La Quinta by Wyndham Cincinnati Sharonville

This hotel is very poorly ran. There isn't any helpful staff at all and you never see them working. Floors are unswept, breakfast items run out without being refilled, trash receptacles are not in abundance and those that are there are full and overflowing with no one taking the time to empty them. Rooms are just above disgusting and the bathroom shower curtain smells like urine. Physically, from the outside the building looks rather nice, but inside, there is little being done to keep it in shape or clean. In a room that sleeps five there were two washcloths with three sets of towels. Not a great experience staying here. There are better options at this exit, the Drury hotel and a Hilton affiliate. Check those out instead of this one.

First room smelled like cigarettes, they gave me another. The second room was very beat up. Stains on the carpet, Fridge didnt work, desk was super wobbly, AC unit was dirty, bathroom was not very clean - hairs everywhere, chipping plaster on the floor, peeling paint on the door.

Despite my reservation - I was informed at arrival, 10:45 pm, that they gave away my room before we arrived (2 queen beds) and basically strong armed us into another room (1 king bed) because everywhere else was booked. We had 3 people and I was told by the front desk “I’d just take it” to get me to shut up. Very rude & unprofessional. Also the room was $20 more than what I agreed to on my reservation
