Property was advertised to accommodate Tractor trailer and campers. They do not unless your pulling 20ft or less. Your expected to park on the street behind a fence, behind the motel. This street is the main in and out for a Walgreens. You are not able to see your camper. Other than this major misleading info, everything else was adequate.

Stay was one of the worst stays in a long time. Room was dirty, someone else’s food left in refrigerator, ran out of hot water while bathing child, ants in beds of other family members. Made 3 trips to front desk to get room keys to open the door while kids had to wait to go to go bed.

We used to stay at the Best Western years ago and were always pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and facility. We thought we would try it again and were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of our room and the facility. Probably won't stay here again.

Lots of black mold on the ceiling above the shower. Bathroom ceiling light flickering -- had to unscrew bulb. Mirror light flickers. Bathroom fan didn't work. All the lights in the room were very cool in color -- like living under shop lights in a garage.

We got there at 11 pm. We were put in room 109. It’s just on the otherside of the lobby wall. The walls are paper thin so we could hear people talking in the lobby. The door to the lobby opened and closed all night long. The automatic door button on the wall was broken so people were literally smacking the wall over and over to get the door to open. The air conditioner squealed when it would come on. We had to turn it off which made the room hot. Not to mention on the window side of our room was the parking lot. A LOT of noise. All that noise in our pet friendly room activated our dog all night long. None of us slept and we had a full days drive to another state that day. I had a request for a refund and a call from the manager that never took place. I had another reservation there for this weekend on our way back home, but I cancelled it due to poor customer satisfaction and service.

Wi-Fi was so bad shouldn’t even advertise they have it. Couldn’t evev read one email before getting booted off. Had to use my phone as hotspot. Will probably ost me for extra data usage. Beds are not very comfortable, and all sinks drained exceptionally slow.

Would stay again if the Wi-Fi worked. They know the Wi-Fi is not great, so they asked us to try and connect to the Chevy dealership or the DQ. Neither option was any better. Fix the Wi-Fi to attract repeat guests.

Before arriving, i called the property over a dozen times. Each time it rang 5 times then have a busy signal and disconnected. Upon arrival, the desk clerk was seated, didn't greet me, made no eye contact and said "may I help you?" Absolutely not welcoming in any way. I asked if the phone rings to this front desk. She said yes and asked if it rang on my end. But while i was there, a guest already staying there walked in to ask about how to get on the wifi. I assume he had to walk over because they don't answer the phone.

I was making a cross country driving trip and when I got tired driving, had to make a last minute decision where to stay. I drove by the Best Western and it looked very nice on the outside. My parents always stayed at Best Westerns since I was a child - always their preference, so I knew it was a safe bet. But I was VERY surprised that this location was really exceptional. The staff was so friendly and accommodating - and my room was very warm and welcoming. I was so impressed by the cleanliness - I am a flight attendant and travel for a living - have stayed in hundreds of hotels - so the bath is always what I check first. And the first impression of the bed is important. Everything was extremely clean and the bed was perfectly made - smooth and no wrinkles. Small things to some, but when you travel a lot, these become important. There was a breakfast in the morning and again it was so tidy, clean, and well supplied - very good breakfast. I don't usually write reviews, but wanted to acknowledge this staff and location. I will definitely make a point to stop here again on my next trip. Thank you.

Great stay, convenient location right off interstate, friendly staff. Dining options ok, we enjoyed pizza and salad at Pizza 9 one mile down the road. Gas, dollar tree and Walmart close by. Overall, it met our needs 👍👍

Little on the noisy side. I know all hotels have some noise (closing doors, people in the halls) but in the morning when everyone was starting their day, it was noisy. I heard four different alarms going off in other rooms between 5:45 and 6:30. I was also starting my day so I’m sure someone heard mine haha. The shower was nice and hot, bed was really comfortable, and the location for my travels was perfect. I would stay again

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. A/C worked great. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was the best we’ve had at a Best Western and actually the best compared to other hotels. My kids even ate well and they are usually picky. Robert checked us in and checked us out. He was very friendly and professional. This place is well managed. We just needed a one night stay for a very long road trip. I would definitely stay here again. Also conveniently located right next to a gas station and DQ with a convenient store.

Our bathroom washcloth was a dark shade of gray. It should have been taken out of service long ago. We went down to breakfast shortly before 9:00, when we asked if they were going to replenish the empty serving dishes they said no, because it was almost time to close the breakfast bar.

The Best Western Grants Inn is probably the best bet in Grants- but it leaves a lot to be desired. The room was OK but the walls are paper thin. Location is probably as good as it gets in Grants. At breakfast they were out of hash brown potatoes, pepper and salsa at 8 AM on a Sunday. Coffee was very weak.
