The whole stay for the night was amazing with no complaints. It’s worth the money and the stay.

I booked two rooms for my family for one night after we went to Kings Island. While at Kings Island I get a charge of $187 which was the price of one room with tax. Okay then we go to check in and they inform me that they need to run my card for both rooms and a $50 deposit for each room. I said well I paid for one already and they informed me that, that was just a pre-authorization. So for one night two room $700 came out of my bank account when the rooms was just $159 a piece. CRAZY I asked how long it would take to get the money back they said the next day which was a lie I got it back 5 days later. The pool was not heated, and the rooms was not very clean. No bedding or pillows was provided in the rooms for the sofa bed. Phones didnt work in the room. Not a good experience at all.

We were a family of 5 staying here. Location was great! Here's our list of problems we did have while staying here for 2 days. 1: Our room. Ice machines did not work on any floor except for 2 and the room was flooded and smelled very bad! 2:The pool, definitely could have been an awesome place for our 3 kids. It was not clean. Towels everywhere, beer and liquor bottles scattered around, loud inappropriate music playing from another guest, and no pool towels. 3: Breakfast. Warm milk in the fridge for cereal, no cream cheese or jelly, even though there was bagels. No spray for the waffle machines. Nothing else was offered for breakfast 4: After all day at kings island , we all wanted to shower and were told we could only have 2 towels There's

The hotel was not clean at all. When you get to the property you are greeted with overgrown landscaping and garbage cans. The common areas of the hotel were hot. I realized the air hadn't been on in the common area in days. The hallways smelled horrible. I never saw a maid or a cart to clean any of the guest rooms. My room was never cleaned during my 2-night stay. The showers were just not the best. They offered free breakfast but I refused to eat on site knowing the conditions of the property. I will never stay here again. Everything was old, out of order or just did not appear clean. The hotel providers do not offer enough basic quality to have this hotel be apart of the Wyndham hotel group. I don't think any paying customer should have to endure these conditions.
