It was ok.. nothing great about it. It is just an average hotel. The bed was hard as an rock. The fitness center was broke.. the men bathroom was broke.. just spend more money for excellent service and comfort

Everything looked worn: The hall rugs were balding and torn at seams, bedside lampshade had dirt spots, the first room we were given smelled musty because the air conditioner was not working, the exercise room was closed for maintenance. Good thing was staff at front desk.

I drove past the location multiple times before realizing the exterior sign was not lit. After checking in, staff was pleasant and helpful during check-in and let me know about any extra charges. The room was skillfully photgraphed becasue the same aura wasn't presented. Bathroom had pubic hair in the tub and on the floor. Maybe it was an oversight. The evening staff was helpful after i needed plastic utensils during an evening rush. The staff deserves a nicer place to work.

I was greeted warmly and the hotel clerk explained everything clearly, the room was fairly clean but there was a painting missing, the gap under the door allowed light and hall way noises, I put a towel to the door, the ice machine was loud and the heating and air unit was extremely noisy. The continental breakfast was great and the area was clean. The attendants were really nice. I would stay again if I had to stay in the area. I also like the location, near decent restaurants.

The public ladies bathroom was closed because the toilet didn’t work. The elevator to the second floor was out of operation and there was mold in our bathroom in the room. It goes on and on.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the staff was helpful and friendly. Exterior doors (other than front entrance) are locked and require a hotel key and front entrance is locked requiring a key at night. It was nice to feel secure too.

We arrived late in the evening, rang the bell to enter the hotel and nobody let us in for about 15 minutes. Upon getting to our floor all we could smell was cigarettes and mildew. As soon as we got to our room and turned the bathroom light on, roaches scattered - one went into a crack between the doorway and floor. The toilet seat was very loose and the shower wouldn't shut off unless you messed with it for a few minutes. The rugs in our room had cigarette burns ( I am pretty sure I chose non smoking - or that the hotel was supposed to be smoke free as I had children with me. The breakfast was the best part of our stay. The kids loved the waffle station and the sausages.

1st room the shower head did not work, once we move our room we went to sleep and after waking up we found not one but two roaches on their backs by the window…. GROSS also found black mold looking areas in the bathroom in the corners.. definitely washing everything I brought I understand it is not the most expensive hotel around but did not enjoy spending my one night here.

I was very surprised of how clean everything was giving it an older hotel . From when you walk in to the room . The bed were nice and firm and the sheets smelled like roses. Great upkeep of the property I know it isn’t easy sometimes as I work at a hotel my self!!

My bed made noises every time I moved. A poor patch job in the bathroom — not sanded or painted. The floor was sticky and dirty. The bottom of my feet were dirty. The front desk personnel were very friendly.

Good for the price & I only needed it for 1 night. Breakfast was satisfying. In my room 133, the water pressure in the shower was very weak. The refrigerator made some loud noise & kept waking me up. Other than that, it serve its purpose.

the a/c unit was something very old and very noisy. The furniture was old and outdate. The bed springs squeeded everytime you moved on it. I would NEVER refer this place to anyone. Bad mark on expedia

I stayed here for a church related function. I received the most cordial and prompt customer service from one of the employees named Judy at the front desk. She made sure that my room was up to the best standard possible, which helped me be successful during my stay. I applaud her, and deem her the “golden standard” for hotel hospitality!

Bad experience at this hotel. They charged my card then stated they didn’t see the charge. Had to confirm it’s my bank the funds was taken out. So it was an error on the hotel end. Check in took almost an error because of their system issue. Same with checkout took over an hr and I was late for a family function. The manager was nice it the front desk rep was very rude and inconsiderate of others

We booked two renovated rooms for Thanksgiving but the toilet was not working properly. The staff upgraded us to a 1 bedroom 2 bath suite which was great. They apologized for the inconvenience and even moved our bags for us. The breakfast had several options such as eggs, waffles, fruit, etc. Overall, the hotel was clean and the rooms were decent but there were several people hanging around the back of the hotel and on the steps. I would use caution especially at night, area is a little sketchy. The staff was amazing I would stay here again.

We already had a booking at a near by hotel but the had maintenance issues so we didn’t want to stay there. We came here the front desk person was very helpful book led us a room. It’s 15 mins for the red hat amphitheater.

Good spot the to stay 1 night. Excellent friendly staff, 10s across the board. The hot continental breakfast was good, for the price we paid. Points were docked off for cleanliness. Dingy hallway smell, freezer was dirty, along with the bathroom door and walls. The area wasn’t awful, maybe a little sketch. I felt safe. Lots of fast food options in the area.

On our second night there were people in the parking lot blaring music from their car and drinking. Then someone else from the hotel with their wind open blaring music out the window! Also, the way that I know the area is unsafe at night is the staff at the front desk 24/7 locks the door at a certain time at night and lets guest in when they come to the door.

The hotel was clean, but a bit dated for facilities. Admittedly, we checked in late at night and weren't looking for anything to do, but there didn't seem to be much for restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly.

Everyone here was so nice, and I loved the complimentary breakfast. Loved the variety and different options. My only complaint was the toilet in my room. I would have to flush the toilet multiple times after using the bathroom. Other than that, I would definitely stay again!

It was easy check in and room was nice. My complaint is the morning coffee. It’s one of those machine that adds water to instant coffee. Gas stations have better coffee. Also no half and half was offered on those Coffee Mate flavored creamers, which is disgusting, and full of chemicals. Why can’t we go back to traditional coffee and cream? I could walk across the street to the BP and get better coffee. I know this seems petty, but I may not choose BW in future because coffee is inportant.

Felt very safe during my stay. The facility is older, but you can tell the staff take their time to clean thoroughly. Did not eat the continental breakfast as the coffee machine was out of “coffee mix” and the food looked less than appetizing.
