Property felt trendy. It was clean, modern, the staff were pleasant, and the amenities were superb. I also indulged at the spa and received a couples massage, and it was probably one of the best Swedish massages I had in quite a while.

I was happy about the whole stay until the end. The main restaurant was the highlight. Good good and nice bar with excellent service. The only downside was the difficult in & out parking service. Checking in and valet parking was smooth for me, and the check out in the lobby was fine. Getting to my car for my drive back to Virginia was a challenge. There was a line of about 30 people to get cars when I checked out, and it took about 45 minutes of waiting before I could leave. If I had an appointment it would have been a problem. The guys were doing everything as quickly as they could, but the underground ingress and egress in the same two lanes creates a bottleneck, so folks need to understand this systemic issue and plan accordingly. I will stay there again, as overall the property and the service was very good.

Very nice hotel. The gym is large and well equipped. King bed room was spacious, very comfortable. Great location. Only complaint is I had limited cell service (AT&T) and couldn’t get the wifi to work even after calling the help line, so had to use my hotspot with a weak cell connection.

The photos of the hotel on Expedia showed an outdoor swimming pool. That's the primary reason we chose it. Upon arriving we were told that that the photos were incorrect and they do NOT have a pool. My family was not happy. Can someone pls reach out to me over email or text about this.

Upon check-in, we found garbage from someone's previous visit under the bed. We then called the front desk to have someone rectify this matter. Once we returned to our room later that night, the garbage was all cleared up. Thank you for that! I was disappointed, however, to see that no additional actions were taken to offset our initial frustration with this matter. While I am not expecting a fully comped stay, something above and beyond the minimum should have been done. I will continue to follow up with Hotels.com regarding this.

The hotel suffers from wear-and-tear evidenced by scuffed walls, peeling wallpaper and worn paint. The housekeeping was the most noticeable problem in that there was a lot of dust in the room, in the dresser drawers and turnover service was inadequate.

Within 10 minutes of checking in a staff member entered our room without knocking or announcing themselves, we found the previous guests clothes in the bathroom, and the sheets were dirty. Even after the room was cleaned again, the new sheets were still filthy and the towels brought up were stained with holes in them.

I had two flights cancelled and was happy to find a room at almost any cost after hours at the airport. I think this property is nice overall but I will focus on the elements that frustrated me. My Room (#2525) is in an odd location and as close to directly across from the elevators as I’ve ever seen a room since my college dorm. What this means is NOISE ALL NIGHT. Very hard to sleep and constant sounds of “ding ding” and people talking. I couldn’t really sleep at all. The beds are comfortable but there is zero insulation in these walls it felt like I was out in the hallway. Second frustration was no flexibility for later checkout even though I saw lots of open rooms available to reserve which suggests they weren’t as full as indicated. When I text you at 7am as I was instructed at check-in and you offer me nothing but checkout is at 11, I’d like to think you could do something to help when I’ve paid almost $500 for one sleepless night. I won’t stay here again but I enjoyed the view from the 33rd floor snd do think the lobby is well done as well as the dining.

This was a five star experience! The staff were friendly and wonderful! My room was upgraded to a corner room on the 19th floor, providing awesome views of the city. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The robes were cozy. We had a food credit that we used for room service breakfast- the order was timely, correct and delicious! I would definitely return to this hotel!

There was nothing special about this hotel. It was so dark and dingy looking. The room was average. I sat and watched 6 valets talk while I waited for my car for 20 minutes. I would not stay again. The Canopy across the street was so much nicer.

The staff was very friendly and had no problem checking in or out. We were able to leave our luggage until we left the property. The one downfall was that the walls to our room were very thin. We could hear the people next to us singing, taking, coughing, etc. we even heard people on the other side.

Unfortunately my room was two hours late and not available until after 6 p.m. When I asked the service gentleman to take my bags up stairs he said that I had them. I am a very big tipper and I have never in 40 years as an executive and military Captain with frequent travel, ever experienced that. Bar tender was exceptional and I tipped her 50 percent as a result.

What can I say? Everything so far has been AMAZING! Check in with. Dastan S Was awesome. He was polite and engaging! We went up to our beautiful room and the housekeeping attendant introduced herself and asked if we needed anything! Unbelievable! We had drinks at the bar, the bartender was so friendly ! in the hotel elevator we met a worker who spoke to us about our stay. You are doing EVERYTHING RIGHT! Keep up the good work. First time at your hotel, the BEST!

We always stay at Loews when we visit philadelphia. Never had an issue until this time. A fraudulent charge of $52 showed on my bill and i called and said we never visited the bar during our 1 night stay. Been 4 weeks and still hasnt been taken care of. Shame. Not sure we will be staying there any more if not raken care of.

I liked the hotel .. the area is great because you’re in the center of everything but that’s also the bad part. You’re in the center of everything including drug addicts and homeless ppl. The entrance to get in the hotel is under construction with not much signs to tell you which door to go through . Rooms were spacious and clean but we walked into a hotel that sounded like a night club because their was a party happening there so I didn’t really like that much .staff was very nice but if your iffy about staying in certain areas then this might not be the place

We stayed here one night for a day to while visiting New York. The hotel was fantastic and the location perfect. Really close to all of the main tourist spots. The bed was so comfortable as was the whole room. There was free coffee in the room. We loved the bar and restaurant in the lobby and even stayed in for dinner there.

The hotel staff were amazing and made it a pleasant experience. Location is amazing. Walking distance from several areas and really close to the Reading Market. We had breakfast on the hotel restaurant one day, the buffet was way over priced and the options extremely limited. The food didn’t taste good. I had better breakfast on Holiday Inn’s before.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. But Lobby bar was always full and too close to actual hotel services,you have to walk past or through a crowd to get to the elevator. Plan different exit/entry if they have an event. Grab n go cafe in Lobby is more suited to outsiders than than hotel guests. And closes early.

On arrival the valet parking was an easy experience & Jamar at the front desk was wonderful and helpful. Treated us with respect and was funny. With this being our first time staying at the Loew's he was knowledgeable and & treated us like family. Definitely would stay again. We were able to get an early check in & the room was ready and available. Upon entry to the room it was clean and spacious. We were very happy with our stay
