Can not say enough about the staff. With the storms that were going on when we arrived, we learned that the hotels wyfy was out. This affected all the systems in the area. The staff worked around all this. They were still able to let us check in early (we were there for a wedding). They utilised “old school” paper charts and walkie talkies to get everyone in and settled. Later that night (midnight), some of our group found their hotel to not be what they thought. Our hotel immediately got them in and settled also. They were all absolutely on point. House keeping service and kitchen staff were fantastic. The hotel team could have let the lack of computers and their system make for a terrible weekend, but they definitely rose above! We could not thank them more.

No hot water for shower. Large cockroach in the bathroom light. Furniture in room was in disarray. Sofa bed was broken. Bathroom sink counter not wiped or restocked with soap. Told the front desk who told me they could not do anything about it since I booked with a third party. I paid $250 a night for the first night 2 weeks prior. No hot water then either. And another $250 this time for a dirty/broken room.

My family and I stayed here for a night while on our way back to NY from FL, I must say that this was the dirtiest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The floors are sticky, dust and greasy stuff everywhere and there was a terrible odor in the room. The only thing that was good about this hotel was the breakfast staff, they were very friendly and did a great job ensuring that everything was on point.

So the property is dirty. They obviously do not check their rooms after cleaning. I checked in and walked into a bathroom that looked like someone had the stomach bug. It was filthy. Not one manager contacted me. And now I’m going to put the photo online so people can beware of this awful place.

Would have liked real glasses rather than paper cups in rooms. Would REALLY liked full curtains on the windows because I did not like seeing the area’s neon signs all night, which was very disruptive for sleep. I’ve never stayed in a room that did not have full curtains.

The hotel was easy to find off the highway and easy to get onto I95 in the morning. The bed was comfy but those tiny pillows - whose idea was that? Please regular pillows need to come back. And of course road noise all night. But that’s life traveling I guess.

Check in was a bit hectic because the rooms were all booked and it seemed that everyone came to check in at the same time. The 2 gentlemen at the desk were cheerful, unfrazzled and handled the crowd beautifully. Our room was clean and very comfortably furnished, lacking nothing. Breakfast staff put on a delicious meal with a wide variety for our meal and were very attentive to our needs. Add this inn to your travel stayovers. The ONLY way you could be disappointed is if you're TOO demanding or you feel TOO entitled.

Great Hampton Inn right off 95 that is a perfect overnight stay when travelling south! Clean and safe. Hot breakfast was great, especially with Rosalie and Gwen in charge! Would definitely stop here again!

The staff here was amazing every single one of them there was a little hiccup, but it was quickly cleared up and I was in my room with no wasted time. I am very thankful I will stay at Hampton anytime I am out and they have availability.

I was locked in the hotel room for almost an hour after the door lock malfunctioned. They had to break the door to get me out and I was having a panic attack. Nobody even apologized for what happened and despite being told that a manager would call me, nobody ever did. Terrible customer service and I am pursuing this matter further.

This hotel has the friendliest staff of any around. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit and grits. Only thing I found strange was the tiniest bed pillows I’ve ever seen. Stay here every time I travel south and will continue to.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn hotel was peaceful and relaxing. The professionalism and cordial attitude of the staff made our stay even that much better. The breakfast, which was included, was very much appreciated. The breakfast crew members were constantly checking to make sure everyone was doing fine. They kept the place clean and the breakfast items were replenished every time they ran low. I would recommend staying here and I would use their services again.

Comfortable. If you want a decent bed, hot shower and a cup of coffee this is a good place to stop. Certainly not luxury. Could do with some updates. Housekeeping is lacking, garbage behind nightstand and a bit dusty. Friendly staff
