Hilton Garden Inn Ardmore

The pool was clean and I saw a family playing in it. Clean rooms and lobby. Staff was friendly.

The website shows a hot tub and a bar. The hot tub doesn't work and the bar isn't open. Hotel was clean and neat but the design for the bathroom door and exit door is absurd.

Location was great and had a big parking lot! Loved it.

The bar was closed, didn’t pay extra for breakfast, the receptionist was grumpy!

Clean and quiet; easy check in and out; nice pool area.

The only issue is the pool is always dirty and cloudy. This is the 3rd time at this property and the time before the pool and spa were really gross. This time was much cleaner, but the pool was still pretty cloudy. Needs to be cleaned more frequently, I would say. I’m not a pool expert.

It was alright, except bar was closed and hot tub was dirty when we were there.

Was very disappointed on how dirty the halls were in this hotel. The elevator was not working and off course they put us on the 2nd floor. We had 4 people and only 2 towels and no hand soap.

We had great experience staying two nights at garden in hilton. clean pool, good breakfast we wished they clean room and change the towels but the manager said they clean every other day. Overall we recommend it.

This day was excellent until the last night when the elevator broke, causing us to have to carry all our luggage down the stairs

Great place to stay. Both lobby and room were very clean. Personnel were friendly and helpful.

When we first got to our room there was a long hair on the bed then, when I go to take a shower, there was pubic hair in the shower. The carpet on the 3rd floor was filthy down the hall. Not very happy about the stay.

This was my family’s first time to Oklahoma and this hotel. Every inch of this hotel was white glove clean, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was a full buffet, the bed and pillows were more comfortable than my own at home, and it was far superior to the Marriotts and Westins I’ve stayed at!

The lobby and room was very clean and a great smell.

Hilton has been our 1st pick over the last several years on multiple occasions. The front desk staff are very nice & friendly. On this stay I checked in, at the front desk, but didn’t go check out the room right away. At a very long day we got back around 4:00AM and was very disappointed to find the room was not properly cleaned. Room entry floor, bathroom floor were dirty. Shower floor also was dirty. The second bed’s sheets had to be put on at the foot of the bed. Bathroom sink stopper was stuck closed & the hot water ran about 3 minutes & only got lukewarm. The toilet had dried up urine on it, in which I cleaned with a wipe just to be able to use it. We decided to go to a relatives to shower before traveling back home. I am extremely disappointed with the housekeeping services or lack of during this stay.

Room was really clean and smelled good. Hallway carpet looked old stained. The hot water in the sink and shower took about 20 minutes to get hot, wife took cold shower which I had to hear about. Overall nice stay

The only thing this needs is usb ports in the rooms for charging phone and accessories

The hotel is modern, clean and has friendly staff however, 3 different times people were shouting down the hall while we were trying to sleep. Other than this were were extremely happy with this hotel.

Overall it was a good stay. The building and rooms needs a revamping. The sink was cracked and various fixtures had wear and visible rust. Carpet had stains. Room was clean, mattress was not the most comfortable. Breakfast was not included for the price.

I had a great stay. There was a problem that the room I was provided has a problem with the door lock but the staff quickly transfered me to another room and provided a complimentary breakfast for the trouble, which it wasn't a big deal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

We stayed here for one night and needed a later check out time due to my husband working and they were very understanding and polite! If ever back in town I would definitely stay again! 10/10

We are Hilton Honors members and always stay at a Hilton if it is an option. Never again for Ardmore, Oklahoma. The girl at the front desk was extremely unprofessional. At check in, we were given our room keys in a card envelope with 224 written on it (by her). We go to the room and the keys do not work. My husband went downstairs to have her activate and she rudely asked why he was trying to go to that room, it wasn't ours. He showed her where she had wrote it on the envelope. She sent us to another room down the hall. We get there and the door is slightly propped open which made us nervous. We pushed it open and entered cautiously. The nightstand had fallen off the wall and there was a utility dolly holding it upright on the floor. He went back downstairs while I waited with our luggage. A maintenance man walked up while I was there and said the room had been taken out of service for repairs and he had no idea why she gave us that one. We were then moved to the 4th floor but she acted like it was an inconvenience to her to handle this situation. I posted a negative google review and today, 2 days later, i received an email from Hilton Corporate saying the hotel should have reached out to me by now to offer some sort of resolution. Unfortunately, we discovered multiple negative reviews through Google that I did not bother to check ahead of time because Travelocity was favorable. Never again. I will check both before booking in the future.

Hotel is great every time I stay here when in Ardmore. Great food in the hotel and bar is open until 10-11 every night.

We had an amazing time, and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. We also ate at the restaurant in the hotel, and the salmon was delicious..

My sister and i visited to go to turner lake. We had so much fun and the breakfast was great. the pool was fantastic especially on a hot day. The staff was friendly and handled all our issues with an apropriate responses.
