Perfect place for what we needed: easy access from airport, easy parking, clean, quiet and comfortable, restaurant walking distance across the street, average morning breakfast. We even used the excellent gym before heading out to Philadelphia. Don’t expect much character, but it was just what we needed for our arrival day before heading out for the rest of our trip. Thank you.

The hotel in general was not bad. Had the new standard of $150 holding charge on your room for incodentals, which can take however long to be credited back to you, BUT one thing that wasnt notated before my reservations is you have to pay $12.00 for you to park your vehicle in their parking lot while you stay there. Had i known that, i would not have made resrvations there and gone elsewhere.

It was ok,nice area. I'm not able to upload photos of stained linen that looks like blood, soap tray that wasn't cleaned before setting clean wash cloths on, also spider webs hanging from bottom of vanity. Why didn't I report it, didn't use the wash cloths and prayed there were no spiders in web, also didn't see the stained linen until my second night to stay, so I just removed linen from the bed. Since I'm not able to share photos, I'm speaking on these things now, but definitely would love to share photos.

Great comfortable beds! Large spacious rooms! Lots of towels! Absolutely loved the included breakfast!!!!! Abraham was excellent with his customer service! Only downfall I asked for more conditioner for the bathroom and that was never stocked up other than that excellent! Oh and we had to kill a large spider in the room nothing major!! Besides the conditioner 10/10

Stayed for a concert at Lincoln Financial Field and everything was so smooth loved the space got the double queen bed very clean and comfy great ac for the summer and a nice samsung tv.

Bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Very clean. A few issues, coffee lids didn't fit cups, pillow case on 1 pillow was stained, fridge was extremely cold ( froze my items).

For the quality of the facility overall and the room, the price was extremely reasonable. We felt that the room design was very well thought out and especially appreciated the large and immaculate bathroom with its spacious vani ty and extra towels. Everything was clean and resulted in a very comfortable stay: the mattress and bedding, desk, rug, amount of lighting, wall-to-wall carpeting. I forgot my toothbrush and the young lady at the front desk cheerfully provided one for me. The hot breakfast was excellent.

I arrived around midnight for my stay and was given a room on the first floor and an accessible room at that - it was very dated/worn, although clean, and a little noisy being right off the highway/near the airport. The second night I requested to be moved to a higher floor/non-accessible room and was accommodated - this was a MUCH better experience.

I booked in advance but, when I arrived at the hotel, the room was occupied. I got 2.5 hours of sleep an got up at 5:00 am to catch a 8:30 am flight. I was very disappointed with the service and was unable to speak to a manager.

I accidentally booked the wrong location. The agent at the hotel was very rude. She was short and snippy with her responses. Hotels.com was going to allow me to change locations, to another Fairfield inn, but the HOTEL would not. She seemed To take pleasure in the fact that she could not help. The hotel itself was nice convenient to airport but there was a drag racer out side for a good hour racing up and around hotel after 11pm. It just added to my disappointment.

I arrived at midnight for my pre-paid, pre-checked in reservation to be told that there were no available rooms. The clerk gave me a letter stating that the hotel would cover the cost of a room at a different nearby hotel, but there were no directions for how to be reimbursed. The entire experience was terrible.

Everything seemed good to start and then there was a pop-up road rally next door in the abandoned PNC parking lot and the noise levels were over the top! I had planned an early night for an early flight and couldn’t believe my ears. When I called the front desk they acted like there was nothing unusual going on and that the police would eventually be called. It’s a shame because this property is well-located for Phila airport flights. I will not chance going back there again.

Hotel in a bad area and next door to a run down extended stay. My vehicle was broken into and stole thousands of dollars worth of stuff and the police reported this is a common occurrence there. Hotel has no security cameras for the parking lot.

Easy access to 95. Beds were comfortable. Dining area cramped; breakfast buffet area too narrow wth guests moving thru to tables, other people waiting in line abd children running around. We grabbed a yogurt and bagel and hurried back to our room to eat.

Very comfy bed, clean, don’t really hear planes unless you listen for them. Our room had 3 sets of towels for 4 people, and one sheet had a stain that looked like someone drooled on it in their sleep, but Abraham at the front desk was appropriately horrified and apologetic and gave me a clean one (I insisted on changing it myself). So I was on the lookout for other cleanliness issues, but didn’t find any. Very good breakfast, lots of options. The gym was well equipped.

Our first night, the TV didn’t work until about midnight. The girl at the front desk didn’t seem to care and just said that she’d need to talk to her manager. The setup for breakfast wasn’t well-organized which created crowds in a corner. The woman over the food seemed to hide in the back and didn’t keep things stocked. The milk was gone, the utensils were gone, the food containers were empty and she just seemed to hang out in the back. It was pretty disappointing.
