We spilt some water on the floor went to wipe it up. And the wash cloth was just black with dirt. We informed the manager of it and she totally blew us off. Go down for breakfast the next morning and find out you have to pay for it. We were then charged $75 for our small puppy. We were not informed of this hidden charge. We'll never stay at this hotel or chain of hotels again.
