Comfort Inn & Suites Sharonville - Cincinnati North

Room was dirty. We asked multiple times for them to reclean the floors. Cleaning staff went in and only switched out towels even as we asked them as they went in to clean the floors. Breakfast was not the good and the pool was freezing. We understand it’s not heated but the pool room was as cold as the pool water. We will never stay here or recommend this hotel again. The only thing good was that the beds were comfortable

Breakfast bar was dirty, crumbs in containers we were suppose to use to place our breakfast in. Cereal was there from the day before when we checked in at 3:00pm, once we got to our room, the sheets were dirty, shower curtain was ripped and room had a terrible odor. Staff did change sheets in room while we were away, but this was very unappealing and made the stay uncomfortable. We took the kids down to the pool, and couldn’t even swim, pool water was yellow! Looked very unsanitary! Now this was a quick trip for basketball tournament, but wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Staff was amazing and on point... perfect option for a quiet clean simple stay

Clean room, comfortable bed. Staff was amazing. I had car ttouble and they did everything they could to help. Even got me a tow truck when we couldnt do anything else ourselves.

The rooms are outdated. The noise that the heat and air conditioner made were so loud that I had to turn it off. I wouldn’t have been able to sleep with it on. The bathrooms need work. The bathtub had the paint peeling from the wall and the tub is outdated and starting to turn a different color. I understand it was a cheap place to stay. But definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
