Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Northeast Blue Ash

Room was clean. Parking was shady because of the storage containers, assuming it's from the ongoing construction. Breakfast on the morning of checkout was available and warm, family friends who checked in 2 days prior , said the breakfast the day before was cold and "nonexistent" due to kitchen staff emergency. Guest have to walk through area under renovation/ construction, which presents a safety issue. Unfortunately pool not available due to ongoing construction but no notifications seen online; on check- in we were informed , " it was on our site". It was not on Hilton Honors nor on Hotels.com.

Breakfast was great, room was very nice and comfortable. They’re doing construction right now, so it got pretty loud at times. But they were quiet during sleeping hours! Really nice area as well. Will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity.

Hotel was under renovation and did not know this at booking. Continental breakfast was lukewarm. And the open area was extremely loud through midnight.

Under immense construction!!!! They do not reach out to warn you and I mean the whole atrium is torn apart with no pool area, breakfast/dining room or anything. Loud construction sounds and caution tape. Not safe.
