Our room lock failed and it took half an hour to get it fixed while we were trying to leave the hotel in the morning. The pool facility was closed. I like to do laps when traveling.

We did not have breakfest there so i did not rate it. But was very disappointed there were types of payment not taken that i was not onformed about prior and the pool area was very cold and my kids could only enjoy it in short time periods becaise of this when it is advertised as indoor heated it is indoor but not heated

Not much to say in terms of positives for this hotel. It was quiet? It is falsely advertised to have a working indoor pool. When I asked the staff why the pool was closed, they said “that’s been closed forever and we don’t understand why they haven’t taken it off the website.” It was literally the reason we booked that hotel for our young children. The rest of the hotel was also under construction. I have never seen a facility that is under construction, but there is plaster all over the entire hotel. Again, young children- this was not safe for them. Only had one working elevator for the whole hotel because the other was out of service. Then the cleanliness of the rooms- there were hairs all over the coverlet of our beds. I must say, the staff was very much willing to give us extra linens to replace them however. My husband also pulled a half used toilet paper roll out of the bathroom- GROSS. Overall, would NEVER come back. We paid more for this hotel because of its amenities and location. It was frustrating we could have paid less to stay down the street and have a much better experience. That’s what I would suggest for others to do as well.

The pool is not heated, open until midnight, or at 6am, and its not heated. This may not matter, unless your family travels strictly for hotel pool experiences. My son and I are both disabled, so this is considered a vacation for us. The staff seemed completely aware that this hotel advertises incorrectly. I just wasted $150 and 400 miles. Thanks

Hotel and room looked nice and were clean. Staff was friendly. However, I specifically chose to stay there for the indoor pool and hot tub. When we checked in I noticed the hot tub was drained. There was a sign on the door to the pool that they were out of service...extremely disappointed. I would have liked to have been notified of that beforehand and then been allowed to cancel my stay without losing any money.

Hot tub broken. Tv needs to be unplugged and plugged back in for every use. People are nice. Pool looks dirty but the room seemed clean. Hallways and elevators stink.

The property was recently renovated and is in a much better condition than the first time I stayed there. The hotel looks nice. The first room they gave me had a very strong mildew smell. They gave me a different room and that one was nice but it had a very pungent dog smell that was horrible. I tried dousing the carpet with air freshener but the dog smell prevailed. It's time to shampoo the carpets.

Completely disgusting hotel! This dog friendly hotel and our room had so much promise. Check in was a breeze with a warm welcome. Then it all went downhill. We booked a king studio suite and had our dog with us. The room was spacious and comfortable. However it was obvious the previous guests had a dog as well.There was dog urine all over the balcony. My husband came over to check it out and stepped in urine soaked carpet. It was clear the previous guests didn’t care to walk their dog. Disgusted I called the front desk to inform them of this so they would not think our dog was responsible and surcharge us. That was that and we decided to make the best of our short stay. Sadly that was not possible. Upon going to bed we noticed the sheets weren’t even changed. Apparently housekeeping couldn’t be bothered to change the sheets. There was hair all over the sheets. Absolutely grossed out and furious at this point I alerted the front desk. To their defense they did offer to move us to another room but it was late at night and we were exhausted. The idea of repacking and unpacking everything including our pet’s crate etc was daunting. We asked for clean sheets to be brought up so we would change them ourselves. Also there was no manager on site to even speak to. Needless to say, we weren’t able to sleep properly after driving over 12 hours and ended up checking out of the hotel around 3AM. We couldn’t wait to get out of there!The hotel refused to give us a refund or anything off.

The second room they gave us my pillow had spots of blood on it. There was black hair on the bedsheet before I even got into the bed to sleep. The first room they gave us had water all over rug from the AC unit and smelled of mildew so they gave us a second room.

first the rooms were nice and everything was clean, that was the positive. The negative was we couldn't sleep due to someone's dog being allowed to bark continuously for hours from 12 AM till 4 AM with nothing being done to shut it up. 2nd we had the motel breakfast that was $31 for 2 people, and all of the food was room temperature at best. Go into town somewhere for breakfast.

The property was a great location for our trip. The room was nice and the bed slept beautifully. My only complaint was that our room was above the courtyard where guests were sitting around the fire pit and seemed to be having a party. They were loud enough that I could hear them even with the AC unit running. It must have been 1:00 a.m. before they went to bed. I will definitely stay here again but not in a room overlooking the courtyard with the fire pit.

The checkin was easy and she was very friendly. The hotel, as well as the room, was very neat and spacious. Only issue I have is that the shower is very small. Only 27 inches wide. Add in the accesibiltiy bar and I bumped myself each time I tried to turn and I am not a big person.

The room assigned to us was HUGE. Big enough for 4 king size beds. Come to find out it was a special room for special needs guests. Very clean and comfortable. Staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

The only thing I had in the room as a source od entertainment, was the television, which was very dated and kept losing the programming. I was told to unplug it plug it back in which I did repeatedly during the four day stay only it for to work for a little while I asked to be a given another room or maybe another TV provided ,none of the above happened I was even told at one point, in the middle of the night that the Manager could come up and see if he could do a hard reset on the TV smh, they said they were in the middle of a renovation, and they will have new TVs in the near future terrible experience , furthermore because I use a third-party ( booking hotel.com )versus the hotel itself they were not able to offer me a discount on the terrible stay due to the third-party booking Holiday sports filled weekend, and my television kept blinking out

Property is clean and newly renovated which are really important to me. However, I was disappointed that the bathroom did not have hot water, the tub did not drain properly and the shower curtain was barely hanging on. If the hotel took the time to renovate, they should make sure the bathroom gets just as much attention. Would consider staying there again due to location, but I will definitely be checking the bathroom first before accepting the room. The noise levels next door were also a concern, but I was assigned an adjoining room so that could be the reason.

First night, the air conditioning wasn’t working! Switched to another room…that room had water saturating the carpet..switched to a third room where the Manager charged me a surcharge for not getting our stuff out of the second room quick enough! He was rude, condescending and the most unpleasant, unprofessional person I’ve ever met. He has no business being in the hospitality industry if he’s clearly inhospitable! I will not be staying here again and I’m advising all of my family and friends to do the same!

Booked the hotel at 5 pm as an overnight stay of a 20 hour drive. Called the hotel front desk specifically to let them know I would arrive late. Arrived at 11:30 and found out they were overbooked. No room… good luck to you! The front desk staff (also frustrated) told me that apparently the Hilton system kept allowing rooms to be booked even after the hotel staff had input “sold out” into the system

When we checked in we was not informed that they over booked and couldn’t give us the room we purchased. We purchased it for the space and my kids had to sleep very uncomfortable. When my wife ask for the Manager he was not accommodating and was very nasty to her and who ever he was on the phone with while dealing with us very unprofessional. I will not or recommend anyone to that hotel the staff is horrible.

I booked two rooms, and when I arrived only one room was booked for me. I even showed them my conformation email for both rooms. I understand the system was down, but no effort was put into place to try to help my family and my situation. I was not credited back for the room I paid for either. I had to book a separate room at a different hotel because the staff would not offer any other options.

I can earnestly and honestly say that my stay was absolutely exceptional! It begin with the friendly and appreciative greeting from the Front Desk Receptionist Timothy! His greeting was like seeing an old friend again! He made us feel so welcomed and I appreciate that with all of my heart. The room was also exceptional. My husband and I both are definitely satisfied once again.!

This is a nice hotel and a good place to stop along highway 95. The louge area is pretty and the service friendly. It even had an indoor pool. The rooms were clean and lively. The building looks new, though there is not much around it. If you want to eat, you will need to head to the next exit on 95 about 7 minutes away.

Checkin was smooth, especially since I booked only 10-15 mins prior to arrival. It's typical for its hotel class, well kept. Common area carpet needs love but otherwise perfect for quick stay. Double room is spacious! We had plenty of space for (4) people. Fridge and microwave are standard with this level property, so that's a major plus.Not immediately near restaurants, so on site restaurant/bar is clutch. (1) exit up (before if going south or after if going north) are plenty eateries and a Walmart. Would stay again if in the area.

Beautiful property but no housekeeping or maintenance on duty at 5:30 pm. Had an issue with the room darkening shade and nobody there to fix it. Staff was nice except girl in the breakfast area was rude to my wife.

The breakfast set up was a problem. Most places we have stayed include breakfast. We went to what we thought was a buffet but could not locate any silverware after obtaining our food. A worker came over and advised that to obtain silverware she had to check us in and the breakfast cost $15 each. We were not the only people that this was happening to. The quality of the breakfast was definitely not worth the price.

On the overall , property was great.when I went downstairs for breakfast, was told cook called out, so breakfast was canceled. There was no plan B for breakfast. Pre -paid for breakfast that I didn’t get. My receipt was printed but showing no charges and at this point I don’t even know my final bill. I am very disappointed to say the least. Everything was great overall. I didn't like the fact that I had to go through so much just to be able to take my breakfast back to my room. If I paid for it I should be able to eat it in the comfort of my own room that I also purchased. The breakfast manager was strict about me eating my food in my room. I really did not like that. The other workers told me it was fine and she came back and denied it so that's why my experience didn't exceed my expectations
