We had a great stay at Drury Inn. As expected, the staff was friendly, the food was good, the hotel was well kept. The only negative was in the pool. Our 5 year old scraped herself multiple times on the very rough steps. She came out of the pool bleeding because they left the rough edge of the tile exposed on the pool steps.

After parking in the front lot outside of the sliding doors, my car got broke into along with 3 other cars. This is absolutely ridiculous to think I can go somewhere for a weekend trip and have my car broken into! I would recommend people to not book at this hotel!

They staff made it seamless to register and informed me of all their amazing amenities. The pool and jacuzzi area was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and social hour are fantastic. This hotel has been a step above all others I have stayed in the last year. You won’t be disappointed; book it and relax.

I would love to have given 5 stars as the staff was remarkable, the kickback and breakfast were good and the upgrade was nice. However, cleanliness for me is important. In the bathroom there was long black hair all over the shower curtain and tub. The bathmat was stained. It is hard to overlook these items so I couldn't give 5 stars. Kudos to Marcus at the front desk - very friendly and helpful.

Property really needs updating. There were large stains on the carpeting, stains on furniture. Front desk seemed understaffed, which resulted in long lines. On the plus side, employees were very friendly and helpful, the food service was great, and the lobby was spacious and inviting.

I was very impressed with how clean our room was. I typically wiped down the high touch areas with lysol wipes, and the cloth was clean. There's only a few things that I would suggest. Please get normal sized pillows and more tv channels.

Large stain on the carpet in the suite, smelled like smoke but supposed to be non smoking, mattress needed to be updated. There is also a train that you can hear from the top floor that runs at night. On the upside the queen suite top foot was a good size room and the staff was great

Your HVAC in the rooms stink. It’s the same in every Drury property. The Thermostat in each room is so insensitive that the temperature swings by 20 degrees before activating/deactivating. You choose between shivering or sweating throughout the night. I will not stay at another Drury.

Initially we were assigned a smaller room than what I booked. I expressed my disappointment but accepted the room. Later that night I got a call from Yvonne at the front desk saying they had a suite available. Also, when we returned to our room there was a bag of snacks and a note from the young man who checked us in apologizing for the mix up. The next day we moved into that room. I wish I remember the man who checked us in to recognize him but it was on Thursday, August 15th. Great customer service!

I was informed that my reserved room was cancelled upon arrival to the hotel. The clerk Diane stated Expedia cancelled the room due to my credit card being declined and that Expedia called to inform me. I never received a call from Expedia or Drury. I did however call Drury two hours prior to our late arrival to confirm the reservation and to inform the hotel of our arrival time. Clerk Brittany confirmed our reservation and said we were all set and that our late arrival would not be a problem. After a long stressful day, I was looking forward to some rest before heading out to be with family in the Midwest as my sister just lost her husband and I needed to get there. Instead, I was shuffled to a different Drury Inn in Mason, the clerk there Caitlin was extremely helpful and we were able to get a King suite for the night. I spoke with manager Andrew the following day who was also very helpful. I’m dissatisfied with the process that took place with this reservation, Drury blamed Expedia, Expedia blamed Drury, meanwhile I was left with an already stressful situation that was compounded by this reservation. I hope in the future I can expect better.

I never got to stay. I booked on Expedia and when I got there the place was overbooked. The receptionist. COLTEN, was unapologetic and i stood there for 10 minites before he communicated why he was calling other numbers and feverishly checking the computer. He thought it was no big deal that his remedy for the situation was to get in the car and drive to another drury in a different city for a room I didnt even book. I ended up paying the same price for a double queen as I was going to be charged for a 2 room suite. Poor service, bad communication, and lack of empathy. I will stick with Mariott, Hilton, or Double Tree.

The property was excellent. The front desk staff could use some customer service training. I had booked a Deluxe king room and they checked us in and sent us off. When we got to the room it was a room with 2 double beds. We went to the desk and they said there was nothing they could do as they were sold out and the king rooms must have gotten overbooked. Offered nothing for our inconvenience. We stay at Drury Inns all the time and have never had this poor of service.

I always enjoy staying at Drurys. This location is right off the highway (but you don’t hear the highway noise), has a Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot, plus many more good choices close by. The free breakfast and kickback nighttime choices are always delicious and even our picky kids can find something to eat. The pool is clean. Our rooms were clean and the beds are extra comfortable.

Wow! Our stay at the hotel was amazing. We arrived just in time for the 5:30 Kickback and decided to try it out. The food was absolutely delicious! 😋 And when they say it's free, it REALLY is free. Afterward, we went to our room and it was spacious. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. The next morning, we went down to breakfast and found a wonderful array of breakfast foods such as buttermilk biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles, potatoes, and more. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again!
