Fairfield Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Airport

Site shows they offer an airport shuttle which was why we picked it. When we called them they said they no longer offer the shuttle. Then remove it from your website. False advertising and it cost us about $40 in uber transport

Any hotel with “Airport” in its name—like Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Airport—should offer an airport shuttle. When I asked the front desk what time the shuttle ran in the morning, the clerk reacted as if it were an unusual question. Instead, I was told that Uber or Lyft were the best options. Had I known there was no shuttle, I would have avoided the $25, 3-mile Uber ride and chosen a nicer hotel that actually provides one. Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Airport should reconsider using “Airport” in its name, as it doesn’t offer a key service travelers expect. And Marriott—your branding is prominently displayed at the front desk—this experience doesn’t reflect well on your name.

Basic accommodations. Clean, friendly staff. No complaints.

The hotel is as expected from the Marriott group. The big advantage is free car parking. Otherwise the property was very pleasant and comfortable.

Great no nonsense stay. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff was helpful. The parking lot was clean.
