I love the way I was greeted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. House keeping does a fantastic job. It could use a face lift but then the price would go up so I say it's fine the way it is. The only thing I would like to see change is that no key is needed to enter the side doors. I plan to have extended stay in the near future until I find a place. So that tells you something. 🙂

Well no outside rooms no ice machine down went to desk rang bell 5 times no answer. No Kleenex bed so high I needed a stool to get in bed. Only smoking rooms on first floor

The beds were clean and the shower was clean. Everything else needs updating/deep cleaning. Strong smell of smoke throughout, carpets were nasty, door wouldn't lock properly. $25 per night pet fee is not what was advertised. Ok for a quick one night stay.. but wouldn't stay again.

Liked it was close to venue we went to, no carpet on floor, the room was trually non smoking. Disliked no refrig. ( didnt realize til got to room), no ice in the whole place, no shower curtain, no two nightstands, no comfortable chair or couch to sit on, even though there was plenty of room, no heat ( room stayed 70 how matter how high it was turned up). We really just needed a place to sleep, so it was fine, i just ended up wearing a sweater and pants to bed because it was too cold and one skinny blanket. Disappointed with things above, just will do a better job at vetting.

The rooms were more than unclean. The beds had a ton of dirt in it we had to change rooms. The next room was missing the microwave, floor was dirty and sticky. The bed's back board was disgusting. The ac was dirty and superdusty. The furniture was not clean i had to clean it myself. The toilet was dirty. There was so much of black mold all over the bathroom roof. It was so bad i had to right a review wich i dont typically do.

There were bugs all over the mattresses. The mattresses had holes and stains everywhere. The bathroom roof was caving in and water damaged. There was gross food on the walls. The fridge was rusted and loud.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in. The smell in the hallways is almost unbearable. The rooms are not clean. There was trash and crumbs on the floor. I came across 2 beetles running across the floor and some weird looking bug in the shower. Definitely dont bring your kids here or yourself really

The hotel has seen better days but if you can overlook the cosmetic aspect, it is a great stay. The room was a double queens room. The bathroom was very clean with a newer tub and toilet. The beds were so nice and comfortable and the air condition worked like a dream. All of the linens in the room and bathroom were nice, bright and white with no wear or tear visible. The room had a nice fridge. Only issues were the remote was not reliable, the furniture other than the beds have seen better days and the breakfast was lackluster but adequate. Would I stay again...Absolutely!!

This property is not fancy - in fact it is very basic in every way. But it is clean and quiet and everything in my room worked. If you want a great price and don’t mind bland and a bit old looking then stay here. I would not hesitate to visit again. Staff were very nice as well.

There's a door that connects the room I was in to the room next door, and the hasp type lock on the door, didn't keep the door closed like it should have. The door kept coming open, and it felt VERY unsafe...whenever I let the front desk know, the guy acted like there was no reason to come and check it out, and never did. I couldn't find another hotel that had an open handicap accessible room available, is the only reason I even stayed the 1 night I did stay. We left without staying the 2nd night, as we didn't feel safe.

Room was very spacious. Comfortable king bed, sofa, desk with 2 chairs, 2 night tables. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Tub and shower worked. Air con worked great. Continental breakfast. Restaurants next door. Very good value. A lot for your money

Front desk workers was friendly and helpful, housekeeping was friendly . I had a bad cold and didn't want to go to the store it was raining outside and I asked a lady walking down the hall if she had anything for a headache and she told me her sister was going to the store and they would pick me up something. I didn't know until later they was in housekeeping. Very nice and helpful

Great staff. Stayed here many times for work and this is the best value in town. Had an Air conditioner issue this last time. They offered another room or I could let them fix it. After work and walking in- it was Fixed. Just stay here.

This hotel is very decent. Like many of the other reviews the staff goes above and beyond extremely friendly and just plain kind. It’s a great hotel that will definitely get you by in the beds are comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. Next time, I’m in Ardmore ok.

In making this reservation I on accident put in a day too early to stay...called within one hour and asked to be moved to next night (willing to pay price difference)..reservation made with price line who also tried to get reservation moved or money returned. told to call back next morning...same woman who would do nothing to help...refused to change date...very mean...had to pay for room.(that we never stayed in and they rebooked).stayed different hotel the next night!!! other hotels work with you not this one......do not "trust" them

Friendliest staff in the city, best affordable hotel around here. Huge/clean rooms, free coffee 24/7, and fruit in the morning. Also toast. Can't go wrong with toast.
