We stayed at Candlewood for our family cookout for the weekend. We had our dogs with us, one of which is still potty training. I love that there is a Free washer and dryer and a loaner locker just in case you forget something for your pet. The hotel is clean and the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. The staff were friendly information about the hotel and surrounding area. We are currently looking up other Candlewood suites to stay in because we can take the dogs with us

probably understaffed. Bless their heart the person on duty responded immediately to all issues. some trash in public areas…pool area party scene with sketch loud music. smell of marijuana in hallways. #1 issue- Bedroom hot!! AC in other room and fan vent pass through broken bashed up and clogged with dust. Hot and comfortable sleep in bedroom. pull out bed not sheeted and cheap thin torturously lumpy. No free breakfast as sold either. will look elsewhere next time. again the attendant was super nice and i sense the regional management is lacking in support of line staff. Sad this is what a 200 dollar a night room is theses days. Do the right thing and fix the climate issue so the room is worth it. It was clean otherwise and had nice features.

No hot water, at least on the 3rd floor. Things break, I get that, and Im not sure how long it was like that. Outside trash receptacle overflowing.. Elevator was missing a handrail and there was debris on the floor of the elevator car and also in the tracks for the doors. It was just a one-night stopover for me, so these things did cause me permanent mental anguish but if I was staying longer they might have

front desk the clerk was nasty and worried about when he was leaving. the elevator wasn’t working and they wanted to put me on the third floor they put my on the first floor and charged me the same rate . our room was dirty and it smelled like dog. no Breakfast and the hotel was dirty. this hotel must not be IHG. IHG members get better.

Candlewood Suites Rocky Mount is conveniently located, quiet and clean. The full-size refrigerator is a big plus. Beds were very comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep on our long journey. Parking was easy and plentiful, and a lot of dining options were a short distance away. The hotel was pet friendly for our small dog too. This is our hotel of choice on our northbound drives to NJ from Florida. The only problem was a minor issue with the room door on our room 104. We were able to correct the issue with the help of the front desk staff.

The check in clerk was really nice but that's about it. The rooms were dirty and sheets were stained with various different colors. Fan in the wall was not working. Couch had pet hair all over it I didn't even want to sit down. Recliner was filthy. Looked so comfortable but was so dirty. I love the idea of these being like small apartments but if the staff just took a little more time to clean this would be a hit. Elevator was dirty as well. We knew that we overpaid severely for these rooms.

We drove 5 hours in the rain from Pennsylvania. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly hostess. The room was very clean. It was nice to have a full sized refrigerator. It is far enough off the busy highway to not hear traffic all night. Will definitely stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our room and found it was a suite with a nice kitchen and full size fridge. We didn’t need any of these things this time around but it’s a place we will keep in mind when traveling between home and Florida.

I had never stayed at a Candlewood property and it exceeded my expectations. Big comfy room with kitchenette and everything I needed. The staff was great- especially Lakeisha, Lauren and the night manager. I will visit again and recommend over the other available options.

Had a difficult time checking in as the hotel tried to charge me for my stay when i already paid through expedia. checkin process was not good and neither was the checkout process. had my pet with me and i was given the 25.00 pet code. when i checked out i was told if i want the 25.00 pet fee moving forward i have to purchase a pet plan. that my next stay will be 50.00 or 75.00 pet fee. My room was clean but the checkin checkout process was awful. i don't think i would recommend becuase of how i was treated by staff and how they kept trying to charge my card even though i already paid. i plan on staying at the country inn moving since they have a no hassle 25.00 pet fee and they offer breakfast moving forward. this hotel does not offer breakfast like most hotels do and the washing machines 2 out of 3 were broke

Issue with system checking in and was supposed to sign documents when it came up. I never got a call but did sign on my way out the door. Easy location to get off highway and right back on. Good nights rest.

We came to Rocky Mount for baseball tournament and it was very convenient to sport complex, other hotels (where other teams stayed), restaurants and etc.. parking was perfect.

The hotel was nice for a one night stay for the volleyball tournament. There is a Mexican restaurant close by and other restaurants are 5-10 minutes away. The water pressure in the sink was slow. Bianca did a great job making you feel welcome and even sent a message about 10 minutes after check in asking me about the room accommodations. If you are looking for a hotel with full kitchen accommodations this a good spot for this No continental breakfast so plan on that if you stay here.

The check in was excellent. Bianca was very friendly and fast. The lobby and the surrounding area was clean and free of trash. The coffee area was clean and well ki. Grind as you brew coffee was fresh and flavorful. Our room was sparkling clean. Every thing was working well. The bathroom was clean and stocked well with soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet rolls. The stove and microwave were functioning perfectly. The furniture was in good maintenance.
