Indoor pool was freezing cold. Manager said she would compensate us because that’s the only reason we booked this hotel, she never did. We stayed 5/20/25. Decided to go back to the room to warm up. Shower was lukewarm/cold at best. Asked at front desk, staff said they’d send someone if they could get them to show up. They never did. It looked like mold around the tub, shoddy furniture. (I have pics). Never ever again.

Everything was broken including the elevator and our room was on the 4th floor! Front door to the hotel was broken. The door to the pool was broken. The stairwell door to the outside didnt even close completely so anyone could walk in without a room key. The stairwell was horrible hot and gross. The carpet was disgusting and had holes all in it. The breakfast was minimal and the juice machine was broken. The curtains were broken and holey in our room. The bathroom had mold around the bathtub and the toilet did fit the toilet. We will never stay there again!! There is only one tiny, dirty, inside pool and large families, who are not hotel guests, are apparently allowed to swim.

The elevator is broken...They put us on the 3rd floor.. Our air conditioner was broken and leaked all over the carpet in our room and they refused to move us. The breakfast was cold and nasty. Overall a NASTY place and we will never return.

Elevator wasn't working!!. Luckily, the young man,Ted, that checked us in, help us with our 3 suitcases all the way up to the 3rd floor! The stairway carpet was very dirty!!! Breakfast was mediocre, not much of a selection!!

Overall it was a good stay. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and breakfast option were ok.We had picked the hotel for the indoor pool but it was under maintenance during our stay. For the price and location it was alright.

The carpet was wet in sections and sticky in others. There was water damage on the ceiling. (We were not on the top floor). The window opened and there was no safety screen. -3rd floor. Breakfast was very late in being put out. The food was fair. The staff were courteous.

The exterior doors on the side of the hotel and to directly enter the pool did not lock, so anyone could enter the property without being seen by staff. Breakfast was adequate, but minimal. The curtains were stained, the bathroom sink had major cracks, and the sheets did not attach well to the bed. While I have come to not expect daily housekeeping, my trash was not even emptied during my stay which is unusual. The room was spacious and WiFi worked fairly well. Staff was friendly.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming (I didn’t get her name but she worked from Christmas night into the next morning). Our room was very clean. The breakfast was pretty good. They had biscuits and gravy, sausages, eggs, waffles as well as the usual continental breakfast fare. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Lawton.

Pick a different hotel. This one is very run down & majority of the staff are rude. The bathroom in our room had water damage on the ceiling and mold in the shower. There wasn’t a working vent fan which explains the excessive moisture. Our ac only worked when it wanted to. The mini fridge was pulled out of the cabinet & set on the floor. The microwave was on the floor of the cabinet. Thankfully the bedding was all clean. Everytime I brought up a concern to the front desk they acted as though I was annoying them. It was a short stay or I would have switched hotels. The automatic entry doors were not working as well so I was locked outside. Due to disability I was unable to manually open the doors as the sign said. Again the staff was annoyed they had to open the door to let me in. I will never stay here again.

Went to Oklahoma to visit my brother who was in the Army. I chose this hotel because it is close to the base and it had good ratings. I guess we were the unfortunate ones who didn’t have a good experience. As soon as we went into our room, a roach on the door. I killed it and threw it out, then I continued to unpack and my son says: Mom, there’s a bug on the wall. I go to check it out and Roach #2. Killed it and threw it out. Now I’m feeling uncomfortable. I go downstairs and tell them if I can have another room, she says that they’re completely booked. I tell them, then I will have to check out and ask for a refund, she says she can’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. The only thing they were able to do was call the housekeeper to clean our room. That made me feel alittle better but I still felt uneasy. I made sure to check the beds before we slept on it. Didn’t see anything, thank goodness. We were there for a short time which was good but if we have to return to Oklahoma, then it would be to another hotel

Booked two rooms for family, one of the room keys didn’t work very well, got it changed pretty quickly. One of the rooms’ bathroom showerhead didn’t work, the other bathroom had lots of white substance all over the shower, made it very uncomfortable to shower in. Hotel uses large refillable shampoo and conditioners, which is nice for an eco friendly standpoint, however, makes me nervous. Room was spacious and AC worked well. Surrounding area was nice for food. Breakfast was really nice and staff was very accommodating.

Elevator button not working. One luggage rack out of order and other in use by others, so we toted our luggage. Mattress was one of those where you roll toward center. About $80 value, but paid more like $120. Room was spacious. Pretty quiet. Breakfast good..

This was our first time staying with Comfort Suites and the expectations were a maybe a step above a Motel 6. We were very pleasantly surprised by a spacious, clean and airy room. We will add this group to our list of affordable places to stay.

We have stayed at this Comfort Suites twice as a family and it has been a great visit both times. There is always nice workers at check-in and the hotel is always clean. There is a workout room that has everything we have needed. The breakfast is simple but also has a variety of options. Julius is always on top of cleaning & restocking the kitchen area. I would recommend this hotel if you are coming to Lawton. The location is right off the interstate but it’s in the quieter part of town.

It was a nice hotel for our weekend trip. It was clean & met all our needs. Great staff at front desk. Especially, Jen (Jennifer). She couldn’t get us clean towels for our 2nd day early as they were all being laundered. But she promised to have them ready for us later in the day. When I checked back after lunch, she had set back exactly everything I had requested. She was also very friendly & kind. Great customer service!!

The staff were amazing. The lady at the front desk made accommodations for us even tho we arrived at 7am. She got our reservation fixed with a better rate and got us squared away in a room. The evening front desk ladies were super nice as well. Breakfast had the best biscuit & gravy ever!

Just needed a quick stay for one night in Lawton. This hotel is conveniently located right next to I-44. The property is well maintained and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good with lots of options including waffles! But what set this stay apart was the friendly, helpful staff. Particularly the gentleman that checked me in; Darrell. He welcomed me, was quick and efficient. He asked what brought me to Lawton. When I returned later that evening, he remembered and asked how the concert was! Employees with that level of care are rare and I truly hope management recognizes his value.
