Extended Stay America Suites - Lawton - Fort Sill

The back patio was set up with a canopy, table and chairs, and a grill.

Loved the hotel wish there was a pool and a better morning breakfast options. The staff was so awesome and helpful.

Great location and very clean with friendly service. Beds were nice, however our furniture in the room needed to be replaced as the covering on both chairs had peeled off in multiple places. In the gym, several machines were not working. Free breakfast is limited to only choice of 2 kinds of packaged snacks and coffee. No fruit or juice. There is a designated smoking patio but no pool. There is a full kitchen but you have to request dishes and coffee maker. Heard from other guests this location had been recently sold and might be having a makeover.

Front desk girl was rude. Had to wait for her to come around from her desk. She got snarky when I asked why she took a picture of my DL. She did t even ask to take the picture. She just took it. Then threatened to cancel our stay. We like extended stay because of the amenities. But this hotel had None. No laundry room. And the exercise room had all Of their treadmills out of order. We chose to stay here for that reason. FOR THE AMENITIES. The floor in our room was disgusting. The carpet itself was sticky. Walking barefoot resulted in the soles of our feet turning black. Our room had no coffee pot. But had a sign reminding us to turn It off. Horrible. Horrible property. Worst hotel we have stayed at in a while.

Clean, comfortable, nice little grab-N-go breakfast, solid coffee, kind staff when I checked in. What more do you need? Gym and laundry were A1. I’d stay here again if I wasn’t permanently moving to the area.

The room were nice size and was clean, the fur iture needs to be replaced. The bed were nice but not enough blankets. Went to gym to use treadmill nither of them were working. I would of gave 4 star if these were fixed.

Overall , good property . Some minor problems with room . Cold water faucet in sink did not work . Ice machine needed tweaking .

This property is very run down and in desperate need of a remodel. Bathroom fixtures were rusty and the vinyl of the arms on the recliner had been torn off. While there was plenty of hot water, the bathroom sink backed up and drained very slowly. There were ants in the bathroom the entire time and not just a couple. Breakfast left little to be desired. Some fruit and grain bars, packaged muffins and oatmeal, and coffee. The staff was kind and friendly except the man in housekeeping whom I asked to change out two wash cloths and the bath mat because it was full of ants. He acted put out that he had to walk into the laundry room to retrieve these items for me. We won’t be staying here again and probably won’t choose an extended stay again.

There is no restroom in the lobby - it’s for employees only. It’s very close to a lot of food choices and restaurants. Lots of out of town working people use this hotel. The staff was nice and helpful.

Had a few Roaches in the bathroom and twice there was dog poop in the hallway. None of the gym equipment worked. Room had a moldy smell to it. Same as the hallway

I will never recommend this place to anyone!! The front desk ladies were very passive aggressive. They showed visually irritation with customers checking and you could just tell they just didn't want to be there. There was no restroom in the lobby area for customers who were checking and when asked if there was one I was told not for the public only employees you have to wait till you get checked in. The room smelled!! There was a very very strong body odor that lingered in the room. The reclined that was in the room was worn, old and visible signs of wear. The bathroom had knats the flew out of the drain when I turned the water on. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable it felt like I was sleeping on a box spring! The bedding had an over pungent smell of Clorox and that made my nose burn. I didn't get much sleep at all, due to the odors and the feel of the bed. Glade to only have been there 1night!!!!

The room was filthy. Kitchen sink full of old fried chicken oil. I booked for two nights and had to leave immediately.

⭐️ 1-Star Review — PLEASE Read Before Booking I’m honestly heartbroken and disgusted by this hotel. We paid $680 for 4 nights, and the first room we were given was absolutely horrible. It smelled awful, the furniture was filthy, and there were roaches crawling around. I was literally in tears because this is not a safe or healthy place for anyone, especially children. We were able to switch rooms, and while the second room was decent, it still did not make up for how terrible the first room was. The fact that this hotel allows guests to check into rooms like that is beyond unacceptable. We booked this through Expedia, and honestly, they need to review this property immediately. This place should NOT be listed as a family-friendly option. The conditions are unlivable. And don’t even get me started on the “breakfast.” They advertised breakfast included, and all they had was muffins, oatmeal packets, and granola bars. That is not breakfast — that’s snacks. I will never, ever, EVER stay at this hotel again. This was a nightmare, and the only reason we stayed at all was because everything was booked for the holiday. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Check in was smooth. Once we got to the room we left our luggage and left for dinner. Once we got back we noticed both beds were dirty and had bed bugs. Both beds had what looked like bodily fluids. I took pictures to show front desk. We were told we were welcome to check out. Claiming they had no other available rooms. We had to find another place to stay at 11pm.

As soon as I entered the room, I was smacked in the face by a strong odor of mold emanating from the rug. I also had the honor of being greeted by roaches on the wall and floor. That made me curious 🤔 to see if someone actually cleaned, so I started my on inspection. I found another roach and cobwebs behind the dresser adjacent to the room entrance, pooh pooh in the toilet, a broken fake finger nail on the floor and an elastic hair band under cobwebs behind the dresser that's next to the window. I MacGyvered together my own roach trap and caught 2 more roaches in the morning. I killed 5 roaches in total, luckily I didn't see anymore during my last 24 hours in that room. The toilet flush was very weak and could barely flush down toilet paper. The staff was friendly for me, I give them 5 stars. Everything is "out of order" in their gym, what a joke. I overheard someone complaining about having no electricity on one side of her room and another person arguing about not being check in because the hotel system was down for audit purposes. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. But the surrounding area is excellent, a park across the street, shopping and dinning in a walking distance. 5 star for location

Needs a deep cleaning. Non smoking room that smelled of cigarette smoke bad enough we slept with window open. Beds uncomfortable and hard. Chair was ripped up.

The entire hotel was dirty. I don't think they ever vacuum or mop. Our room literally had someone’s dirty socks in the bathroom, the counter was gross, nobody bothered to wipe it down and none of the floors were clean. The hall, elevator and room all had very dirty floors. The kitchen sink did not have hot water and the tv remote did not have batteries.

The recliner was ripped, no ice machine. Refrigerator made loud noise all the time.

Nice sized room with apartment style amenities

The first night condensation from ac unit above us dripped on our ac unit and was very annoying. I am a light sleeper and kept me up. 2 nd night it didn’t and was great.

We liked the proximity to Fort Sill and surrounding area. We didn't like the constant banging or noise in our first floor room.

The bed was stiffer than my normal. The curtains gaped so sunlight came through into my face

Impossible to contact anyone at the hotel to advise them of our late arrival. Chair in the room was falling apart. Mattress was very very old.

When we got there after 3:00 there was no one at the desk. We called zero on the phone heard it ring in another room but got no answer. Finally a house keeper happen to pass by and ask what we needed. He had to look for the dwsk person. When she finally showed up she was wearing headphones and looked like she just woke up. The room was clean enough but the ice maker was broke and alot of the vinyl was peeled off the recliner and the office chair was broke.

Basic place to stay. Furniture was old with large tears in the chairs. Refrigerator and heating unit were very noisy. Ran the fan consistently to try to drown out the noise. If I wasn’t exhausted I wouldn’t have been able to sleep. Needs updating badly

Expedia did the hard part for me and booked everything for me. The boy that was at the front desk would not accept my Oregon Real ID. Even tho I had my old ID, birth certificate, SScard- and several pieces of mail with my identical information. He just said,” that’s our policy ma’am” it was midnight when I eventually was able to find another hotel to take me in. He did not offer any assistance in getting a reimbursement from Expedia nor issuing me a refund so I could find other arrangements. I am very upset with extended stay America AND Expedia. It was “texting only” to chat with an Expedia rep- who ignored me-then disconnected our chat before I was finished!! They didn’t care about this veteran or the fact that I was so far from my home for my Newly Enlisted, daughters’ graduation from Basic Training. This shows Expedias support for Americas Soldiers. None whatsoever. How embarrassing.

It was the worst stay I've ever had!! There were fleas in the room. Then when I asked for a coffee cup to get some coffee at 5:45am as there was nothing set out. I was met with vile hostility. When i complained to the manager he spit at me, yelled in my face and threatened me with violence and then canceled my stay yet refused me a refund. I will be in touch with expedia to get a refund

Door needed work and not all amenities were available for an extended stay hotel staff was away from desk alot

Staff was fine, night clerk was very kind, my flight was delayed 3 times so I didn’t arrive until 2am all I wanted was sleep but had to wait 2 hours for my room because their system was in audit mode. Really that my only complaint everything was average but the “continental breakfast” was a lie

The morning and day staff were hard neglectful of their guests. We always had to track someone down to help. The evening front desk young lady was very attentive. It was just the morning/day employee that was unhelpful. Furthermore, they refused to clean our room, asked we exchange our towels for cleans ones. Overall it was an unhygienic place to stay. And unfriendly

First of all, they gave away my room that I reserved three to 4 weeks in advance. The girl behind the counter was so rude, mean, and didn't care that they gave away my room. It looked like her boss was making her go to the counter. The people above her were rude and wouldn't let me use the bathroom. The place is dirty with gangsters hanging out outside. Dirty and horrible place, and customer service.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. The carpet in the room smelled strongly of dirt and cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. When we checked in the room only had 2 washcloths for 2 people staying 4 nights. When we requested more, the hotel wanted to charge us $10 for 2 additional washcloths. If we wanted the room to be cleaned while we were there, it was a $25 charge per cleaning. The people in the room above us were really noisy, so the next morning we asked to move to the top floor. The hotel refused to let us move even though there were rooms available. After 2 nights, we decided to leave early and the hotel refused to refund us for the nights we didn't use and would not even print out a receipt when we checked out. We won't be staying in Extended Stay Suites again.

Front desk lady is so sweet , and we enjoyed staying here until our new home is ready. Well definitely reccomend my out of town friends and family to stay here when they visit...

Parking felt safe. Staff was a bit harsh in order to get fresh towels we had to bring the dirty ones down ourselves. Breakfast was a bit deceiving. Many moments there was no one at the front desk there was always a sign be back in a few minutes and if you dialed zero to let them know you were waiting you still had to wait. The front desk should always have someone who can give you recommendations for food directions etc.The cleanliness and space of the room was excellent. Not bad for the amount of days we stayed. I would stay again if needed too

Everything was exelent Exept for the inconvenience of watting for 1 hour at 2 am Because of the computer system update 😒

It was close to the Army base. A lot of dining options nearby.

We were in town for Basic Training Graduation so the hotel wasn't too far from Fort Sill. I also liked that the property had a kitchen so I could prepare meals which made it feel like home. One downside is there wasn't a coffee pot in the room and I also noticed that my room didn't have the lounge chair that I noticed in another room.

Sit off road did not see it from main road business in front blocking site. Was clean staff were nice . Plenty of place to go eat around it short drive to Fort sill

They advertise a complementary breakfast. Oatmeal and prepackaged muffins don’t constitute a breakfast to me. I wouldn’t care if they didn’t provide breakfast but don’t advertise it if you’re not going to provide it so guests can make other arrangements.

Again i love how close it is to fort sill when we come too lawton to see our solidier but only thing i dont like is not having breakfast when we pay a good amout for a room, other than that our stay was great!

Upon arrival, checking into the room, the room smelled like cat urine I had to go to the desk. I was not offered another room. I was just giving some Febreze to spray around the room. During the night, if you use the restroom or wash your hands or anything, the vent would make noise after the water would go off all night woke up and it was supposed to be a grabbing Go breakfast. They didn’t have any breakfast at all state that they were waiting on a truck so nothing was as it seemed at this hotel.

My reservation lncluded breakfast. All there was was coffee Managers were to busy to care or not there. Room had furniture falling apart. Bed was lumpy. Won't go there again.

I arrived 1 day early and the hotel would not rent a room for the night. I ended up leaving 1 day early and the hotel would refund 1 night. The hotel did not serve breakfast. Based on the above facts, I will never stay at an Extended Stay America Suites again.

Very disappointed in breakfast or should I say the lack of breakfast. I thought it was bad enough that there was what they called a grab and go breakfast which was mini muffins the choice of chocolate or blueberry and/or breakfast bar that was as cheap as the muffins BUT it went from bad to worse. There was NOTHING NO MUFFINS NO BREAKFAST BARS AT ALL!! They are so cheap they wouldn’t accommodate their guest with any type of breakfast substitute.

The location was good, but the website stated breakfast included, it was only 1 bad coffee machine and some cereal bars, hardly a breakfast

Staff was great, especially at check in. Breakfast was MIA in the morning even though there was a sign saying breakfast 6 - 9:30. There may have been food in the cabinets but there was no indication of that by signs. The coffee was great!
