Hotel definitely needs renovations, very outdated but not in too bad of shape. Parking is very odd with a gatehouse out front for all the hotels at this site. If they don’t enter your plate, you can’t get out unless someone is working at the gatehouse. Room is clean, comfortable.

We had a 12 hour layover in Philly and the hotel was great. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was so nice. A huge bonus that there is a 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport.

Pretty nice hotel, looks like former Embassy Suites layout. Clean rooms, look like they were recently renovated, very nice gym and the dining room had a limited but good menu. The bartender was very friendly and the food came out pretty fast. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was fine and convenient to Philadelphia airport. However, we did not expect to have to pay between $20-$25 per night to park at the hotel. this seemed exorbitant considering we paid $175 in total fees for our room.

Sheraton Suites exceeded my expectations. The check in process was quick and the person at the front desk was friendly and made sure that we were comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The shuttle to the airport ran every 20 minutes, on time.

+ The front desk staff and breakfast staff were kind and helpful. + The suite we had was roomy and the floor/hotel was quiet at night. - The fitness center was abysmal. The sanitizing wipes were empty, towels ran out, no cups for water, broken floor in places, towels on the floor, broken cable press and no way to clean equipment as no wipes were there (it’s clear that nobody goes in there to service it). - I paid for two breakfasts for 4 days but upon checkout was told I didn’t so the first day I paid for 2 breakfasts ($65 with tip) but the next day, double checked my reservation and realized I did pay for it. I returned to the desk and another staff member informed me that because I booked through a third-party. It was not showing so I gave him a screenshot of my payment and he provided me with vouchers for breakfast. - My room was never cleaned (I never used the privacy please notice on the door either.). I had to request towels and supplies as a result. - The shower pressure (head) is too weak and the water level in the toilet is set way too low.

Hotel rooms are wonderful. Dinner and breakfast are great. However, transporation by shuttle was a disaster. We waited for over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport even though I had contacted the hotel and given them my arrival time and asked whether I needed to let them know when I arrive. They told me I did not need to call and that the shuttle ran every 20 minutes. After waiting for an hour, I called the hotel and it rang more than twenty times before someone finally answered the phone. I was flippantly told, "Oh, ok. What terminal are you at? I'll let the driver know you're waiting." Basically, they lied about the shuttle running every 20 minutes. I strongly suggest that you call the hotel and let them know you're waiting if you want to catch the shuttle. Otherwise, the hotel is great.

crappy parking system. vacate the property this morning. after two night stay. Lady at the parking wont allow us go out without paying the fee. finally i did lock the car at the gate blocking all cars behind and walked towards the hotel, then she realize and open the gate for us.

Cleanliness is something to be desired. There was dust on the side tables in the bedroom. Bedroom floor was not vacuumed prior to our check in. The kitchen area was not clean. Coffee machine was dirty. But check in and check out process was easy and quick.

This property definitely need more attention to cleaning. My first room had hair on the bed the second room was just ok because the bathroom floor needed to be mopped. The front desk agent was ok a slight rude but ok. Drive one car if traveling as a family they will make each car pay. They need more help at the front desk with all of the flight attendants and pilots staying there the check in process and check out process is long so be prepared to wait.

Room 211 Middle of bed mattress is broken on the left side, you sink so side sleeping was impossible. I ended up sleeping on the pull out. Ceiling in bathroom is falling down. Appears to have been an attempt to patch it but there is water leaking from somewhere. Shower pressure was amazing! Toilet handle needed to be jiggled to stop it from draining all night. USB connections in left side lamp did not work. No grip so the plugs would not always keep a connection. Shuttle bus ran on time which was nice.

Our room was great. Very spacious for my family. Love that it had a king room and a real bed for the kids. Not just a pullout couch. AC didn’t seem to be very cold though. Room felt warm.

I really enjoy the view of the hotel from the inside. As soon as I walked in, the lobby was clean and decorated so nicely. There was a bar downstairs past the lobby, everything about the design of the hotel I liked. Housekeeping was really nice and the room was big. I loved how the bedroom in the suite was separated from the living room area, and I appreciated that the bedroom had a door of its own.

Average at best for an expensive hotel. The lady at check in was more interested in her cell phone during the interaction. Was in room 203. Could hear people at the bar and our in the parking lot most of the night. Was woken up at 1am from people uelling in the parking lot under my window. Stayed at double tree across the street before and never an issue.

The hotel was okay. It was very noisy from the large center court. Seemed I could hear every dropped fork spoon and knife. Everything echoed up to the rooms. Beds were comfortable. No shampoo or conditioner . No bar soap. Tub slippery. Good shuttle service to airport.

Paid for room ahead of time. We were landing after midnight so I called the hotel a day ahead to confirm late check in, which they said was no problem. Got to the hotel and they said they had no rooms. The man at the desk so not apologetic and just said they were busy. Claimed he was trying to find a room but only laughing and talking with friends on the phone. Finally told us the Wyndham wound take us and gave me an address and a “letter” telling them to only charge me $140 (I paid a lot more for original room) also said he could only send me to another bonvoy hotel. The hotel was about 5 miles away and so we had to Uber which was another $20. The new hotel was in an industrial area and scary to say the least. The front desk clerk had no idea that we were coming and knew nothing about the alleged conversation with the Sheridan clerk even after showing them the “letter.” The Wyndham tried to charge me another $140 but she was actually kind enough not charge me and said she would figure it out with the Sheridan. I would have found another hotel on my own but it was 1:30 in the morning and I did not have a car. Now I have to waste more time tying ti get my money back.

Every year my cousin's fly from Atlanta, we get together and celebrate our anniversaries. Theirs is on the 20th ours is on the 21st. This year we chose philadelphia. We chose the Sheraton hotel near the airport. We were so pleased with the location. We were so pleased with the hotel. We had a nice roomy rooms. The bed was so comfortable as well as a pillows. The girls at the front desk Lorraine and Leticia were very professional. They got us checked in and they made sure we had everything we needed. They took care of the situation with our parking and made sure we knew how to scan in and scan out. We were so happy with choosing the Sheraton and we would definitely stay there again. Even Pamela and Tony in the eatery area were very polite and helpful. We could not have asked for a better hotel. Thumbs up to the sheraton. And the next time we decide to come to Philly we will definitely be staying at the Sheraton.

Close to the Wells Fargo Center. Very clean. Room was very comfortable and nicer than i expected for the price. I was apprehensive about being near the airport, but was pleasantly surprised not to hear the noise.

This hotel was a disappointment. The bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water in the sink, the room was charmless. I paid for breakfast and they had no decaf coffee and when I tried to order the yogurt parfait, there was no fresh fruit either. Just not a lot of healthy options. The gym was nice as was the airport shuttle. The area around the hotel was not nice at all. Just a bunch of hotels and highways.

Nice comfortable bed, clean. Parking was annoying to have to sign up and pay separately. Huge hotel. Quick stay so didn’t use any amenities. Close to airport without being so close you hear planes, which is a huge bonus.

Service and staff were exceptional for our entire stay. Our suite was clean and quiet. Great breakfast and dinner options at the hotel restaurant. While they aren’t open for lunch, there is a small shop that offers sandwiches, snacks and sundries. The courtesy airport shuttle was an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in Philly.

OK so we planned on having dinner and drinks and staying in. But the bar is closed and no alcohol with just a sign on counter No liqour License. The fact that only 1 person was eating in the restaurant we decided to leave hotel to dine and have drinks. I dont know how long before bar opens but I wish I knew before we went. Probably would have chosen another hotel Our room was very spacious, clean and omg the bed was so comfy. I will say having the courtesy shuttle to airport was quick, easy and drivers are super friendly.

The in-house Bar and Restaurant is excellent, they do not deliver alcohol to the room. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. It is 8 floors with 3 large elevators. They also have a snack room with Juice and Bottled Energy beverages from $5. They have a $20 Breakfast Buffet and Hotel Shuttle. It is perfect for using ride-shares.

Bar is closed till property transfers. POOR. Should get refund as I seek out properties with bar. Lights in park lot don’t seem to work at all Outside area needs cleaned up
