We booked this place because it advertised an outdoor pool. There was no water in the pool and of course that was not mentioned. The bathroom was disgusting and had bugs. They gave us 1 key card for 2 adults, they also only supplied 2 towels, washcloths, and hand towels for a room that has 2 double beds and 4 occupants. Breakfast is non-existent and everything in the vending machine is beyond overpriced. ($5.50 for chocolate milk) If this wasn't bad enough the door upstairs is slammed over and over and over ALL NIGHT LONG. It's so loud and kept my 6 year old daughter up all night. Multiple people also walked up to me in my car and asked if I could get them drugs. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Very clean room. Good pillows but only had 3. We had a king size room & they couldn't find me an extra pillow. The hall carpet was disgusting. I liked that you had to use your card to enter facility. In the morning that door was smashed!!!!???? Breakfast was limited but good except NO tea bags.

Elevator didn't work for the 2nd time staying here, black feet from dirty floor in room both time, boot prints on sheets found after pulling down covers to climb into bed, phone in room was not working to call front desk, the bathroom was so small that shutting the door was an issue if you went to sit on the toilet so the door was just left open until we went to take a shower and shut the door expecting to find a shower curtain hanging behind in in the morning. NO shower curtain so NO shower. We did book a studio which meant we had a sink so we turned on the hot water and the whole fixture moved. Needless to say the hot water never arrived. The last time I was there they were doing upgrade. They had worker replacing cabinet and fixtures so I was expecting much better than what I got. I booked the place for one reason to begin with the first time and it was not price. It was because my daughter moved down there and it was close so I could come and help yet not not be in the way and give then the space they needed in their new place. I booked it for the second time because they had done renovations and I new since my husband was coming with me it was a must but also because I have fibromyalgia and the king bed was one I could sleep in. For me to say that about any bed is a had sell. But thus visit to this hotel was nothing but a nightmare. Come On Guys You Can Do Better!

The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, very dirty, no soap in the room or shampoo. Towels were worse that my car towels, generally a very sketchy place. Pool was empty, not a place I would ever stay in again. The price may have been fair for what you got.

This was a quick stop over on a road trip. Hotel is dated and could likely use updates in a general maintenance (ceiling light not working, towel rack very loose, grab bar in shower slid, wobbly dresser). Beds were soft and with springs and pillows were not much. Pool area looked great. Overall needs more details in cleaning (wipe light cover, some sticky spots on floor). Very close to 95. Great for an affordable quick stop just may not be my first choice if I’m in the area again as maybe I was expecting a little more with the by Wyndham in marketing. But for the price I can’t be too picky

Booked for two suites . They didn’t have none so they put me in two regular rooms . Said they served breakfast but breakfast was never down there . Took all day for them to clean the pool out

Our room upon checking in wasn't clean, it was very difficult to find the property as the sign was not lit and no one was answering the phone. We were lost for about an hour. There were people having a BBQ in the parking lot. Personally I did not care, but I did have children with me.

The room has visible mold and water damage to the ceiling. The shower looked as if it hasnt actually been cleaned. The elevator didnt work on the morning of checkout. According to the gentleman parked beside me as I checked out, his car was vandalized (saw the metal clothes hanger in the road.) No cameras I noticed. Hallway smelt of smoke. Oily carpets.

The place was dirty, the toilets didn’t flush right. Bed , sheets had stains. Service was horrible . I went and rented another room in another hotel so I came to return the key 30 minutes later and the guy told me he was not refunding my money like it was very inconvenient for him. We found a pice of wood with multiple spider eggs. The floors looked like they haven’t been clean for months. There was a substance vomit like on the floors. It was a horrible experience

This was the mist dirtiest place i have ever stayed in. The bathroom was filthy, pubic hair all iver the toilet, faucet was not bolted down, tub is filthy, not enough towels or wash clothes. The bed had dirt on it, floor was filty, tv remote did not work with the tv, no cover over the wire coming out of the wall for the cable wire. What else would you like to know? THEY SHOULD PAY YOU TO STAY THERE.

This is a rough one. Floors were sticky, TV did not work. It was advertised that there was a refrigerator and an included breakfast. There is a hole where the frig was supposed to be, and there was no breakfast, but instead there were vending machines if you wanted to pay for crusty old danishes. There is still residue on our shoes and feet from the floor, and the room, which was advertised as non-smoking smelled awful of smoke. We didn't expect the Ritz Carlton given the price and location, but had some expectation of a livable place to rest for the night, and this was not that! I wish there was a way to request a refund.

Smelled HORRIBLY of stale smoke (NOT good when you have a kid with you that's allergic to it and has asthma!). Room door was open when we arrived. Mold in the bathroom on the walls, tub didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. And to top it off, the sheets and pillow cases had dirty marks/streaks on them! Didn't even stay, turned the key in after seeing the room! No refund (even a partial!) was offered either. Disappointed and frustrating. Had to drive back home for the night, we were supposed to be staying with my son's teammate, but couldn't stay due to the condition.

Room was hot upon arrival, and did not cool down til 5am. Bathroom was dirty and in need of maintenance. TV did not work. Bed sheets had cigarette burns. No breakfast of any kind offered. Smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the hallway. We checked out early, and went to another place after just one night.

Dirty, tv remote did not work, roaches( not kidding). Coffee but no coffee maker, hair dryer holder but no hair dryer had to leave 50.00 deposit even though I paid with credit card. If it wasn’t so late I would just leave but we have to get back on road early. Also advertise d breakfast but there is none. Ridiculous!

The overall condition of the facility was appalling for a Wyndham reservation. Smokey hallways, dirty carpets, holes in the sheets! I left first thing in the morning and will never book again with Wyndham.

I should have been paid by Days Inn to stay there. The shower was beyond dirty. The door lock to the shower/toilet was destroyed and the door itself was ready to fall apart. The toilet paper holder was ready to come out of the wall. The light switches for the sink alcove and shower/toilet room where not properly attached to the wall(shock/electrocution hazzard). The sheets looked like they were not changed in weeks. The general property appearance was extremely unkept.

This place is old and it shows. The Front Desk attendant was great - the rooms were not the cleanest. The TV did not work in the first room, he moved me to another room. The AC was marginal, hardwood floors not swept well, bathroom ok but small. Stale smoke smell was heavy. Lighting not great, it is just not the nicest place.

I paid for a room and when i got in it did not have a mini fridge or microwave. I an a diabetic and needed to have my insulin refrigerated. I called the front desk and they told me that they are not provided. Although my friend got put into a room 2 doors down from mine and had both of them. My room also did had only one trash can. Not even one in the bathroom.

One of the dirtiest rooms I've seen in some time. The room was in terrible condition. Sticky floors, dilapidated conditions, mechanical door lock was broken, curtains were worn bare in places, furniture needed replacing, duct tape covering bathroom vent, no blanket or comforter.

Was very disappointed that the room didn't have a microwave as advertised. A spot was there for one to be there but it looks as if it was taken out the room. When asked about it I was told "they couldn't guarantee one would be in the room.

You get what you pay for. Very old. One pillow per guest. No blankets on the beds, only the top sheet. When I asked about blankets I was told they didn’t have any more to give out. I let them know we didn’t have any blankets in the room I was met with silence. Overall, it met our need of a place to sleep close to 95. We will try somewhere different the next time.

The guide channel on the TV was not useful for finding channels to watch; maybe it was user error. There was a microwave but no fridge, even though the cabinet appeared to have a slot for a fridge. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were a little unkempt – the grass needed mowing.

I arrived at 3pm check in started at 3pm was told rooms wouldn’t be ready til 4pm. I ended up checking in at 10pm and when I did one of the rooms was already occupied by another guest so they got me another room which smelled of cigarette smoke

Had to pay 100 deposit on top of paying for the room. Which is a big deal especially if not disclosed to you in advance. So on top of driving 5 hours I get to the hotel only to get back in the car and find an atm so that I can pay a $100 deposit on top of paying for 2 nights. Housekeeping walked in my room and stated that she was told the room was vacant but it was full of guests. The sheets on the bed were still dirty and the sink stopped up majority of the stay.

The minute we showed up I knew it was bad. The front staff double charged my room but laughed it off like it’s a common occurrence. I waited 2 days to receive the overcharge back. When I complained they told me I could go somewhere else. The manager was no help & even said to me when I told her I just wanted my key being on the road 9 hours that she was tired from working 12 hours. What kind of answer is that???? Upon finally getting my room I found the bathroom to be disgusting. Mold on the door, the toilet paper fixture falling out of the wall, & only 1 bath towel for me & my wife. The tv reception was horrible so we couldn’t even watch it. The police were constantly here for many different things. I can go on & on. Please do yourself a favor & don’t be fooled by the price of this 2 star “hotel “. It’s 2 too many for my book!!!

When I showed up at first was told that they were full even though I had a reservation. Then the person at desk complained that staff hadnt cleaned the rooms. Woman came in also complaining she had been turned away. Room was dirty. I will not stay here again.

Run down. Shady people hanging around the back of the building parking lot.Door glass broken on entrance to second floor. Halls sprinkled with some kind of odor air freshener. I checked the room before deciding to leave. Did not stay due to unsafe conditions in and around the hotel

The room was dark and the ruffle on the bed was all torn up. The cleaning staff was friendly. You advertise breakfast on the website. What do you get, a breakfast bar, at the front desk. When I asked where was the coffee the response was “oh, it’s in your room. You have to use the coffee machine. Whatever happened to the pancakes, juice, fresh fruits. I was truly disappointed. The TV did work correctly. It was cloudy and didn’t have a sharp picture. Low pressure in tff be e shower. You could hardly bathe. I was truly disappointed and will never use a Days Inn again. Please put a real picture of the room. The picture on the website was beautiful but that was not nearly the truth.

Booked a non smoking room and definitely got a smoking room. TV did not work. There were 2 of us and we had 1 towel. The booking online said it included a continental breakfast. When I asked about breakfast during check in, she said, " Oh, it's just granola bars." While picking up a box of granola bars from behing the counter. Needless to say, we booked somewhere else on our return trip. For the same exact price.

If you want a cheap hotel, you'll get it here. Rooms were worn out and musty. Noisy around the rooms from others living there. Included breakfast but was a waffle machine and bread. Mainly needed a, place to sleep, but probably will pay a bit more for better conditions.

I thought I had reserved a handicap room but did not get one. I was also disappointed that breakfast is no longer available unless I wanted coffee and a granola bar. I don't drink coffee and granola bars aren't much of a breakfast.
