Coffee machine is broken, Makeup Remover wipe is dry out. False fire alarm broke out at 5am and no staff in the hotel communicate to the residents. Staff in the bar are rather rude and not too helpful. Staff comes in and make the room but not really make the bed or refill anything. What i can recognize is just put back the bath towel i used and flip the floor map. The mess and dirt have left on the floor for more than 1days at the water machine and yet no one clean up. Not recommend at all

I arrived early. Lucas arranged available early checking in room and room upgrade. I could do early check in. All the facilities are clean. Good location in downtown Philly.

Dead insect in bathtub, the shower gel was not refilled before we got there, we asked front seat for a noon check out. At 11:10am, despite do not disturb sign, an employee came knocking on both doors (we had 2 rooms) and insisted our checkout time was 11. She left only after we told her to go confirm with the front desk

There was a problem with room heating.( maintaimce man said it affected whole bldg).We requested extra blankets, which helped.( didn't have to sleep in jackets. The maintaince man brought us an electric heater from his office this made a vast difference.We are in our 80"s, so need a bedroom above 64 degrees. Hopefully we will get a reduced rate stay soon. Thanks
