We had no towels soap, conditioner, or shampoo. The pool was out of service and the customer service wasn’t good

Check in was decent, pool was closed, some machines in gym were broken, the ac didn’t work as it should. Room was dirty, there was mold in bathroom. The atmosphere wasn’t the best, a lot of unsupervised kids. Parking lot was full of glass. Just wasn’t what I expected. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The t.v did not work and was told that the problems were because it is an old t.v The chairs were dirty and FULL OF DOG HAIR. I asked for extra towels to put over the chairs. The floor was dirty with trash in the corners. The sheets were stained and dirty. The service people had to come up and reclean the room. The pool lift did not work. My son is in a wheelchair and I had to carry him in the pool where the lift would have been much more helpful. I could not log onto WIFI so I could not do what little computer work I needed to do. I love to walk but the tredmills did not work. The parking lines paint is worn out so cars parked uneven.

The property is clean and modern. Our suite was spacious. The indoor pool is cold and closes early.

First and foremost every single team member was super nice and helpful, sadly we probably wouldn’t book here again, the hotel has a lot of open ceilings, ice machines were not working, our room was on the last floor and I went down every floor and all ice machines were broke with the exception of floor 2. No room service unless requested. On our 4th day there our rental car got broken into along with 7 more cars. Cops were called and said that it’s a hotspot for this because the hotel has no cameras. I would think twice before booking.

It was a horrible experience. My vehicle got broken into, the front desk was not very apologetic and did not even ask to help and didn't even care, I wasn't notified of the break in and there were 20+ cars broken into that morning, no cameras in the parking area for the safety of the customers, car breaks in happened a month ago and still nothing has changed or been updated to prevent this. I used to stay here all of the time and I will never be back due to the listed reasons. It’s a shame customer service, cleanliness, and safety are no longer a top priority for this hotel.

Cigarette butts in all planters and on the grounds. Indoor pool not heated in the pool area or pool itself! We had a suite, pull out couch had a Big stain on mattress, dead bugs in light fixtures. We stayed for the pool and couldn’t use it. Very disappointed.

My rental car was broken into in the hotel parking lot. A lot of noise throughout the night. Loud music, slamming doors

This place is disgusting. The bathroom was covered in past guests hair. Trash under the vanity and in the drawers. Mold and three colors of mildew in the shower. Carpets were sticky. Surfaces in the room were dirty. Strong smoke oder in the room. Had to wash every soft surface when we got home to remove the oder. One towel in the room at check in. The room fridge froze everything on the lowest setting. The coffeemaker had past guest leftover condiments in it. Two night stay and cards stoped working after the first. A huge storm came in and there was standing water on the 6th floor at the end of the hall with mold growing up the walls form the floor. The pool is shut down at 8. Did not want to provide towels for the pool. The water is as clean as the shower in our room and the indoor pool is ice cold. The water was so cloudy you couldnt see your feet in the shallow ened. The walls are pealing. The elevators smell like vomit. Everything was absolutely filthy. I struggle to believe anyones positive review is a real review at this point.

Staff are friendly and lobby and breakfast areas are clean and present really nice. The negatives far out weigh the positives. We have stayed here 4-5 times. This location has been slowly going downhill, this time was the worst. Our room smelled like stinky dog and old cigarette smoke as soon as you walked in the door. The bedroom smelled like dog feces and there were what clearly looked like feces stains on the carpet in the bedroom. We found dog bones in the bedroom. The air conditioning worked great to cool but was clearly putting too much moisture into the room as the furniture, sheets, carpet and towels all felt wet. Speaking of towels, the room is set up for 4-5 people and they only give you 2 towels and 2 cloths. When speaking to staff they advised that is how they are told to set up the rooms. We had to go down to ask for more towels immediately and every day of our 3 days there as well because they never came to clean or restock our room the entire time we were there. When we went down the second day we were advised they could only give max 3 towels from the front desk as this is management's rules. It would make sense if the rooms were stocked with the 2 towels that they say they put in the room but when there are no towels and 5 people, 3 is not enough. We had to also go down to stock our own toilet paper as well. Furniture needs a cleaning and beds are worn out. Overall this place is run down, dirty and not well run!! Sad to say that this will be our last stay.

5 adults with a room with 2 beds and pull out sofa. No extra linens offered for sofa bed. Had to go to desk to ask for them and had to wait 15 mins. Furniture was stained and dirty. A/C in living area made a terrible tapping noise, even after we turned it off. The one bed had sheets that were soiled and there was toe nail clipping in the bed. Will not ever go here again.

All the staff were kind and courteous EXCEPT for the front desk attendants present at check-in. They are misappropriating a handicapped parking spot for their own personal vehicle and were dressed in track suits that evening. No one was even behind the desk when we first entered; they were in the lobby area among 5-6 other people (guests?) so there wasn’t any way to tell they were La Quinta employees. Upon checkout, I knew he worked there. He not only was behind the desk but had on a uniform (still didn’t see a name tag, however) Upon informing him of areas that need attention (gross debris under tv in the bedroom…I moved it a bit to place my suitcase on top of the dresser since there are no luggage racks in the rooms…a major crack in shower wall, etc), he seemed to not want to accept my counsel, almost as if it was a personal attack on him. He had expressed this sentiment at check-in when we were stressing the need to enforce legal parking in handicapped parking spots I’m planning to contact the owner regarding this stay because I had such an upsetting experience with that employee

This place was filthy. It smelled liked mildew The ceiling had a hole in it and they actially have roaches, which is something I have never seen in a hotel. You have to run the shower for atleast 20 minutes for hot water. The worst experience ever.

After checking in I found a women’s feminine product in the trash. The towels were not changed and the soap was used. The shower soap was empty. Then I found a roach in the room. Not a good experience

Very clean and quiet and comfortable. Only downfall we got back late to the room and was hoping to relax with a movie and the tv didnt work. Front desk said to unplug and plug back in but that didnt work. They were nice when checking out and said they would give me 10 percent off the room

Noisy from the highway all night

We got woken up at 3am because we could hear the staff knocking on other rooms. This went on for hours. You can hear everything outside the windows while in the room. Along everything in the hallway. The walls are thin you can hear everything going on in the room next to you. The bathroom had mold and the tub was filthy. The room key stopped working and had to be reset every day we were there. Breakfast was open at 7am like they said. The bed was uncomfortable and their pillows are very small.

We booked a suite, and the space was comfortable and spacious. Parking was easy and convenient. As someone who eats low-carb, I appreciated that the breakfast had enough options for me to get by. There was also 24-hour complimentary coffee in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient—right off I-75. That said, there were some drawbacks. When we arrived, the front desk staff told us the indoor pool was unheated and very cold, so we didn’t end up using it. The shower in our room didn’t work properly—the pull pin was partially broken, which led to weak water pressure. The suite also had a stale musty odor. We kept the window open during our stay, which helped, and I like to think we left it smelling better. Housekeeping did not come once during our three-day stay, and we were only given two washcloths for a family of three. The front desk was often unattended for stretches of 10–20 minutes, and there’s no bell to call for assistance. My daughter noticed a few stains on her bedding—not terrible, but not ideal. Not the hotel’s fault, but our first night was disrupted by a group of rambunctious tweens running wild through the halls for hours. Lastly, the windows open wide enough on upper floors to pose a safety concern. So I would not recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with someone at risk of self-harm. All that said, the value was decent for an 800 square foot suite, and I would consider staying there again.

Space was good, pull out bed was kinda janky. Bathroom was fine but a little dated. About what I'd expect for the price I paid, so good overall.

The yelling and screaming on the floor all night long. They said no animals, and there were animals. The housekeeping staff were amiable and polite.

This place was a disaster from the beginning. At check in the employee said one word "license" and then ignored us beside handing over keys. Questionable who the employees are since no one wears a uniform or name tag which is concerning when your handing over financial information. Our first room smelled of smoke and mold so we were moved to another room. We stayed for 4 nights and no one cleaned our room, brought clean towels, emptied the trash nothing!!! When we went down to breakfast in the morning the person behind the counter was always sound asleep. Even more horrifying the 2nd night we were there we were in bed for the night and 2 men just walked into our room cause they apparently reassigned our room. Again not a way to make us feel safe. Whenever we complained or asked for assistance they simply looked through us and did not speak. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff member our last night (who said it was his 1st night on the job) Akee. He was very kind. Provided us with clean towels and toilet paper and apoligized he was unable to get the room cleaned at that time. Just 100% below expectations

They do not clean the rooms. We took our own trash out, got our own towels, made our own beds. We asked specifically to have them come clean and they did not even vacuum or make the bed. I had to call so many times and everytime they made us come and get what we needed. Like I said we literally had to remove our own trash, There was food all in the elevators. Kids knocking on our door and running. I reported that and they did nothing. I wouldn't let my dogs stay there if there was an offer. I have stayed in many many hotels and this by far was the worst experience I have ever had! I should get my stay free but I hope this is read so others will not waste their money. LaQuinta should be ashamed to have people using their name that are so in ept.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and its always an enjoyable experience. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and they offer breakfast with your stay, which is delicious. There are also several restaurants near by.

Due to major traffic on the highway, we checked in late and the hotel gave our room away. Then we called for a late check out, the hotel clerk advised if we checked out before 1pm there would not be a charge. Well the manager came to our room and said we will be charged a late fee. It was 12pm. The other manager misinformed us. We was not happy.

We called coming from another state to check in just after 3am and the person at the desk when i got there ignored me for 5 minutes working on the computer. Then after she was done with her thing says "what do you need." So i replied to check in we called earlier. She then says i just finished my cancelations.. so the 5 minutes i was standing there with no help from her she could have checked me in instead of canceling the room. On top of that ahe didnt know how to rebook it. We finially got a room at like 4:15 am slept till 8 so we could get breakfeast but most of it was gone a d they were not refilling the bacon or eggs anymore when breakfeast ends at 9am. On the bright side it seemed the guys at the desk in the moring where good to make sure we werent over charge and said we would get our $88 room again and a manager was going to call. But we wherre charged over $100 and no call from a manager even after calling and asking for one to call again.

I asked for my room to be cleaned and new towels. I was gone all day and returned to the room about 10pm. Once in the room, the old towels had been taken and no new towels were left, the room had not been cleaned. I call the front desk and was told they would be right up with towels. Twenty minutes later i had to call back, due to no one showing up with towels. I eventual got them later that night.

I think they changed management from the last time I visited, and I'd notice a lack of service

Our check in was very nice, the employee was training a new employee and was doing great, i wish the morning staff was a little more friendly! Came down for a cup of coffee at 730am to find only hot water, when i looked around for someone working no one was around! So i bought coffee at a gas station, what was really off putting was the desk clerk in the morning, she seemed as if she did not want to be there. I needed a new key as i had left mine by accident in the room, when i asked her for a new key she said what room! Made the key and did not even make eye contact! Very unprofessional and rude when i give her the key and said i was checking out i had to say just email my rec! No thank you no have a nice day nothing, i would hate to have your nice property lose business over an employee. Good luck

Excellent value. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast had hot food, pool, fitness room, fridge, microwave. There's nothing more we required. Also conveniently off the highway.

Right off the highway, always grateful that they allow dogs. Staff was very nice and helpful.

TV remote did not work so we could not watch TV but the room was large, clean and nice. Good location right off I-75. Easy access. Would stay here again.

Noisy from the highway all night

Great location. My room had strong stench of a cleaning solution that was very muggy and unpleasant. Windows were not sealed so the highway noise was rather unpleasant. AC units were a little outdated as well.

We had a nice stay. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Very convenient location. Great for a quick stay.

Id give it a better rating if the pool was heated for amenities if the pool was heated. It was cold, but we toughed it out. The front desk said they have a heater ordered and I said I would definitely stay again when they get a new one. Food was great for breakfast. Waffles, Sausage, eggs, salsa, sour cream, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, cream cheese, O.J., Coffee and tea. The only thing I could say is I wish they had water as well for breakfast even if it was a water container to put in a cup. Rooms were very clean, secure, and ice machine on the floor we stayed on. The staff was amazing and let me know about the vicinity when I had questions about it. I will definitely stay here again when they get there pool heater in. 😊

The breakfast was by far one of the best breakfast buffets at a hotel I’ve had the pleasure to experience. If you leave breakfast hungry it’s your own fault. The bed was extremely comfortable.

There wasn’t any food for breakfast on Sunday morning. Someone “called off” and “”there was an unexpected amount of guests” this was before 9 am! I stay places with breakfast for a reason. There was no discipline with the kids running soaking wet from the pool making it not only a huge slipping hazard, but making it undesirable to be near the lobby area. Elevators were drenched as well. Won’t be returning.
