We called 6 hours before arrival and specially asked what time the hot tub closes, we were told 11. Not till we arrived were we told that it was out of order. The beds were hard. We went to get breakfast at 8:30, it is advertised till 9, the coffee and waffle batter were empty. There was no staff available anywhere to refill.

This place is disaster. Tub was cracked down the middle and it sank when you stepped on it. Very dirty everywhere. The bedding was old and dirty and insufficient. The elevator is a closet in the hall and it didn’t work. Had to haul our luggage up the stairs. Really would advise you try another place!

There was a large spot of poop under the bed. Bathroom was filthy, the floor was filthy, turning my niece's socks black. Under the bed were bra padsand extremely dirty. The hotel hallways stunk. The pool area was freezing, and the jacuzzi was covered with a tarp. Very unpleasant stay.

Sub standard facilities, ice machine broken, hot tub broken, skimpy on the towels, particularly since there are none in the pool area. Place could use a deep cleaning.But the check-in staff is wonderful, and very helpful. In fact her professionalism and the clean beds are the only reason you get any stars.

When we arrived, pool and hot tub were broken. By next day, elevator was broken. Only good thing about this place the room was clean. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.

The lady at the front office was rarely available, always gone from the counter and seemed frustrated each time we needed her. Our room keys didn’t work… 3 times. She had to come let us in our room with no solution on fixing it so we just stayed in our room and ate snacks we had for dinner not knowing if we would be able to get in our room if we returned late. The room was dirty, but fine for a night.

We had just stayed at a Super 8 in Flagstaff and was pleasantly impressed by everything in our stay. This one was filthy, bathtub was black with staines and exterior was full of trash. Very disappointed, would not recommend at all

This hotel was a little run down. The key card did not work properly. It took several attempts every time I tried to get in the room. The tub had peeling paint all over it and it didn't drain well. I ended up in standing water over my ankles while showering. There was a sofa in the room that looked like it was picked up off the side of the road. The water is absolutely not drinkable. I think it is the worst water i have ever encountered. You'd think they would leave a bottled water for you, but they didn't. The bathroom was dirty. I've seen gas station restrooms cleaner than this one. This motel was overall rundown and dirty. Not the condition you'd expect for the price.

The lady that checked me in was excellent. The windows were filthy. The bathroom was gross. The tub was stained and paint chipping. The outside of the tub hasn’t been cleaned in quite awhile. The top of the backsplash by the sink hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Same with the baseboards in the bathroom, also the dresser/entertainment center base hasn’t been wiped down in a long time. Apparently, no one checks the rooms after “being cleaned”. Just gross.

Room was clean, but noisy from next room, bed was the worst sleeping experience I’ve ever encountered, got very little sleep, mattress old and noisy, springs poking the sleeper, terrible bed. Breakfast was non existent, no type of bread or toast, sausage gravy but nothing to put it over, only other option was cereal with warm milk, no type of sugar substitute. Should not advertise breakfast then fail to provide any semblance of one.

Very nice staff. The room was lacking. The door molding had been pulled out. They offered to move us to another room, but we declined. There was only one accessible wall outlet. The three different wall warts we tried plugging in would just fall out. They had a type of extension cord with three outlets and two USB ports. Neither USB port worked, and the three outlets were so close, we could only use two wall warts.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled like cigarettes, so we asked to change rooms. The facility felt consistent with its price—nothing more, nothing less. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and don’t expect much else, it should be fine. However, if comfort and overall satisfaction are important to you, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Hot tub was plenty hot! Walls are thin since people next door were loud and got up at 5 am. Otherwise it is a nice place to stay. Breakfast sandwiches were Jimmy Deans and good.

It was your typical low-budget hotel. It was clean and served our purpose. The free breakfast was not what we have been accustomed to with Super 8 in the past, though. Waffle makers, pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches, and cold cereal. There were two apple juice dispensers and neither of them worked. Also, the outside door had quite a gap between the door and frame that allowed cold air in. The heater was good enough to overpower it, though. Also also... Beware of the "Sleeps 5" in the Expedia description. Two queen beds only. Finally, the lady at the desk was extremely helpful and nice.

I come here often. I like location, reasonable rates, staff is very professional, humble, kind, friendly and they meet my every need. Rooms are updated, clean, actually all appliances are working. I had a personal emergency and staff was very compassionate and helpful. God Bless

Great property, the breakfast was more substantial and nicer than expected from the listing... we could make warm waffles everyday! The pool had a cool mural painted around the top of the room, and mosquitoes were really bad elsewhere on our trip in the area - but since it was an indoor pool, no mosquitoes there! Yay! All of the staff were friendly and helpful

The worst part of this review is to do with the poor customer service I received at check-in and shortly there after.The hotel attendant that checked me in was unfriendly and didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Once I checked in and went to my room (Deluxe Studio Suite) I discovered the TV would not work. It was stuck on a “Sign up or sign in for Roku” screen. I was unable to bring up direct TV as well. Upon calling the front desk with the issue, the attendant rudely stayed “There’s nothing I can do about it, other than put you in a downgraded regular room.” She had a very unapproachable attitude. In addition to this issue, the shower would not work very well do to the valve being stuck that switches it from faucet to shower. The drain was also mostly plugged up. After the unapproachable attendant, I didn’t bother to call the front desk. The next morning I go to the breakfast room and noticed signs stating “NO FOOD ALLOWED TO BE TAKEN TO THE ROOM.” yet there was only 4 small tables which would seat 2 per table. I had to stand to eat, since the tables were taken. I will not be staying here again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone else.

Convienent access to I-40 but remote from the rest of Grants, NM. Walkable dining options nearby are chain restaurants available throughout the U.S. Were it not for the srrounding NM desert the nearby amenities could be found anyplace in the U.S.

Affordable and conveniently located right off the highway and it’s also like near a Walmart but other than that rooms are just okay at best our living area was not bad but the bathroom has seen some days. Also side note a lot of homeless are around this small town

This hotel was average, but not terrible. The bed sagged in the middle and the breakfast was simple. But the parking for a truck and trailer was good. The hotel is priced cheaper than others so if you're looking for a cheaper stay this one is adequate.
