Spending over $1200 for 7 nights I expected daily housekeeping! I asked for it. We were lucky to get every other day despite putting the "Make Up Room" sign on the door!! I'm sorry but this "new hotel standard" is crap and just a way to cut costs. The room was quite tired. The fridge froze everything put in it despite turning the guage down to it's lowest setting - I mentioned this at the front desk and was told that they knew there were issues with some fridges. The air conditioning was loud and the mattress really needed to be changed. I wanted to do some work in their business center but ALL 3 pc's did not work, which was confirmed by the front desk. The ice machine at the end of our hallway did not work. One of two dryers in the laundry room did not work. They couldn't even give me a statement at check-out which showed a total for our stay- still need to double check this. Although no fault of the hotel, it's near impossible to turn left off the main road it is on (which is where the city center, shops and restaurants are located) due to extreme traffic coming from both directions. Sorry, but this hotel simply did not work for us! ...the lady responsible for breakfast was super!

Very upset. Upon arrival we checked in and were not informed that the pool was not in service. When we asked when the pool would close that’s when the front desk told us about the pool heater not working. I asked if we could check out early and still get out money back. We were told yes. Now I’m having trouble getting my money back for the night we didn’t stay at this hotel. I want someone to look into this please.

Lots of space to walk our dog. The gym was not very well equipped at all. The one strength machine was barely functional. The ACs were also functioning but not efficient at humidity control . Very limited TV options . Would have been nice to have had a smart TV and more USB charging ports

I booked a stay here because it said on your website they had a pool. I get to the hotel and they say their pool is down. 2nd hotel in Keene I tried to book with a pool that thwir pool was down. They said they needed parts. Not my issue. I'm handicapped and can't drive all over town. I stayed. Bait and switch. Say you have something to get you to stay here and they don't have what was advertised. Should be on the hotels app that their pool is broken. Marriott in Keene also said pool but theirs is broken also. I left their had to cancel my reservation and waste my time. Come to best Western bwacose they have a pool. Nope theirs is down also. I heard the same owner owns all the hotels here in Keene. Two hotels advertising and pool yet they don't have a pool. Very unhappy.

Hotel was very nice. Morning breakfast is a nice plus. 24 hour coffee and juice bar very nice. 2 negatives, but not deal breakers. 1) I was given a room on the second floor, Room number 269. I was told by the front desk clerk that i could access the room from the lobby by taking the 1 elevator in the hotel and go the the west wing, where my room was located. Unfortunately upon reaching the second floor the hallway dead-ended at room 257. The only way to access the 2nd floor in the west wing was to go back down to the first floor via the lobby elevator and roll my cart full of luggage and belongings the length of the first floor and find out there wasn't an elevator to the second floor, only stairs. I had to carry all of my belongings up the stairs to get to my room. When i asked the front desk clerk, who was very nice, she had no idea the the only way to access the second floor in the west wing was via stairs. Thankfully im not elderly or disabled in anyway. Either the front desk clerks need to be more knowledgeable about the hotel layout and give guest correct directions on how to access that wing and inform guests that there isnt an elevator or install an elevator at that end of the building or a bridge from the second floor east wing to the second floor west wing. 2) Our keycards had to be reprogrammed multiple times. They kept losing the access information.

Great pet friendly hotel!!! This hotel has accomodating fur babies done to a science! They have a designated area of rooms for guest with pets. It was easy access coming in and out of the hotel with your dog/fur babies. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and again with or without my pet companions.

This hotel had so much to offer for a very affordable price. It exceeded my expectations! I would have given 5 stars but they wanted a cash deposit for pool towels and I found that very inconvenient. Maybe charge the room if they aren’t returned instead. I didn’t have enough cash on me for this. Their solution was to use the room towels. Terrible policy. But everything else was A

Our room smelled so bad like Indian curry food. It was infused in everything because if we put our clothes on a chair or bed they smelled like the awful food smell! My 3 kids complained the whole time. We were told there were no other rooms to get moved to. It was terrible. Very run down hotel in need of renovation and they need to deep clean smelly rooms

Although the hotel is smoke free- the first room we had smelled so badly of cigarettes we had to request a new room. The other room wa a better but shower was dingy, bedding/ blankets were meh & the overall look of the place was not worth the almost $400 for one night. There was also a wedding party staying there & they were loud at all hours & we stayed to get up @ 4am for the marathon. Overall way too expensive for the room & atmosphere.

I've stayed here before and it was above average. This time not so much, bathroom was a still dirty and the tub was gross. Shower head was VERY loose. Probably won't stay here again until they have a renovation or something else changes. Was kind of let down for a best western.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was wonderful. However, our room was never cleaned in our three day stay. The sliding door exit was broken. Overall it was nice but needs some updates.

Rooms and common areas could have been cleaner. Closest ice machine was out of service. No complimentary water given, had to pay for it which is not common in this day and age. Two bottles is customary. Bathroom sink had no stopper or drain plug in it and almost lost a ring down the drain. Very inconsiderate to rent a room in that condition.

My wife and I were on a 14 day road trip and decided to stay at this place instead of another one. It was the worst place we stayed on our trip and the highest priced one too. Booked a king side bed room instead got 2 supposedly queen size beds but were more like 2 full size. We are not large people but had to sleep in separate beds just to turn over. Next the internet was down but wasn't told until I called front desk. Could have told me at check in it was out. It was out all night but working in the morning. Room had a desk but no chair. Had to go to office to get one. Would not give me even a partial refund after I paid $212 for this room so which was way overpriced. So don't waste your money at this overpriced hotel.

Once we switched rooms it was much better. In the first room, the window hinge did not work and we couldn’t close the window. It was very cold. Additional annoying things with this room were the window looked at a brick wall and the room phone wire was broken.

Bedsheets stained, loud road traffic, very outdated and tiny rooms. The door to the bathroom hardly fit by the toilet to close. Would not recommend this place. Should have paid the extra $150 to stay at Marriott

What we paid for our room seemed too high. The room was small and cramped.But clean. We had no Wi-Fi and the phone was unplugged. I had to find the plug and plug it in to call the front desk.

We frequently visit this hotel to visit my family in town. The breakfast is great, however, we will likely be choosing different accommodations in the future. Our hallway smelled of marijuana most of the time, and there were multiple times that our bathroom also had a very strong scent (it seemed that someone below us was smoking in their bathroom and it traveled up to our room though the vents). I did complain after the second time this happened (we were traveling with an infant), and they were able to clean the room below us very quickly. Also, we were granted a late checkout of noon, but then the front desk called our room around 11:35 and asked multiple times when we were leaving. It was frustrating to feel like we were being pushed out of there after being granted a late checkout. Ultimately I will look for other accommodations in Keene next time we visit.

Best Western has always been my priority everywhere i stay if there is one within the location I am travelling to. This stay in Keene was the worst i have ever experienced, We got in very late due to weather conditions and airport delays and were given a room where the heater was faulty in 24-degree weather, the attendant at night tried everything but was unsuccessful and he sent the maintenance man in the morning who confirmed there was an issue with the unit. One side was blowing hot and the other vent was blowing cold. He (the attendant) promised to let his manager know as I insisted on getting some discount for the inconvenience. The second night i approached the from desk to ask for the Manager and i met the most rude receptionist i have ever encountered. Her name was Elsie, she was extremely unprofessional and cared less about customer comfort. Even when i told her Best Western or her Manager will be concerned about her attitude, her response was to go for it. This experience has brought a very bitter taste which definitely will have an impact on my decision to stay in a Best Western hotel any where around the world and I will definitely share my experience with all my travelling friends. I am also attaching a copy a copy of the roach that was running around the bathroom.

I am deeply disappointed with the service. I needed to cancel the booking and the hotel charged me anyway. At the moment I called them to cancel, they charged me. And Orbitz did NOTHING, even though I have been booking with Orbitz since over 20 years exclusively. I will in the future book my hotels somewhere else, and my flights, too. I should at least get some credit and not paying the full price for two hotel rooms, I never set foot in.

Friends and I stayed in this hotel for a race we were participating in. In my room the AC quit working and when we reported it to the desk, the manager in charge immediately switched our room to a suite and personally helped us move our luggage. That is service! Overall the hotel was nice and the free breakfast and all day coffee bar was satisfying.

A nice surprise very close to town. Very clean. Check-in was super fast and easy. The breakfast had a few additional nice touches and Lori was a great host. Make your own yogurt with toppings (inclding m&ms and also blueberries and raspberries), waffles, as well as pre-made omlettes, oats, boiled eggs. The restaurant attached had a great atmosphere and was busy on a Friday night.

We were completely stunned with how wonderful this hotel was from top to bottom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating (they let us have a 1 hour late check out with no charge), the breakfast was fantastic (best I’d ever had in a hotel that offers it free), it was extremely clean, and the attention to detail was amazing. This hotel should have reviews over 9.0!
