Staff was wonderful…friendly and helpful! Indoor pool was a plus , also!

The lobby is like a gathering space with games, TV, plenty of comfortable seating and even foosball tables. The fire pit was still going when we returned from the concert so we got to enjoy it for a bit before returning to our rooms. Great place to stay.

Not for extended stay. No closet, drawers, safe. No carpet in any rooms; people above are heard walking, moving luggage, dropping items. thin walls and doors. Had 4 spots for EV recharging, no signage reserving spots for EVs. Non EVs parked there many days. Great staff and breakfast. Lots of games for whole family to play.

Great place to stay. Only downside is my daughter wanted to swim and the pool isn’t heated so it was very chilly. Other than that a great place

Very friendly service, clean rooms, good breakfast, nice indoor pool. Definitely a solid hotel to stay at with family.

One night stay with my lady and my dog. Clean, nice room. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast bar was beyond our expectations! Online reservation didn't have a checkbox for pet, though stated pet friendly. I asked at the desk and paid a reasonable pet fee and received a "welcome" bag for my pup with treats and a special door hanger that stated there was a pet present in the room.

Was clean outside, in lobby, and in the room. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean

This staff was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The property was clean, loved the set up in the lobby with the seating areas. The foosball tables in the other area and tv. It was set up for several groups to enjoy. Perfect. And parking was easy!

Property was almost brand new. Lots of seating in lobby area, a cozy fire pit outside, electric vehicle charging stations and convenient to various restaurants and shopping areas.

Property was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Great options for 24 hr munchies. Loved the complimentary water and Scooby Snacks. Breakfast had a lot of delicious options.

Room was not the cleanest. When arrived had to request for cleaning of chair, floor and bathroom, dog treat crumbs were on chair, and floor. Stayed four days and three nights and room was not cleared

Room had not been cleaned well, if at hall. Dirty towel left in bathroom, no soap in dispenser, sticky floor throughout. Spouse walked on towel on floor- towel then had blackened foot marks. One bed likely had not had linens changed- compared to other bed in room (crisp taught sheets, fluffed pillows, no impression from mattress below). Hall leading to room had dirty carpets- looked like rooms were swept out to hall and not vacuumed. My spouse had just stayed there two nights earlier for work and had different experience, thus why we returned. Clearly not all of their housekeeping staff have a good work ethic. The hotel was in a convenient location, but not enough to make up for the risk of staying in the previous guest(s) filth.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good and very well stocked.

The stay was good! I would stay at a Tru by Hilton again! It was clean, spacious, friendly and comfortable. These are come things I did notice as room for improvement. 1. I always check the bed linens before doing anything else. I pull the bed apart and check the edges, run my hand along bed edges to see if i find anything from bedbugs or something like that. Bed was pristine. However, since the bed moves easily, i slid it out and there was a layer of dust and crumbs on the edge of the very bottom of the headboard frame. The floor right at the wall also had the same dust and crumbs. Housekeeping happened to be right outside. She came in and tookcare of it straight away and was so nice. Ir is great that the bed pulls away from the wall though. Easy to clean. 2. Love the soap/shampoo/conditioner but, especially in an accessible room, it was hard to use with my limited grip. Maybe rethink that fir accessible rooms. 3. Loved the rolling desk chair but really wished there was one more chair. Things i liked: 1. The bench. It was handy to sit or put your suitcase, tuck you shoes under. 2. Coffee in the lobby all the time! 3. The electric blackout shades were excellent 4. Fun atmosphere. So many differt seating working options in the lobby. 5. The movable desk in the room. 6. The tv options! It was nice to have spotify to listen to while getting ready to go out. 7. Wall hooks. So handy!

Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Check in was fast and easy. Water pressure is good (they have showers), the beds are comfortable and the room size is good.

Nice staff. Clean room. The whole hotel was clean. Just wish it was a microwave either inside the room or one on each floor.

I rarely leave reviews but I had to after the stay I had at Tru in Raleigh Garner! The front desk team/entire team was honestly incredible. They were super accomodating with my timing- I had a later flight when I was leaving and they offered me late check out and when my flight was delayed (I had already checked out and was working in the lobby) they told me if I needed some space/a room at any point just to let them know. When I went to purchase a snack in the morning, the front desk made sure I had made it to the free breakfast (I had already grabbed it earlier) despite it being done. Everyone I spoke to at the front desk was incredibly nice and welcoming and always smiling. The breakfast had a ton of options and no trays were ever empty. The building is in great condition - the rooms are small but have everything you need. Water pressure was great, bed was comfortable. I could hear a train a couple times a day but it was only for a minute and wasn't bothersome. The lobby area is perfect for working, lots of comfortable seating and overall the hotel has a very modern design. I was there for work so I didn't explore, but close by are lots of restaurants, stores, etc. based on the limited time I spent in the area. Will definitely stay again!

The room was tiny and the bed was horrible. The pillows were awful. My back and neck hurt. This was a work trip and I could have used a better bed. The only reason I gave a 3 star rating because of the staff, they were welcoming.

Nice hotel, looks contemporary, nice and clean. Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Rooms are on the small side but otherwise nice and clean.

Really nice, modern, simplist, and environmentally conscious line of hotels. Loved it's unique flair to the area of Garner. Enjoyed the pool with the kids. Clean rooms and nice bathrooms. Wonderful breakfast selection. Only complaints were the pillow quality (lacked support altogether) and the wood floors are not conducive for absorbing sound. Would stay again though no doubt.

I stayed just for an overnight event with my Beau and we enjoyed ourselves. The room was just too small for the price, but it was clean.

The mattress was extremely hard and outdated. I wouldn’t normal complain but when you pay over $200 a night, it should be more comfortable. The room was clean enough and the staff were great. You could hear the people above you stomping around.

Had a poor check in experience. Got there at 5 and our room was not ready yet, despite check in being at 3 pm. Otherwise, our stay was fine, but not a great first impression.

The check in process was quite an ordeal. My room was on the 5th floor. First the keys didn’t work so I had to go back to the front desk to get them reactivated. This took an additional 10 minutes because there were other guests to be waited on. Then once we got in the room and had begun unpacking, we realized there were no blinds on the window. So I called the front desk and they said they would have to move us to the second floor. I went back to the front desk to get the new room assignment. The receptionist was nice but fumbled around in the computer and her phone trying to figure out why the room assignment had been changed in the system. When she finally figured it out, I had go back to the room and gather all of my things before she could give me keys for the other room. After driving for 4 hours and arriving at the hotel and checking in initially at 8:30, I wasn’t able to finally get into a room until almost 10 pm. I was beyond frustrated and exhausted.

I didnt not attend rhe breakfast but the rooms were clean, the staff and especailly Vanessa was amazing, friendly and very accommodating.

Overall, this was the best experience I’ve had with any overnight stay. Linee was great! Her personality and professionalism were on point. We will definitely stay again at this location and hopefully run into her awesome personality!

Would have rated the staff service higher however they forgot my wake-up call this morning. Luckily I woke up in time.

Got locked out of my room. It took an hour and a half for the staff to get my door unlocked. Made me late for my meeting.

Our stay at Tru was great. The room was clean and updated. I personally love the fact that the rooms have laminate flooring instead of carpet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of places to eat and shopping very close by. Reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend.

Not much in walking distance. Not a fancy place but nice. Nice room. Clean. Would stay here again. Probably the nicest in this town. The hotel was good. The city nothing special

Went to the Outlaw Festival at Coastal Credit and the location was just five miles away.

Hotel was very clean and updated. Room was clean with plenty of towels, and hygiene products. Breakfast was great with a huge variety of foods/drinks.

The staff was really friendly. The Hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. The parking was convenient and felt safe. The breakfast was good and had plenty options.

Everything was great except kids running in the hallway up to around 1am. No I didn’t complain because it was a Saturday night and they were kids. Breakfast was ok but the eggs didn’t taste right. I stay at Tru because they have become my favorite, but this was the first time at this Tru, the one I stay at about 30 miles away was booked up. Will stay here again if I can’t get in the other one.

Room was fine, staff members were great, breakfast food was marginal.
