My stay was great. I really liked the room and the bar. The pool could use more of a vibe. Felt very uninviting. Maybe some umbrellas and plants and lighting. Leighton was absolutely amazing! He helped me plan my activities and made me feel like I was at home. Very welcoming.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Lobby was clean & the entire hotel has a spa like feel. Lively hotel bar. Only complaint was it seemed like the shower in the room was not cleaned. Nice outdoor area. Not much around the hotel, but conveniently located near the Domain and Arboretum.

I stayed Sept 19 - Sept 21 and the hotel looks beautiful and brand new. The only complaint that I had is upon arrival in Sept 19th the hotel room smelled a little odd but we thought maybe it was due to the room being new or the AC not be turned on for awhile. Well the next night there was an extremely bad smell in the room. Upon calling room service they agreed that it smelled to be a sewer issue. Shortly after we were informed we needed to be removed from the room and give another room. The new room we received was great and we did not have any issues. I was also a little disappointed because in the hotel area where they have snacks for sale, the only beverage they had was Powerade. Overall the hotel room, staff and amenities were great!

This hotel was terrific. Its only a year old at the time i posted this review. We stayed in the 963 sqft room, which was like a 1 bedroom apt. Super clean, comfy beds, staff was nice and accomdating. The room we booked had 2 full size bathrooms, which is great for a traveling family. Breakfast was good as well. Im a very picky person and usually only stay at 3+ star hotels only and it smelled very clean all around the property. You may see a review about roaches and i didnt encounter any bugs or dead bugs anywhere in the room.

The hotel is clean and smells great. Lots of amenities and places to sit and read outside(which is what I did) the pool was nice and clean with a sun shelf and chairs in the pool. I love that. The bathrooms were amazing. The toiletries were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

It’s solid, things look fresh and new. Gym is good. Yoga mat in the room never actually dried out in the five days I stayed. Guessing it gets sanitized after a guest and rolled and just never dries. Because it was squashy I used the gym. I brought my own evening lighting because the lights are all way too bright for the evening. Hotel id land locked so no walking to anywhere, but it is Texas so you expect to need a car.

This property is relatively Close to the domain. The staff was a bit stressed and there for not so attentive or polite while busy with many guests who were visiting for a tournament. There are two different labeled hotels on the property, and one side was clearly calmer than the other. I went down for breakfast one morning and they were out of cups and coffee on the dispensing machine (machine needed cleaning and calibrating) so although the coffee beans were visible on the top of the machine, the device would not dispense anymore coffee, till it was cleaned. They had one person serving in the kitchen which made things incredibly chaotic. My shower pan in the bathroom already had a chip in it, and this building is less than a year old. The panel which hides plumbing at the bathroom sink fell into my feet when I leaned over to brush my teeth and be aware if they are busy or have noisy guests, the walls are very thin, so you could hear loads of talking and kids running up and down the hallways. Not a huge deal, but they have what I would call Mini luggage carts, so if you have tons of things to carry to and from Your car, you may require more than one trip, to and from during checkin and checkout. The hotel room was clean, so it was a tolerable stay. Be mindful, if your reservation comes with breakfast, make sure you get your breakfast voucher at the front desk, so that your room is not charged for that meal. Overall, was good, I’d stay again and give them another try.

Hotel and room were mive! My immediate reaction when i walked in is that it smelled great and it was well decorated in the lobby. The staff was great and helpful. The only things we didnt like is there's no working soda machine when i asked on the 1st night. Our last night there, i saw the person that was working the front desk run next door to the other hotel and get sodas for some guests and I wondered why the person i asked about soda didnt offer to do that for us? Other than that our stay was great!

The check-in process was a bit long and challenging due to an error made by the desk clerk--and then I was almost given a room without the balcony I'd specifically booked and paid extra for, but in the end everything was settled in a satisfactory way. From that point on, everything was perfect. The place smells amazing at all times, it's so clean, and the staff greets you each time you pass the front desk. We stayed in a King Suite and it was unbelievably spacious--we were able to have friends and family over for a small birthday gathering with plenty of space and comfort. Love this hotel and will definitely staycation here again!

Our stay was outstanding. A VERY clean and nice hotel. The front desk staff was AMAZING. I don't remember the hotel managers name off hand, but he was outstanding. He seemed to work 24hrs a day. He had the perfect answer for all of our questions. The younger black gentleman that was newer on the staff was also very good.

Great hotel, I felt super safe since I usually travel solo and being a female, it can be difficult to find that sometimes. I love that they had a little on the go shop with food, drinks and great Coffee. Super convenient since I didn’t get in until about 1 AM and didn’t stop for dinner. The staff was super friendly and helpful and reminded me me that I I was already a rewards member so he applied a late check out for me which was super awesome so I was able to sleep in a bit overall great experience. I would definitely stay again

This type of hotel is a new concept for us. We loved everything- dining options, the way the rooms are designed, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff. The manager, Johnny, was especially standout in the case of a small problem we had. We will definitely be staying at an Even hotel in the future!

It was overall a great experience. We got in late so the dining experience was a little different but the waiter was great. The room was fantastic although I wish we wish we there was a fridge. Next time we will have to bring a cooler. Overall it was great experience and one that we will defiantly repeat. The staff defiantly made us feel welcome even showing us where other hotels of the chain where so we could stay when we go to Houston to pick up our daughter.
