Floor was disgusting. Used about 10 towels as rugs. Fire alarm went of at 11pm in our room for no reason. Not a hair dryer in the facility, so had to run to nearest Target. I can deal with dated rooms, but they should at least be cleaned. Poor Roger, only person there working. He was great, everything else was not.

First off, my terrible experience is not about the front desk staff or the room cleaning staff, this is all about overall management and state of the rooms. When we got to our room, the bathroom door was stuck open because it was completely off the track and the security latch on the front door was broken in two. I asked to switch rooms because the first one was totally not safe. The second room (THANKFULLY - you'll see why) had a functioning security latch on the front door, and had a bathroom door that closed 98% of the way but still didn't lock. By the time we left I had discovered more really gross things: booger on the wall, chewed up gum stuck to the bedpost, a dirty towel behind the toilet, a donut under the bed, flaking tub pieces, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. When I asked for more towels, they gave me towels that were clean but DAMP. During the stay our keys were deactivated TWICE and I had to bring them back again to the front desk. Middle of the night, someone unlocked the door but couldn't come in because we had the safety latch closed. I went to the front desk about it (I was already there reactivating keys) and they said they didn't know anyone was in our room so they gave it to another guest (or tried to).

The staff was super nice and always willing to help. Our room was clean I would definitely recommend this place. I would stay there again if I am ever back in the area.

Stayed 1 night

No pool as advertised. We were supposed to have two beds and only got a room with one bed and a pull-out couch. The couch bed had stains. They need to make aesthetic repairs. The staff was kind and showed me the room before I decided to stay. It was clean, no bugs. We decided to stay because we needed a place to sleep for 5 hours. Had dance comp and not time for travel back home.
