Nice looking property. Friendly staff. The bar, restaurant and Market were convenient and the food and the food and drinks were good. The Pantry was a nice add on to our room until the last night when it was practically empty of snacks. Parking was $25/day.

The 3rd party parking thingy is terrible . Just add parking to the hotel fee would have been more convenient. I really liked the hotel overall but will think about returning twice because of the parking situation.

Hotel lobby was nice. Our room windows were covered with a film so we couldn't see outside, it was pretty dark and depressing. Front desk staff made it feel like we were bothering and inconveniencing them just for checking in. Parking system was stupid. Overall, 3/10.

Pick this Philly airport hotel and save yourself the time of sifting through the reviews! :) Everything was fantastic and clean and friendly. The gym is an excellent hotel gym; the restaurant was super-fast and delicious and open until 11pm; the bed was comfortable; the heat/cooling was easy to figure out; the room was silent and generously sized; the airport shuttle was free and frequent.

The property &’ staff was excellent. I did have to change my room due to bed bugs unfortunately but the staff treatment was the only thing that saved this experience. They catered to my concerns immediately &’ moved my room but I am concerned about the cleanest of the rooms.

My room was dirty,I got the King deluxe room with the pantry included and I was very disappointed in the condition that the room was in. I called the front desk and went down in person to complain and was just told that the issues were noted and I wouldn’t be charge for incidental. There were stains everywhere and damages to furniture plus the hinge to our door broke. I feel like I should’ve been offered another room or something, the staff did not care and kept cutting me off when I told them about the issue.

Their housekeeping needs some work. My shower had someone else’s razor and hair in it. When I called to have it removed the housekeeping manager came in and showed her staff the razor telling her that it was not mine and didn’t remove the razor.

The bathrooms were not clean and the home kept falling out the hook and they didn’t change my sheets they just remade the bed and how I knew was the night before I had wings and the sauce dripped in the sheet and when I came back it was there use to be my go to hotel but not anymore not to mention the was doesn’t drain well in the tub so your bathing g in dirty water it was a horrible experience

The carpet in the room was dirty looking , the sink did not drain ,stopped up , the bed covering was old to the point the tag had melted from been washed so many times ( tag on the bedding said 2020 ) and also the fridge in the room was either off or broken but had an odor to it when I opened it . What you get for $350 A night plus $25 a night to park is not what I expected I have seen alot more for less. I will say they were busy but I won't be back .

Front desk did not give me any details at check in like what floor is my room on, where to park, where the amenities are in the hotel etc. Just handed me the key and said next. The parking app was not explained to me properly which caused me to pay for parking I had already paid for with my stay. The ice machines did not work on any of the first 8 floors. My bath tub was backing up with water. I told the front desk about the tub they said someone will come and fix it while we where out. We came back later that evening and no one had came to the room to fix the tub. The TV in the room only a few channels worked the channels was just showing a blank screen when you clicked on them. The wifi was extremely slow I couldn't even stream to watch movies. I'm not sure if the singal was weak because we stayed on the 6th floor but the hotel has 12 floors. I asked for fresh towels the when i requested the tub to be fix and didn't receive any until i called back later that evening. The hotel looks nice, modern, and clean but between service and all maintenance issues I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was noisy and hard to sleep. There were large groups of guests sitting and playing in the lobby area which has high ceiling open till 3rd or 4th floor room balcony. The guests were very noisy till/after midnight making it very difficult to sleep since the sound traveled through the open space to the rooms facing the lobby ceiling. I requested the front desk to keep the lobby crowd under control but was not helpful.

Climate control system in room did not work. The room never cooled off despite blasting the coldest temperature I could set the thermostat on all night long. Horrible night sleep. Rest of hotel was great but this is unforgivable.

Really enjoyed our short stay. Everything was wonderful & clean. The only issue was that the room temperature was near 80 all night, even with the room temp set to 62. Otherwise no complaints at all! Would return again.

Rooms were clean. Staff was attentive. Great hotel layout The only thing is the sound travels from room to room and it’s like the people in halls or in other room are right in you hotel room it’s so loud. I moved my second night to a non-adjourned room and I was surprised that it as still very loud.

The Staff was friendly and room was clean. However, when I came to check in, they informed me that they were having HVAC issues; rooms were 80°-90° and allowing people to cancel for free. At no point did they communicate this prior to my arrival. With my stay being around New Years, finding a reasonably priced hotel last minute, was not possible so I decided to just stay.

I arrived at 12:30am on a Saturday evening having booked a reservations weeks in advance to be told the hotel was overbooked. No offer for a refund, compensation, or guidance on locating another place to stay. I've never had this happen before and there were at least 15 other people in the lobby who were all trying to figure out another place to stay. I had called ahead to make a note that I'd be arriving late from the airport and said 12:30am so this was an overbooked issue, not me arriving late. Do not recommend!

This property overbooked and failed to acknowledge our booking on Orbitz. At 1am in the lobby, there was about 15-20 people waiting for an hour to get a room despite ALL having reservations. We were fortunate to get a room at roughly 2am after waiting for nearly 90 minutes. No apology, no nothing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone flying in to Philly late at night.

I called the front desk 3 times for an iron, and was told the last time the front desk clerk would bring it up himself right now. Never happened. I had to google a picture of one to show it to house keeping and they took the one from the room they were cleaning. Not our room though the first night, never got cleaned.

Friendly, helpful staff and an immaculate room. We really enjoyed the very personable drivers that took us to and from the airport. We had a little meal in the restaurant. It was delicious. I will definitely stay here again when traveling in and out of Philadelphia because it made catching our super early flight much easier. Return flight had issues and we arrived at two in the morning, it was safer to stay one night than to drive an hour and a half home. Best decision we made. Will stay here again when flying in and out of Philly.

Everything was really great. The restaurant was really nice. Dinner and breakfast great. Very clean room. Smelled great. No bed bugs! Very important. Gym was really nice and a bonus for sure. Only issue was no remote for tv in room and the vending machine on the 2nd floor took my money twice with no product. Few others had same thing happen.

This is a convenient location to the airport. The staff is absolutely amazing which is why I gave it a 4 star. Overall, not a lot around. You need a car or you have to take a ride share to grab food other than what is offered at the hotel (good for a night or 2 but lunch is unavailable). Last night there the AC went completely. I woke up at 2am and realized it wasn’t just me. This made for a very long travel day.

The hotel is ok. The hotel itself is confusing to get to because the parking lot is off a dead end road with no signage directing you how to get there. The parking lot is gated and you are required to pay $25 per day - separately from your room charges and through a QR code - to park in their lot, or be ticketed. The parking lot is quite a walk from the hotel itself, which could be an issue for people who have trouble getting around, or in inclement weather. The lobby and grounds are pretty and our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The “restaurant” only offered a buffet of about 8 items, which were mostly basic and inedible - the pictures in their food advertisements led us to believe we could still have a delicious breakfast for the $24 PER PERSON we had to pay for it, but we were sadly mistaken. Additionally, the floor in the restaurant area was sticky and you could hear our shoes being stuck and unstuck from it as we walked anywhere in there. The weird spice they put in the omelet and breakfast potatoes ruined those as options, so essentially I had a $30 bagel. For the price we paid for our room, a few complementary bottles of water could have been included and given us a little better feeling about the level of care they had for our comfort.

We spent one night before continuing our flights out. All was good, except there is no lunch dining option. Our room was good except the A/C blew on my face all night. It’s something I don’t like. Pantry is a great option and we utilized it well!

Very gracious staff and eager to accommodate The breakfast experience is not worth the time invested. We waited 15 minutes for someone to check on drinks. 15 minutes more to take order. 40 minutes later food was delivered—good quality but extremely slow service. I would not suggest this facility if you need to be somewhere at a specific time unless you plan on 2 hours of your time.

My room with a king bed was extraordinary and very affordable. It felt like a suite with a sitting room and television separate from the bed which had another television. Quite nice. I arrived at night. So I didn’t realize, until the next morning when I was leaving, that there’s a beautiful lily pond on two sides of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again. And next time I will allow time to admire the pond.

Good stay. Nice hotel. Expect a daily parking fee due to the proximity of the airport. I was annoyed that I called prior to confirm a late check out because of a planned event, but I could not check out late once I arrived due to 3rd party booking. I was also bothered by the amount held for incidentals and parking fees costing more than the total cost of the room for one night. I travel internationally and domestically and I never have this issue.

Checked in Aug 17 2026. Turned ac on. Came back after 8 pm, room was a sweat box. Told front desk, they didn't offer new room just had maintence come to room. Maintence drained several 5 gallon pails of dirty water from AC into the toilet. Said that would fix the AC. It didn't room was hot all night. Was with a handicap relative. Bath tub was stuck on shower and relative couldn't use shower, also no plug for tub. Got stuck in elevator and call help button didn't work. They charge $25 to park but parking machine wasn't working and was unable to get a parking ticket, was in and out and had a handicap sign in on my rear view mirror, received a ticket that was marked in regular parking when I was in handicap.
