Manager and staff were extremely helpful and courteous in meeting our needs. Facility was very clean. However, renovations are needed. Plumbing is older and water temperatures hard to adjust. Refrigerator wasn’t very cool. Ice machine wasn’t working. Some fixtures were broken. They should consider more breakfast variety throughout the week.

hallways smelled like mold and mildew. HORRIBLE. room not as bad, but i also used a bottle of febreeze i had in my vehicle to help with horrible odor. hot tub was luke warm. Hotel had no internet and check in. ALTHOUGH SHE WAS VERY NICE AND ACCOMIDATING..... staff had to use her phone wifi to check me in. NOT GOOD AT ALL.

The room was dusty. The sink did not drain properly. The heater’s thermostat must have not been working properly as I set the room to 68 and it was way over 75. Could not get it cooler. The pop machine was out of order as was the juice machine at breakfast. On the good side the bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok and the staff were friendly

The bones are bad! The staff is nice but there’s only so much you can do- the hotel has a huge mold problem we stayed in two different rooms with mold and they’re just painting over the mold- you can see through the windows completely and they don’t have coverings for the window aside from a sheer white fabric that doesn’t actually block any light

I'll state right up front the three key areas of my room were clean, the bed covers, the bathroom and the separate vanity. Areas not so visible or scrutinized, however are in serious need of a deep clean. A peak under the desk reveals a layer of grey dust on the power cords, power strip and the last couple inches of carpet where it meets the wall. The room has an odor of dust and staleness.

If you like to see some amazing carpet, this is the hotel for you. The worst part was not having an elevator. Also the staff could have mentioned it or asked if it was an issue that there was no way to bring the luggage carts upstairs. The fridge did not work. The curtains were too short to cover the windows so the sunlight came in. It was a decent place but not worth the 8 star rating that others were giving it.

This property needs an update severely. No elevator available for the second floor. Luckily I didn't stay on the second floor. The fan in the bathroom was so noisy. I couldn't hear myself talk. The bathroom sink didn't drain very well. The bed was terrible. But the staff was wonderful. They were very accommodating. Made up for the poor quality of the room.

We were assigned room 102 directly opposite the lobby, ice washer and dryer machines. Noise from all of the above made sleep very difficult all night long - even after putting a towel to cover the gap at the base of the door. That room should never be used unless there are no others available.
