It was under construction and we did not know that. It was a mess of sheetrock dust and construction debris.

Convenient to Walnut Creek Softball facility. Clean. Quiet. Ice machines not working. Lobby bathrooms not working.

They were renovating the hotel so it was a bit of A mess which I didn’t know until I got there but it all worked out anyways

The pool was closed and the gym was closed. I was very unhapppy that this was not disclosed before I booked my rooms. There was no information in the room and the tv guide that I was given was incorrect. My shower curtain rail was pulling away from the wall and I was afraid that it might fail. Additionally there were only 2 restaurants near the hotel. On the other hand, the staff were very nice and customer oriented. The room was clean. The bathroom was cleaned every day.

The remodeling and upgrades really look fantastic. The lobby area is open and very inviting. Rooms are very quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately my trip was during the time they were renovating. Fitness center was closed and parking was limited. Other than the clutter thw room was great

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It would've been nice to get a heads up from the hotel that they were undergoing renovations during our stay. Even though it was in the upper 80s the whole week, the outdoor pool was closed, which was a bummer. There's really nothing of interest within walking distance of the hotel. The furniture was all scuffed up and the carpet had some stains and tears in it and the bathroom had cracked floor tiles as well as the shower. The TV was difficult to use (no guide/menu, you just have to flip through every channel). The spa, which was just a small gym, was closed because construction workers were using it as storage. Overall, this was what I call a "pass through hotel." If you're just staying the night, it's a good spot, but for a vacation with the family, I would not recommend this place. Not a great experience.

Property being renovated. Did not see anything on their website when we originally booked. Work was supposed to start at 9:00 AM. Was woken up at 6:30 7:00 every day (including Saturday) by construction noise. Could not be in our room during the day due to the noise. Parking was very limited due to construction dumpsters and workers. Did not feel safe having to park in the very back of the parking lot at night. Staff was not helpful.

Had vending machines that did not work. I can’t believe you don’t have snacks, drinks at front that you can purchase, had to go up and down to different floors to get water from machines. My room was decent, but elevators were dirty, not the best but you get what you pay for I guess.

The property was lovely and all the employees were friendly and efficient in their jobs. However, I ended up with red bites all over my feet and was in boots out in public so I can only glean that I received the bites in the bed? I am not going to make a big deal about it, but management there needs to know.

There were bed bugs in our bed

Shower was nice. Water was hot and shower head worked great. What I didn’t like: The carpet was sticky in front of the tv. Something had been spilled and it wasn’t cleaned up.

The infestation of ants!! They got in my husband’s laptop, in my pants & in the bed!!

Negative: There was hair still on the walls of the shower tub when we entered a supposedly freshly cleaned room. There’s no excuse for that. Positive: friendly staff. Our stay was several nights and it was shared with us that they would not be coming in for room service unless we asked, which I appreciated.

Check in was easy and quick. Breakfast choices were average but not varied. Room was comfortable but the carpet was filthy and desperately needed a thorough cleaning. Would not go barefoot while in the room. I probably would not book this hotel at this location again.

Not as expected. Found two roaches in the room. Beds were extremely hard. I will never book here again. !!!!!!!

It was fine. Cleanliness was a bit disappointing as there was trash in the elevator the whole trip, the room was dingy, and there was a strange odor on the first floor.

The room next door was very loud.

First time staying here, easy access to major road and attractions.Room was spacious and well appointed.

Furnishings need updating. Carpet old in the rooms. Room was quiet & area was convenient to where we needed to be.

It gets noisy like you live in apartments. Walls seem like they’re paper thin.

We have a tempurpedic and we always have a hard time sleeping on hotel beds. This was the most comfortable hotel bed I can remember being on.

Air conditioning unit wasn't working and we had to switch rooms. Then key to new room was working.

Nice staff, easy check in process. Room clean and average. Channels on TV are not good as the cable TV or antenna they had keep going off and on so couldn’t really view anything. Maybe upgrade to smart TV so can watch Netflix or something…. Other than that. First time here is was a decent experience.

The property itself was okay clean staff was very friendly only thing I didn't like was the bed was too firm and the pillows are too soft I would prefer the bed to be soft and a pillows to be firm the shower head in the shower probably need to be changed because I couldn't adjust it oh and the thermostat in the room was set to 73 I couldn't change it even though I got cold later on that night I couldn't even cut the heater on it wouldn't let me change that either so those are the things I would change but other than that my stay here was okay

My stay was AWESOME! staff was great and the room was clean and spacious. When im in the area again i will be going back to this location.

Very nice, clean place. The thermostat will not stay on the temperature we put it on.

The hotel itself was clean and a convenient location. Staff was not very pleasant. Simply gave room key and said nothing else. We had to ask where elevator was. There was no hand sanitizer at elevator on first floor the entire time we were there. We told front desk after arrival but never refilled.

Check in was very poor…. 1st lady was just rude because we were about an hour early (somehow between our 4 rooms, none was available). We left came back at 3. Different lady, she was still not happy with her life or to be working there.

Renovation was on main floor which left everything covered in dust. Made my husband go into asthma attacks and had to use nebulizer twice daily. Breakfast was out of a closet with no tables available to sit. The woman who was in charge of breakfast was the bright spot. She was very positive and an absolute joy. She needs a raise

The overall hotel is clean, bed was hard my issue was neighbor blasting music at 3am. Called front desk nothing happened for an hour. Very little sleep. Not good for traveling next day.

Dimeena was at the front desk when i arrived. She was extremely kind, and i was able to get settled in my room earlier than i expected. I was really appreciative because i had already had a long morning due to a 6 a.m. flight from Syracuse and was extremely tired. My room was very clean, and it was a quiet space. I slept extremely well.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel with nice sized rooms, a friendly staff, and a nice breakfast. It is also in a nice quiet location

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the staff at the front desk were not particularly friendly…especially when a drunk man was knocking on my door at 0240. The staff member who called my room to tell me that the drunk man was just trying to get his military ID from my room hung up on me when I said he had never been in my room…and then allowed him to come BACK to my floor to continue knocking! When I called back down to the desk to tell the staff that this was happening and how scary it was she said something like, I know and he’s leaving and then hung up again! The next morning I asked to speak to the manager about this and the staff member at the front desk cut me off to tell me there was a note taken down for the manager to look into the situation. And that the manager will call me if she has any questions. I said, no, I’d like the manager to call me even if she doesn’t have questions - I was scared and disturbed and treated rudely and this needs to be addressed. So far, no contact from the hotel. I will not be staying there again. That’s an unsafe situation that was not handled promptly or properly and the staff was pretty rude.

My girlfriend and I were visiting to see family and ended up getting in late and were very happy with our stay. We got there after midnight and Adrian was at the front desk and I have to say was one of the friendliest desk attendants I have met at this time of night. Cheerful and very welcoming. The room was spacious and cozy and we got a great night sleep. We travel ALOT in all sorts of hotels comfort and luxury and I was not disappointed at all with our stay. Would definitely stay again!

This was an overnight stay while we attended a concert at the Coastal Amphitheater. It was close to the event easy to get to and a nice hotel

I little off the beaten path for me....depends on where you need to be I suppose. Other than that...everything was pretty good. They are in the process of remodeling, so there is some hubbub about that, but not anything that would bother you unless you just can't stand the sight of construction. Breakfast was pretty standard but good...dont really have any sugnificant complaints...would certainly stay there again. People were great.

Property was very quiet and safe. Walking distance to a gas station and good restaurants. It is currently undergoing renovations so the inside is a bit dated and worn, it was however, very clean and it should look beautiful in a few months.

Nice hotel, a couple restaurants close for convenient dining. Quiet, safe, well lit parking lot. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times. It meets our needs, is affordable, has a good enough breakfast and location to NC State and downtown is good.

This hotel is very quiet. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is not that good.

My stay was short. The bathtub was dirty and old. The coffee was awful awful awful. That was the worst part. The bed was comfortable but the sheets rough and I’m not even sure they were clean. The front desk girl was great. Happy. The price was good and location for what we needed. Parking was safe. Breakfast so so. Again. Coffee. Really bad. Could not even drink it.

It was nice, quiet, breakfast was good, staff of all positions were very friendly and made the stay worth coming back for a 2nd time and will come again in the future when visiting family nearby.

Stains on the carpet in the room and bathroom TV was not a smart tv and was difficult to change channels as the remote was worn out and basic cable was a challenge. Orange Juice dispenser didn't work at breakfast. One waffle machine with limited options for coffee
