Days Inn by Wyndham Jefferson City

This hotel was sufficient for a one-night stay, but no frills. The pool & hot tub were operational, but the pool area is very small. When we arrived, there was a group in the hot tub occupying the 2 small tables, so we had to place our belongings in a corner next to a trash can & hope they wouldn't get wet. Don't expect lounge chairs. Our beds were quite comfy, but the room was extremely plain. No pictures on the walls, no wall mirror outside the bathroom, no closet with a bar for hanging clothes, & no plastic bag for laundry. There were small tubes of shampoo & conditioner, but no lotion. The lighting in our room was dim. We opted to remove the lamp shades on the bedside lamps to provide enough light to play cards. They could have used an additional lamp on the desk/table. That being said, the room met our needs. There was a mini fridge with a freezer portion that actually kept our ice packs frozen overnight. There was a microwave & coffee pot, plus a TV with remote control. Though the corridors had a strong unpleasant floral smell, the room did not. Breakfast was adequate, but there is little seating. We had to wait for other people to finish before we could sit down. Also, it was surprising that the hotel did not have automatic doors at the main entrance. This would help when trying to maneuver a luggage cart in & out. Overall, no major complaints, just not as nice as what we're used to. We would probably try a different hotel next time.

The pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance and I was planning on swimming if I had time.

Pool and Spa very good. Breakfast was outstanding. Had a problem with the back door opening.

Our family of 6 had to reserve 2 rooms to fit. Price was good. Road noise was bad for the room facing the street. Beds were fairly comfy. Hotel has not been updated in many years. Breakfast was adequate but no protein option. Parking was adequate but very tight. Fencing around property had razor wire so area appears unsafe at night. Staff was professional and courteous.

Staff checking in/out were very nice, room was clean and bed was nice but could easily hear noise happening around throughout the night. Breakfast was set up amazingly with warm sausage & eggs, make your own waffles, and other options. Some things needing repairs here and there and hot tub was out of order.

Unfortunately the pool wasn't functional.

Everything was nice but they advertise a hot tub and it was broken and there was no repair date. It looked like it had been broken for a while.

It would’ve been nice to now in advance the indoor pool wasn’t available. That was one of the reasons for booking at this place so my grandson could go swimming while we were here. Very disappointed!!

Unfortunately we packed up and drove home at 1 a.m. because of BED BUGS!!!! To me that's the Worst!!! Loud a.c. & outdated I can deal with ..but BED BUGS NOOOO WAY! They did not charge ofcourse but I would not take another room there !

Two star review. This establishment needs major renovations and upgrades inside and out. You get what you pay for. I called to notify management that I had bites from bed bugs and was brushed off. I was told in a defensive manor “we have receipts from recent pest control treatment” and immediately mentioned I wouldn’t receive a refund. I simply and genuinely called to notify them for future travelers and not looking for a refund. Their defensive tone does not negate the fact that bed bugs may still be present but genuine customer service would’ve offered a partial refund (if not full) and assured me, a frequent stayer at this location, that they’d address the issue immediately. I will not be staying at this location again and would not recommend you do either. The rooms are dingy, dirty, extremely outdated and not cared for. Sometimes when one is simply staying for sleep only, these things can be overlooked but being brushed off for bed bugs is unacceptable. I’ve stayed here for three nights a week for the last three months and would not recommend staying here due to the quality of service, cleanliness of rooms, and now having an allergic reaction to bed bugs all over my entire body.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The floors were nasty, the bottoms of our feet were black from walking across the room floor. I woke up the next morning with a cockroach in my bag that had only been on the floor for less than 15 minutes. The hotel is in horrible shape.

Well, it's manageable for a quick overnight. However, I can tell the hotel has sustained significant water damage over the years and there was a very strong mildew scent in our room. Otherwise, the internet was solid, bed was comfortable, pool small, but useable. I would never stay here for longer than a night due to allergies from the mildew/mold, but would stay here again for just an overnight.

Our room had a very bad moldy smell. I woke up with a terrible headache. It was super dirty end of bed by wall. I am allergic to mold and it was not a good experience. I feel like i should get a refund or even some money refuned.

Shower surrounding looked like it had mold all around.

Check in at the hotel was smooth and the hosts were very friendly. However we were placed in a room that appeared to be in the middle of a remodel. Parts of the room appeared to be new such as the entry tile and the furniture. However the carpet was not only old and stretched but dirty around the edges. This would have been acceptable, however it appeared that the bathroom tub had not been cleaned. My wife wasn't sure if somebody had tried to dye their hair red in the shower or if somebody had been murdered there. There were red stains on the tub and the shower curtain. The disappointing part is that most of the stains actually washed away while she was taking her shower which would indicate that they had not been cleaned before we got the room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked well and was quiet. The breakfast was better than I would have expected, but lacked fresh fruit.

We stay here every time we are in Jefferson City because it's always clean and comfortable.

Overwhelming stink of fragrance in lobby and wafting down halls.

Nice motel, showing a little age but it was clean and we weren’t worried about getting our car broke into or having any issues at the motel. Staff was nice and no issues. We were on bottom floor and parking lot was a little noisy on first night, but second night was quieter. We would stay there again!

I've stayed at Days Inn many times. This visit, I was very impressed with the updates. Beautifully done, with new beds, bathroom, stool, shower; new lighting fixtures, mirrors, seating, tile in entryway and bathroom (very nice feature), and lastly, beautiful carpet. I always find it quiet at the end of the evening, making sleeping enjoyable.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last several years and it has been remodeled and is very nice. We were pleasantly surprised at the new rooms! The price was great and the rooms are amazing!

Everything was very clean beautiful walk in shower. Comfortable bed and spacious room. we will use Days Inn again.

Horrible room service carpet was dirty and wet lot of construction being done never could find anyone working the front desk for over 3 hrs

The staff there was horrible they were really disrespectful and just made up rules as they went along versus actually what's in the handbook I love breakfast was not very good and very few things to choose from I asked for a refund they would not accommodate even though they told me I could not be outside smoking when they're building is a non-smoking building don't most people go outside to smoke in that case

Very friendly and clean. They were very attentive to our needs.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. I was in town for a funeral and had no place to go until 1:00pm so they granted me a late check-out time of 12Noon. Very helpful!

I booked, paid for and reserved a room online that is non refundable for any reason and the front desk guy denied me my stay because I am a resident of this town. He was not helpful and basically told me I was screwed.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Fresh clean carpet smell...didnt smell old or mildew ..parking was good, staff wasnt always pressenbut ring the bell and they are right there ...

It’s a basic hotel that was ok. It is kind of dated, especially in the restroom. It is more affordable than other hotels. It’s easy on and off the highway access.

Hotel was clean and front desk folks were friendly. Hotel is not in a very good location. Not near anything. We had VERY noisy neighbors and had to get hotel to ask them to quiet down.

Our room was in decent shape, but don’t get your hopes up on the “free” breakfast. I’ve had plenty of these freebies before and theirs truly was sub par. Burnt, dried out and a total lack of variety (even for the shelf stable items).

Under renovations when we were there but i hope there were big plans for renovations. Carpet needed replaced but pool was ok. Breakfast was barely ok. But everyone got a great night's sleep. There were 4 of us.

Sounded like a herd of elephants on the floor above us most of the night. Poor breakfast selection consisting of all carbs, no protein..
