Hotel is under renovation. It should be closed while that's going on. 1. Corridor smelled of food 2. It's advertised as having a full "Sunshine breakfast" but because of renovations, there wasn't even a garb and go breakfast. Fitness room also closed. 3. TV didn't work when we arrived. After pushing buttons on the remote for 10 min. he says he'll be right back. After nearly an hour my husband went looking for him. They got the TV working but never bothered to tell us. One of our worst hotel stays in a long time.

The hotel was under renovations and should have been closed. 1. Advertised "sunshine Breakfast" but there was none since breakfast was closed for renovation. Also the fitness center. 2. Smelled of Indian food in the corridor. 3. Room sign said the bed would be made up everyday but it was not. 4. The 2 rear entrance doors had big signs saying that were kept locked 24 hours a day and to use your keycard to get in. Not only were the doors unlocked but they did not close properly so anyone could get in at anytime. One of our worst hotel experiences in a long time and Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on the signage..

We were lucky to find a room available anywhere in the area. Staff was pleasant. No tea/hot water available at breakfast. Did not notice that there was no elevator on the website, my fault for not reading better.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Two floors, no elevator. Outside back door was set up for secure entry but was deactivated. Plugs did not work in room. I plugged in my phone, showed charging but apparently wasn’t. Next morning phone was not charged. Things were clean, breakfast ok but just not maintained well

It was an acceptable place to stay. Small pillows, dirty hallways, carpet not clean, pricey fur the quality, no elevator so hauling suitcase to 2nd floor was a challenge. Bed was comfy, a/c was loud

Great location, safe location & easy to access. It's an older hotel but everything was good. Nice beds and bedding. We had a great nights sleep. Fitness room was closed do to renovations. Basic breakfast with No coffee. But Starbucks is across the street.

TV did not work for the entire stay. Manager said Direct TV was working on it, but 18 hours without TV for the whole facility is a little much. Not sure what else manager could have done, but I expected more.

It was an ok stay, nothing special. The included breakfast is simple and although it offers some variety there is no tea offered. Room had all what was needed incl. a safe. Check-in and check-out was easy and efficient. Parking convenient as well.

The staff person we met was friendly and efficient. The room was very dirty and the facilities were rather run down. There was a newer toilet and bathroom countertop in our room and the heater, minifridge and microwave did work, but there was so much dirt and soap scum in the shower that "messages" written by previous guests about how dirty the shower was were still visible in the filth. The beds and bedding were stained, white towels appeared greyish, and the bedside chair in the room was torn.

Hotel was absolutely filthy dirty. Given it being a Days Inn, my expectations going in were already low. But I don’t know how this place isn’t shut down. Fire detector in the hallway outside our room was beeping (assume the battery needs changed; outside side door was unlocked so anyone and everyone could access the building without a key. Our room— hair left in the sink and tub. The electrical outlet on the side of my bed was missing a cover, there was cracks in parts of the walls leaving plaster crumbs on the floors; there was built of dirt in the vent part of the air conditioner/heating unit. Floors were not vacuumed (food crumbs under the side of the bed). Walls had stains (looked like splattered food). I could go on. If I had to choose again, I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again!

The whole property needs a thorough cleaning. The room smelled musty, the beds were smaller than queen, the tv was not connected to cable, a damp spot on the rug, bathroom needed a solid cleaning, moldy spots on upper wall in shower, grout was black, toothpaste spit all around the mirror frame.

1 star because you can’t do zero stars. The entire place smells HORRIBLY. The carpet is so dirty we were afraid to walk on it barefoot. Everything is covered with dust. Walls, ceiling, fixtures. The coffee maker is covered in dirt and dust. The bedspread is dirty. The bathroom wall opposite of the toilet is splattered with something that I am afraid to guess. The sink, tub/shower, floor is dirty. The exhaust fan is caked with dust. The A/C unit is dusty and internally covered in mold. Day two we checked out early because there was no hot water. Took all week to get a refund for second day. I asked other guests and was told their rooms were dirty. Would have not stayed at all but no rooms were available in the area. Hallways smelled of weed the entire time. So much for no smoking. Side doors were not locked. Anyone was free to enter. Desk clerk was out smoking every time I want by, not watching the security cameras.

The overwhelming smell of air fresheners is what first turned me off. The mattress covers were very stained, mold in the bathroom, broken lampshades. Very run down. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but the icing on the cake was when I woke up at 6 am and felt something on my face. I turned the light on and it was a cockroach! The staff was not phased and didn’t even apologize. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room wasn’t clean found someone else’s clothes in the corner . Hair in the shower . Thank goodness I bring my own towels and sheets . Bedding had cigarettes holes . Asked about late check out because I’m here for work and they said the latest they could do was 12 when I received a text on pricing for late check out.

The outside landscape was fine, nothing special but clean. The room itself had a stale funk to it. The walls in the bathroom were dirty and had mold spots. The washcloths and towels were a greyish color. The room itself had a decent size hole in the wall, a balled up sock probably from the last stay. The desk chair was rusted and molded the remote was old and held together with tape. Mattress had burn hole. Room fridge was dirty. But the online check in and check out was really convenient.

We have stayed at this motel numerous times but not in the past 4 years. The deterioration is remarkable. The photo of the phone shows the filth I experienced. The sticky substance had the receiver “glued” to the base. Additionally, one of my pillow cases was soiled, the juice machine was out of order (couldn’t staff provide juice bottles?), the 4 slice toaster worked on only one side, the carpet reeked of repeated spraying but clearly needs to be steam cleaned.

The staff at this location were lovely--very welcoming and helpful. I appreciated each interaction I had with them. Unfortunately, the property is "well worn" and fairly depressing. The nightly rate (probably set for foliage season) was far too high for these accommodations.

The young man Front desk employee was so nice and accommodating. Very clean hotel. Parking lot was perfectly located next to exit doors for easy room access. Breakfast options were great and everything was very clean. Close to highway and plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. No complaints.
The young man Front desk employee was so nice and accommodating. Very clean hotel. Parking lot was perfectly located next to exit doors for easy room access. Breakfast options were great and everything was very clean. Close to highway and plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. No complaints.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is Ok. Old and in need of updating. Rooms and hallways smell musty and there aren’t really any amenities. The location is good and the continental breakfast is not bad. Good value for an overnight stay.

The stay actually didn’t happen - the room was booked last minute, to avoid driving through the snow storm - my 19 year old son wasn’t able to check in, since their required age to check in is 21(most of the hotels have 18, some even 15). The receptionist did not help teenager in the horrible snow storm, and was unbelievably inhumane in this situation.

This entire experience was a nightmare. The lobby smelled so bad. I was told my room was newly renovated and it absolutely was not. Mold all over the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling was cracked and patched up from previous leaks. I did not get hot water the entire time of my stay. The weather was 20 degrees the entire time. The manager was not around to receive my complaints or dissatisfaction with the property. Manager has not returned phone calls and has been unaccountable. Staff was not kind and didn't even say hello back on multiple occasions. All other hotels were sold out in the area so I didn't have much choice where I could stay.

We were lucky to find a room available anywhere in the area. Staff was pleasant. No tea/hot water available at breakfast. Did not notice that there was no elevator on the website, my fault for not reading better.

Grateful to have a way to sit out the ice storm. Wish the breakfast area was better serviced. I had to find the tea bags myself, in a box under the coffee counter. Whole food area needed sprucing up. But otherwise, a good stay

It was an ok stay, nothing special. The included breakfast is simple and although it offers some variety there is no tea offered. Room had all what was needed incl. a safe. Check-in and check-out was easy and efficient. Parking convenient as well.

We are Seniors, when I booked on line for a special price I booked a king size bed on the first floor. After booking, I called the hotel and they told me the only King beds they had were on the second floor only. This information should have been in the website. We had the climb up the stairs to the second floor, The lady working the counter was kind enough to help us. Again, this information should have been the website. The room was very clean and comfortable.
