Very clean and a fantastic location!!!! If you just want a clean place to sleep! My air conditioner was extremely loud !!! My last night my tv wasn’t working to ask for service ! She tried to fix it then said she would call someone! They never came so I ask to move to another room beside me(I knew to was empty and I was told they didn’t have any room for me to switch too!!! NOT TRUE!!!

The staff was super sweet. It was decently priced, but there was no elevators and they were putting old people and people that have trouble walking up the stairs up the stairs. The floors were scratched up the breakfast maintained cereal and waffles and bagels. Only the beds were hard, not there was roaches which I reported to staff member that night even though the staff was amazing I will not be going back

When we arrived there was active construction happening in the lobby. They told us that no breakfast or coffee would be provided although it advertised breakfast and our reservation included breakfast. We left and found a better hotel. The lobby was a construction site and loud and covered in dust. They did not inform us of the situation. The front desk staff were also very rude. This is the first time we have ever encountered a situation at a hotel that was this bad.

Lost power around 10 and it was never restored during my stay. This made it unbearably hot, staff did not offer to comp or discount our rooms. Leaky windows in another guests room. Breakfast was stale.

It is near a highway but I would have thought that the sound proofing should be better. It is a very basic hotel, ok if you’re only looking for a bed but nothing more.

Was welcomed with black hair stuck to shower wall, shower curtain installed wrong so it didn’t close. Carpets in hallway torn and dirty. Flooring in room broken. Hall smelled like cat pee and I could hear a cat yowling intermittently. Appears that family who owns/runs this lives here and they were just randomly loitering around property. They were resurfacing the parking lot so I was awakened by pounding on the door telling me to move my car. I was sick during this visit or I would have checked out and gone somewhere else.

I have stayed here before and was one of my favorites hotel to stay. Room was descent beds are very comfortable but ran into some Issues with the Internet connecting to TV. Some towels had stains. It was under construction receptionist did say no breakfast due to all the remodeling but did say there be coffee. But NO coffee the next morning!

I really don’t know where to start about this property. We checked in late about 10:30 PM. The first thing is the toilet didn’t work the second thing once we went to take a shower. All the towels were stained did not look clean the next morning we went to the front, asked for another room and explained it to them that we were having trouble with the toilet The second room was better. It just had been remodeled, but the light fixture in the bathroom was wired together with black electrical tape and they didn’t clean the room very good once I went to take a shower. I looked on the shower curtain and there was a used dirty washcloth hung over the shower curtain needed to say we will not be back in as far as I’m concerned Wyndham needs to be notified, it looks bad for their property. Another thing the management of the hotel was very unresponsive. We asked for a clean towels and an extra pillow and they were very rude, but they did give them to us.

My stay was doable. No clock. Shower was not so clean and rod was loose causing curtain to not close completely. Towels are stained and dingy. Floor had tears in it. If the room is by the front parking lot, truck drivers parl there overnight so be prepared to hear their engines running all night.

We both liked the bed and the pillow. The paint job was so sloppy and trim paint on the walls, brown paint splattered on the bathroom tiles, holes drilled in the wall and not patched - it just wouldn't take much to fix these and make it a much better first impression. We were expecting a basic hotel but we weren't expecting such sloppy workmanship.

TV remote was broken, in room phone didn't work, paper towels stuffed around edges of smoke alarm in ceiling, sink counter top high and wide to be able to brush teeth and spit without being on a stepstóol, grout color in bathroom floor was black so it looked like it was dirty especially around the edges. Rooms were noisy due to no carpet.

First the noise. We checked in around 6 pm. The family who runs this hotel has their young kids living & playing in the hotel. Kids noise until 10pm. Then the room upstairs, my room was on ground level. They checked in after 10pm & for the next 2 hours it sounded like they were working out. Shoes dropped onto floor & every footstep is heard. The paint is fairly new but they painted around fixtures leaving a circle around them. The tv froze on a channel & never did work. The breakfast is 2 kids cereal fruit loops & frosted flakes. No juice. My parents room had water on the handicap bathroom floor & screaming kids until 5am. It maybe less expensive, but you get what you pay for or in this case very little for what they charged.

Received a call at 1:45, cancelling my reservation due to overbooking…told them no. Next call, minutes later, reservation cancelled due to storm damage..3 rooms, again told them no. I’d be there. 3rd call, guessing the owner, cancelled my reservation due to storm damage…not a helpful guy. After checking into another motel, found out that there was no storm. So, no damage? Contacting microtel ownership/management….not finished with this yet. Reservation was verified 3 weeks ago.

So I booked a hotel for my mother who was traveling. Unfortunately she had a medical emergency at 6 AM and was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. She was released from the hospital got an Uber and went back to the hotel by 10 AM. Checkout is at 11, yet the owners of the property thought it wise to go ahead and check her out since she went to the hospital, and essentially “checked out”. They throw away her toiletries that she had paid for. I think this is absolutely despicable. I don’t care if somebody leaves the property by ambulance, they are a hotel guest until 11 AM. You shorted her, you stole her belongings, and just treated her with the utmost disrespect.

We when got there, he tried to charge my card an additional $52 although I had paid online. I was supposed to pay when I got there but they instantly took the money off my card. So he tried to make me pay twice. Then said I had to pay a $25 deposit in case we messed up the room. We literally just needed to sleep. After all that & refusal to refund us, we had to go thru 5 rooms before we found a clean one. The sheets were dirty as well as the toilets & shower curtains. The bath towels were dirty. Had a half a bottle of used shampoo in our room.
