The property is very worn out but it is SPOTLESS. Somehow they made this little hotel off the highway seem cozy and friendly and it had a great energy and vibe. They have an outdoor fire pit that’s going at all times and it was rather enjoyable. They sell wine and snacks in the hotel lobby which is awesome. I felt very safe here as a woman traveling by myself. I would stay here again next time I’m driving up north on I-95! The staff was just so sweet and so nice.

We stay here every time we travel north/south from New Jersey to Florida. Great people always great us, they love our dogs and give them treats, room works great for getting the dogs in/out. lol. Outback is right next door. Safe here. Breakfast and treat counter are good too. No complaints. We will be back! Thank you.

I had to discard a used razor blade that was left in the bathroom (probably from the previous guest) Not sure how housekeeping missed the razor but it was disgusting to have to throw away. There was hair all over it.

The staff was really friendly. The dining area and breakfast buffet was very clean. Food was good. The room was comfortable but showed its age. There were no cups at the bathroom sink. The carpet could definitely use a good shampoo. I wish they enforced no smoking at the front entrance. It was not pleasant walking in with cigarette smoke in my face. We were traveling with our dog so it suited our needs and would stay here again.

i like the option of having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in 1 suite. the linoleum floors were so sticky and dirty i had to re-clean them. the entire room needs updated. the kitchen cabinets are pressed wood and splitting with the surface coating peeling off.

The room had a very damp, moldy smell that kept my son and I up most of the night. There was a tapping in the wall that would not stop. The bathtub would not drain. Multiple stains on the couch, lampshade and wall. Staff was friendly though.

We have stayed at this particular hotel a few times and have been satisfied. This trip we were surprised at the decline of the property and rooms. Cockroaches in the room, tub/shower was dirty and felt like the bottom of tub was giving away. will chose a different brand next time when traveling through.

Room very run-down, did not feel clean. We had to ask for messes on the wall to be cleaned and for the tub to be unclogged. Closet doors were missing and there was a lot of dust and mold build-up in several places. Definitely did not feel comfortable staying with kids. Absolutely would not recommend. The only redeeming quality as a handful of friendly staff.

The noise from the air system in the bed room and from the highway was horrible. Barely got any sleep which caused me to sleep in late each day. The keys to the room should work from the outside without me having to go to the front and ring the bell to get in.

This is a old outdated hotel that needs new furniture. The bed wasn't comfortable, couches need to be removed (trying to be nice as possible here in descriptions) low water pressure, poor drainage in tub (rusty drain) ADA fixtures need to be tightened up, carpet badly frayed. Marriott representatives need to evaluate this hotel along with the adjacent Courtyard beside it for Quality as they both need "TLC" and updating.

We only stayed from 10 pm until 5 am the next morning because we were on a road trip and just needed a place to sleep. It was basically clean, but the hotel is looking kind of tired and is in need of upgrades. The staff we encountered were friendly and the room was quiet. Fine for a quick overnight stay.

I didnt like that the cabinets in the kitchen are broken, there is a very loud sound outside my window that doesnt let me sleep and no room does not have a blow dryer or a sponge to clean dishes, the wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling and looks sloppy.

we booked a room with a fireplace. we would have booked a Hampton Inn for a lot less but wanted the fireplace and could not get one when we arrived. Outside doors did not work with keys and very frustrating. there were many quests with same key issue

Property was right next to a Outback Restaurant and a Texas restaurant. Same Parking Area, 2 minute walk to the restaurants. Easy access to I95, right down the road . Populated area with dining and gas options.
