Hotel was great. Airport shuttle service was sub par. Both times we needed to use it, they did not have room. Being on a timeframe with flights, that is not helpful. We had to use Uber from the airport and back to the airport. Disappointing.

The hotel needs some major updates and repairs. The pool was not useable while we were there. The parking was a little high priced. The entire hotel needs some major updates. Carpets in the rooms need replaced. There needs to be small frigs in all rooms.

The AC/Heat did not respond to any adjustments. The bathroom smelled like someone was smoking in there for days, and the room was directly beside the elevators, so all we heard was the elevators going up and down all night. Not sure if all the rooms are like this, but Room 538 was horrible.

While I have never had to do this before, I feel inclined to be honest. I think it’s imperative to share that we had to deal with a dust filled room, a dirty bathtub, rust on the fixtures in the bathroom, peeling wallpaper, a ac/heat and blew out an oder and we couldn’t adjust the temperature (the outside temp was 32 degrees at the time), an egregious $200 deposit on top of what it cost to stay there for two days, and to make matters worse…I had to pay to park for two days. We didn’t get clean towels, either…which we shouldn’t have to ask for. While checking out, the staff was not only NOT polite but I wasn’t even asked how our stay ended up being for us. This was truly one of the absolute worst hotel experiences I’ve had in my life and there are pictures to provide evidence of my claims.

Looked like their was dried up blood on the comforter, rust on the floor of the tub, shower water pressure was in and out as if their were multiple people using water. No trashbags in the trash cans. It was after 3 pm and housekeeping attempted to walk in my room and we weren’t due to check out until the next day. Pool water looked cloudy

This hotel was not clean. It is run-down under staffed and not efficient. My reservation was given to someone else and I was given a total different room. The room I was in was dirty, rusty, falling apart and musty. The remote to the T.V was sticky and dirty. The coffee station had spilled sugar under the stack that's to the right of the coffee maker. The shuttle was late picking up at the terminal which is fine, but me calling in asking for the next shuttle time, I was told every 30 min. I wited an hour plus the 15 min I was there early, having called to check the next shuttle, and being told every 30 min. Not helpful especially being so close to the Air port; I mean it's in the name of the Hotel.

The room 428 is run down. It looks like mold on the ceiling, rust on the fire sprinkler head, old tub with rust marks, pealing wall paper, bunched up carpet in the hallways. The mirror in the room was dirty. Disappointing for a Hilton.

The hotel was dark and slightly run down. You could tell the furniture and carpet was heavily used and worn. In the rooms, there was no mini fridge, only one USB charging port. The walls are paper this as the people staying in the room next to use were extremely loud. The ice machine had rust and dirt on it. The restaurant in the hotel was ok - service was very slow. Airport shuttle was a bonus. We won't be staying here again.

The room had a musty smell and I noticed condensation on the window. The heat was inconsistent. I did not see any extra blankets. I also didn’t realize that this room had no microwave or refrigerator. I have stayed at other Doubletree locations. I will not choose this location again. However, the staff was friendly despite a computer system error. They handled the problem and the people they were serving very professionally. They should be commended.

Well they said no early check in today fully booked and have a list of 26 wanting early check in already. Short and it’s a stretch to say she was professional. Them 4 pm I get in a long line to check in and their are only two people to check is all in. A women proceeds to jump the line I believe they call and you person waits on her instead of sending her to the. Ack of the line. Can you image the reaction form the people in the line. She for some reason in her mind thought she was entitled because she was here early and asked for an early check in. Her argument was she was to be texted when her room was ready. When asked if she ever got that text she said no. She set off a stressed crowed. Someone behind me in line suggested we give your hotel and staff a bad review when we all get home. Your staff member came out from behind his desk shouting and slapping his hands tell this man to shut up and he does not care about his issues. Putting himself and us all in danger. No one from your hotel steeped in to help. I was wondering myself what lack of security the is here for everyone since no one showed up to calm this situation from your hotel establishment. Some gentleman in line tried to calm your employee and he eventually , after his major metal down went back behind the counter. I am sure you will see plenty of videos of your employees meltdown. I got my room and the door knob in the bathroom is bent and does not lock. The toilet does not flush properly. The hall are worn.

I booked a room at the Doubletree Philadelphia Airport on short notice because my plane trip was canceled by the airline and rebooked the next day. I asked the front desk for a wake up call at 4:30am so I could take my plane. The hotel failed to wake me so I missed my plane. I incurred the loss of the value of that plane trip and had to book another flight at my expense. The hotel wake up call system is a handwritten note on a clipboard that is handed over from one work shift staff to the next. Not mechanized in any way. The hotel apologized but cost me $500 for another plane ticket to Fresno CA.

Very nice place, rooms very clean, enough towels, comfortable bed. Staff and shuttle driver very nasty, insulting and unfriendly. Bathtub was clogged, so while you were taking a shower you were standing in your dirty water, no dining menu in the room.

While the hotel was well-appointed, clean and conveniently located to the airport, we were disappointed in the food in its only restaurant and especially frustrated that we had to wait over an hour and call the hotel twice for the shuttle that was supposed to run every 30 minutes. The buffet breakfast was decent and most of the hotel staff friendly.

This visit tarnished the Hilton brand for me personally. When we arrived we had to await the front desk to finish their personal conversation before they checked us in. At no point did they acknowledge our presence let alone greet us. The beds were comfortable but the bed skirts were stained with spilled liquid. The shower curtain did not fit the length of the tub and there was a squashed bug on the ceiling of the shower. The website said they had a breakfast buffet but that was not the case. Granite we checked in on a Monday so maybe they only offer it on weekends so we had to order off a limited menu. The eggs were clearly microwaved and the bacon was old. The OJ was thick, I don’t know what that was all about. I spent $60 on breakfast that was horrific. The sports bar hours do not match the website at all. They opened at 4PM and as soon as we walked in we turned around and left because it smelled like straight urine. That’s right, urine. Definitely would not stay ever again and as I said in the beginning, I will not ever stay at another Hilton in my life. So disappointed.

We chose for overnight parking and it was convenient enough but we ran into a pre season game and it took forever to reach hotel and like wise the shuttle was very late 50 minutes. Hotel was ok - room clean but nothing around. The restaurant was decent bar food - only 1 waiter but he did a great job.

I like the free shuttle bus. No need to call them just wait for 15 minutes and picked me up at the airport. Because of Hotels.com, the process did not go smoothly. According to the hotel, they cannot hand over the room key until they receive a confirmation call from the third party.
