Days Inn by Wyndham Lawton

There was no daily housekeeping and was told housekeeping only comes in twice a week. We had to ask for clean towels. There was no breakfast, continental or otherwise, just granola bars, coffee, and juice. We only one trash can in the room and had to ask for another. The room had no telephone. When I asked about this at the front desk I was told that the facility was undergoing renovations and that the telephones were scheduled to be installed during the first week of our stay. They never were (we were there for two weeks). There was no iron or ironing board nor were there any tissues. The hallway had a bad smell of dog urine and marijuana smoke. Our door had a broken safety hasp on the door but was replaced upon request. The hair dryer broken but was also replaced upon request. The internet "lagged" frequently and was unreliable. Exterior trash cans overflowing. The bath tub had no stopper in it nor was there an exhaust fan. You could see where a fan had been removed from the ceiling and the hole patched over poorly. We saw several roaches and large spiders in our room. The 3, 6, & 9 on the microwave keypad didn’t work. There was no restaurant as advertised unless it was in the on-site bar (which if we had anyone under 21 could not have gone into). There was only one working ice machine which was not enough to handle a facility of this size (approx. 100 rooms). If I could give it negative stars, it would definitely rate a minus 10 stars.

When we arrived, we found that pet rooms were all smoking, there was no elevator, and my 79 year old husband would have to climb an outdoor staircase with luggage. Obviously we did not stay and this was not on the description. I am told we can not get a refund. That is unfortunate because I will let everyone know not to do business with you or them.

Was convenient to I-44 access. Certain amenities that you would normally expect were lacking. There was no working WiFi for entire 2 night stay. No ice machine on premises and no desk chair in room (there was a desk...but no chair).

The property is old and in need of some upkeep but there is a bar inside and that's rare these days

Room needed a better cleaning- there was dog hair and dirty ketchup containers behind the headboard. There was also hair on the faucet in the tub. The provided breakfast is coffee, apples, 2 cold cereals, and oatmeal packets- very disappointing. The pool was nice and it was quiet. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

I would definitely stay here again. The TV in the room was terrible, but who goes on vacation to watch TV anyways? Quiet and convenient location. Harlows bar/ lounge is a secret hidden gem in Lawton. I've been to a lot of bars all over the country and Harlows has to be my favorite. Great atmosphere, great drinks and extremely friendly people. Very highly recommended.

This property is nothing like what the images show. The rooms are open to the outdoor parking are like a motel. We felt very exposed, unsafe and catfished from the photos. The inside of the rooms were run down and old. Paint was scuffed, water damaged baseboards, barely wiped down -not clean at all. The pool was mostly drained and looked unsafe and not at all useful. It’s very unfortunate since this location is so close to graduation but so unkept.

Broken tub faucet, I was never fixed. Every 8 hours my keys would stop working. The breakfast was a granola bar, oatmeal, Apple, or fruit loops. Cool pool though

False advertisement!! Rather stay in a trash can than this disgusting nightmare! The place is unsanitary, disgusting and terrible customer service who did nothing other than ROB me. This place has crack heads everywhere so don't plan to sleep during your stay, nevermind blood stained bed sheets or used kotex in trash smelling up the $97 room. Couldn't even sit down on the bed because of the filthiness, try to imagine what germs weren't visible. I don't ever complain but I felt very unsafe, uncomfortable and ripped off as soon as I discovered the blood on the bed sheets. I went down to ask for my money back and was told no, non refundable. I stayed out in a parking lot inside my car until daylight when I returned the key and asked again for either my money back, was told manager will call me which never happened. Don't book here,, it's terrible

The Room was dirty, smelled , roaches everywhere, dirty and holes on the towels .. it’s just filthy in general.. and I’m a housekeeping supervisor this is unacceptable 💯

There were cockroaches in the room ants there is no ventilation in the bathroom

The rooms were old and not very clean. I moved the couch to get a toy that fell and there was a dead cockroach on the wall. People were drinking and loud outside all throughout the night. The breakfast was cereal and a pack of oatmeal.

Dirty room stains on towels and bed sheets

The room was very dirty and in need of repairs. The bedding was very dirty and it had very small pillows, the door keys did not work for us and we noticed for another man staying there, the window was not secure and in need of repair, it smelled very bad, the bathroom was in need of repair around the door frame. We did not stay. We walked in, inspected the room and left within 5 min. We did let the manager know we did not feel safe and asked for a refund, she denied it of course. I feel bad posting such a bad review, but please spend another $40 and stay somewhere safe, secure and clean. I will say the young man at the front desk was very nice to us and greeted us with a smile and did try to fix our key card.

My room had a noisy A/C, there were roaches seen in the room during the nights. The shower head was filthy and the wash cloths were old and had holes in them.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Cockroach, spiders, knats & flies in our room. The room smelled awful.

When I tell you I thought I got a steal but see why it was $53 a night. First thing I requested a non-smoking room and why was the first thing I noticed the intense smell of cigarettes. I opened the window only to find no screen and with the bugs you just can’t have that down here. As a solo female traveler I was already nervous but then as I closed the door I realized it was broken and had a little crack to see through. There was pounding noises and children running around at midnight all three nights I was there too. The sheets are not clean either. There were multiple stains and sticky places all around the room. The TV only has cable so good luck if you can’t find anything. The older woman was very short with me as well. I asked for sheets and she told me there were no extras. At a hotel you have no extra sheets???? The toilet got clogged a total of 4 times within my 3 night stay. To say I’m disappointed is the least. Please just spend that extra $50 to get a nice hotel!!! Too many problems and VERY unsafe

You walk into the room, it smell very musty. It looks like there was mold on the walls. Where they just covered it up with some paint, and it was going through the bathrooms. Do not have any air fans so all the warm came out into the room, not really that good. The shower head pressure. What's awful?There was more pressure in the sink. I also wanted a non-smoking room, but some ways. people around my room had smoking rooms. So it beats the purpose of having a non-smoking room. I literally had to go and get some air fresheners to put in that room. They do not clean very well. But overall, maybe I will give it a 2

Needs a lot of maintenance work. Bathroom door on one hinge, toilet seat falling off.

The bed was uncomfortable the room was so so and there was young adults running around the property all night

The property around is fine, it's the rooms they are not cleaned right, the beds are like sleeping on a brick, and springs were coming up from the mattress, the floors made our feet black. The coffee sucks, you think we pay almost $70 a night the coffee could be upgraded, and the coffee pots to a Keurig, I mean it's not the Hilton but the owners of the Days Inn just can't paint and say ok that's all we are doing. And the heater in our room wouldn't work 3/4 of the time (Room 223). I believe it needs to be dulldozed and rebuilt right. There that is my review.

Besides the sidewalks flooding and gaps under room doors , rooms are outdated and sheets were stained. Also seemed to be a late night party outside our room both nights. Staff was friendly and helpful but our first floor room was definitely in need of some upgrades.

Room was clean, but very outdated, A/C was cold but very noisy, The second night they either was playing loud Music in the Lounge or the Rooms below us until 11:30 Pm, Very inconsiderate

The room was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and the pillow case had black stains on it.

Upon arrival I went to the room, the bathroom lighting, the bed lighting on the wall on the rigfht hand side, and the overheadlighting prior to the bathroom lights do not work. I addressed my concern with the staff prior to stepping out for the day. I was shunned because I interupted his phone call relating nothing to his job. I was informed it would be taken care of prior to my return; well without a doubt it was not even adressed. the door itself did not remain closed unless the dead bolt lock was in the on/functioning section. EVERY day I had t pack everything back into my car to ensure it was secured while i was away. I again returned to the front desk to inform the staff, I had no effective results. I requested to speak to manager but was never returmned a response. I ended up leaving the hotel; zero reimbursement or apology or anything. I travel ALL of the time as a Contract for Dept. of Defense, All I wanted was a safe secure evening with a functioning room. If you want that to, DO NOT STAY here. you will be ignored and shunned if you make any requests, very dissatidsfied and disappointed with the lack of concern and support. If i could post the videos and pictures you would stay away as well. Buyer be warned

When we arrived Saturday afternoon we were met by a smiling and welcoming young man "Guna". He remained that evening and early next morning. Then "Hatel" greeted us after breakfast and before we left. I must say that smiling friendly faces make a HUGE difference in life! And we were very grateful for them. Also the facilities and our room were very clean with a welcoming environment! Thanks sooo very much!

It's slightly above a motel. The staff were rock star people though.

My family checked out and drove home a night early and willingly ate the cost. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was rude. I never give bad reviews and constantly give people the benefit of the doubt, but there was no excuse for this place. The toilet wouldnt flush, the tv only had two channels, the A/C was stuck on one temp, there were roaches and the whole place reeked of weed. Breakfast was usually an apple or banana and a granola bar. These were brought out a couple at a time. The back section of the hotel was mostly boarded up and looked like it belonged on the worst part of skid row. Someone from Wyndham corporate should really stop by unannounced and check this place out. If you're lucky they'll still the handwritten note stuck on the front door stating that they have no empty rooms, even though people who came in and asked if rooms were available were told yes and given all the options of single/double, smoking/nonsmoking. If you're visiting Fort Sill and need a place to stay, trust me, this isnt it.

It was quiet, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was excellent. The rooms need updating and no real breakfast. The coffee was very good. If you’re going to boot camp graduation it’s a great place to stay. Just 10 minutes to the gates and 15 minutes to the airport.

The front desk personnel was on his phone all the time and we looked like we inconvenienced him.

Clerk at check in was arguing that I reserved a smoking room - I did not want a smoking room, but if that was all he had.... After arguing he gave me a room that had a broken window and no lock on window. Second room had a broken lock - so I moved a chair and wedged it under the door handle as a way of at least securing the door somewhat.... Dissapointed that Day's Inn and Windham add their name to a place in such a state....

The hotel is older, but you can see they're trying upgrade it. We had a smoking sweet and it was extremely roomy and comfy. We had to get toilet paper and towels twice during our 4 night stay. We saw housekeeping cleaning other rooms but never even knocked on ours. Parking was easy and convenient and close to shopping that you can walk. There's a million black tailed prairie dogs in the empty lot next door which are fun to watch.. over all I would stay again. Nice rooms, nice staff. Great prices.

Very nice hotel and located in a perfect spot. It is very clean and safe. All amenities are close by.

This property served its purpose, we didn’t need anything special and the park across the street had the most amazing walk thru Christmas lights! Relaxing and peaceful, very quiet and easy to check in.

The Continental breakfast was a joke they had cheap granola bars that me and my wife couldn't eat and they substituted Orange juice for sunny D in a mini bottle everything was a joke

Breakfast is a joke

Unfortunately, we were at the facility while they were remodeling. We had the jacuzzi tub suite. There wasn't a stopper for it and we had to go to the front desk to request one. The one they gave us was too small and easily shifted to open the drain. While we were out of the room, they painted the doors to the room and left the trash from that in the entry to be tripped over. Paint fumes caused headaches. No other room type available. At no time was there maid service to replace the coffee for the coffee maker or take out the trash, not to mention towels or making the bed. Management said it would be better in a couple months but we weren't going to be there in a couple months. Additionally "breakfast" offered was honey buns and coffee. We did not have pets with us, but the sign said pets would only be allowed in smoking rooms so very glad we didn't bring our son's dog so he could see her.

The hotel sucks. The breakfast option sucks. Infact nothing hot there only 2 percent milk offered with dry ass cereal. The shower head almost out of thr wall thr tub dirty and not able to hold water. Rm 232. I asked front desk for iron. They asked me to come get it myself
