The room was great. It had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The hot tub was nice but the timer didn't work. Very high water pressure. Only problem was the breakfast. All carbs. Not good for a diabetic.

Just a one-night stay, but the staff was courteous. The room was clean and things were in igood condition. It was a decent value for a hotel along I-40. The TV functioned well and was easy to use, but had a small screen size. My only complaint is that the outside (card) access security door down the hall was broken and wouldn't even close, much less lock. That needs to be fixed.

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room. The windows in the room were all cracked. I was a bit concerned that the note on the side door to get to the stairs to our room had a note on it asking you to pull the door completely shut for safetly reasons, however, the part on the door was taped dover so it wouold nt lock shut.

We arrived late due to delays. Upon arrival the property already looked run down and not as pictured on Expedia. We were provided keys and were instructed to go in the middle door. The middle door was not secured (safety concern). Upon attempted entry to our room, the keys did not work. I went all the way to the front desk to be assigned another room upstairs (there is no elevator). There were no linens for the fold out sofa and were brought 1 pillow, a king size sheet set (it’s a full size) and a very damp comforter. The tub did not appear to be clean. The toilet had fecal material in it and it was clogged upon the first flush. The breakfast was very minimal and after the rest of the experience we chose to not partake.

The only problem that I encountered was the Wi-Fi keep going down and it was very difficult for me to place items on the Facebook due to this. Also, not a big problem; however, for those over 80 years old like us the toilet was very low and hard to get back up from using it. Other than nice room and staff.

Very kind staff, a clean room, great wifi signal, good water pressure and great rate made this stay comforting. There just minor things guests might want to know. The building itself is dated. The upstairs floor creaked with almost every step (we were on the first floor). You could hear all plumbing - toilet flushes, sinks water, showers. Entering the side door gave us a strong wiff of mothballs. Oh, and the satellite lagged so much we just watched the SpongeBob movie that would show.

I was so impressed that a staff member would go out of his way to help me. Alfred, the maintenance worker, went out of his way to assist me. When I asked if he could help me secure my cargo with a ratchet strap, he stopped what he was doing and ensured my cargo was properly fastened.

No elevator, the parking lot is dimly lit. During the night it sounded like there was a train running by the property. There appeared to be some homeless people sitting on the curb to the entrance from the main street. My room smelled musty and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Also, there was a dead bird at the check-in entrance. Two staff people inside were more interested in talking about their schedule than assisting me. So, I just laid the key cards on the counter and walked out. I wanted to alert them to the dead bird at the entrance. I do not recommend staying here, unless it's the only option available.

The room was nice. Bed very comfy. A couple of the repair jobs in the tub were pretty messy looking. Breakfast lacking, only white bread to toast. Most places have muffins, bagels, and english muffins. The sausage was very good. The grounds had no place for dogs to go to the bathroom. Cigarette butts in the flower planters. Outdoor garbage was full.

Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a sofa in our room and it was in good condition. The bathroom needs updating. Broken tile, tub was in poor condition and toilet needs replacing. The halls are in poor shape. The breakfast offered was okay. We had small omelets and there was a waffle maker.

Our stay was comfortable. The free brea k fast was a joke. All that was offered were 2 sugar laden cold cereals an 1 pitiful waffle machine that was not enough to support the need.
