We felt gross staying there and never got comfortable. They did give me a partial refund on the stay but yet I still have the second double charge still. Did I mention this was our wedding anniversary as well. Thanks for ruining our night and first stay in Hannibal! Can I please get my refund now?

Staff were very friendly. Checkin was a breeze. What started out to be a quiet relaxing evening with my wife turned into a nightmare. At 11pm i heard water dripping, almost running, in our room. I got up to investigate and found water running down from the ceiling in multiple places in our room. I dressed and went to speak with the desk person about moving to a different room. Hotel staff investigated and found that the person(s) in the room above us had let the tub overflow flooding the room above ours and subsequently running down into our room. The hotel staff quickly moved us to another room and they were very apoplectic for the inconvenience. On Monday I received a phone message from the manager, Lisa, who apologized again and said that she would adjust my bill giving me a gracious discount on our room rate. I was extremely impressed that Quality Inn manager had called me before I could make a call to her. Good job Quality Inn and your manager Lisa.

Two night stay to explore the town. The room was excellent. Breakfast decent. After our stay we realized we forgot a baseball cap in our room. Friendly staff answered the call when we called to ask about it. But no one would call us back. Called again, same experience. We felt dismissed. No effort was made to value us after our stay.

My room didn’t have a remote control for the tv. There was no drain cap in the tub. When asked the front desk for assistance, the said they couldn’t do anything. They said a manager wouldn’t either. They said a manger would contact me. No one ever did.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very nice and breakfast was very good with many choices. The only thing that we didn’t like much was that the properly is away from the rest of town and out of the way so not exactly convenient. We would stay there again.

It was a beautiful place to stay. The only problem was our GPS took us to Hannibal Lake where apparently there is a place with the same address. This was extremely frustrating as we'd been traveling all day. Took us on a narrow blacktop road and then a gravel road. Called the motel and they said it was in town by the hospital. The person behind us checking in was also directed to Hannibal Lake!

It was a little out of the way to get to, but was clean and comfortable. The man at the desk recommended the restaurant next door and it was an excellent choice. The room was clean and comfortable, but it took awhile to get hot water to the third floor. Breakfast was good bed was comfortable.

One of the worst morning breakfast offerings I've ever experienced! tiny coffee cups; Splenda not offered; dry, overdone scrambled eggs; dry, hard sausages; dismal lighting; bread that you toast yourself (lines); out of doughnuts; weird pastries, etc., etc. Room was fairly nice but skip breakfast. Total experience: hotel room OK, morning breakfast is a no-go.

We went down for morning breakfast as advertised it was included, and to be honest one of the reasons we frequent this hotel during our travels. There was a staff member cleaning the area and we were informed the cook didnt show up so there wouldnt be any breakfast anytime soon. The staff member at the front desk didnt even realize the situation and after notifying him of the situation his response was, "well you booked it online somyou got a good deal".

After a 14 days itinerary on the South-West driving home, we stoped in Hannibal, MO to visit the town and enjoy a Mark Twain Cruise on the Mississippi. It was the first time we stayed at a Choice Hotel. Ive chosen Quality Inn & Suites because the good reviews. And the reviews were true. I was impressed how beautiful and well preserved is this property. Huge lobby, clean and pleasant. They have even a Bar. FD people and Breakfast person were amazing. We had the best Breakfast in 14 days. The owner, a young man, I'm sorry I don't recall his name, was extremely polite and pleasant. As a former General Manager for Marriott and IHG I was realy impressed of this property. Congratulations to all of you! You are doing a great job! Thank you.

We always stay at this hotel when driving to visit our daughter. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is typical of hotels: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, fruit, waffles, juice, milk, yogurt. The restaurant on site is an easy walk and super delicious.
