Room was next to noisy freeway, had insects, broken furniture and badly stained stuffed chair. There is no lobby and only contact with staff was through a small walkup window. The pool was closed temporarily for repair. The room was cheap and we should have insisted on seeing the room before we booked.

Being close to the interstate it’s quite.. but no breakfast, no fridges, nothing on the website that is advertised is available. You can’t go inside to do any transactions except through a small window on the side of the building.. I would recommend you stay somewhere else.

Was not allowed into the front lobby. Had to go to a window to check in and out. Didn't feel safe there. Room was shabby. There was no breakfast as advertised! Paid for 2 nights in advance, but chose to go to another hotel and pay again rather than stay there. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Check-in was a disaster. The lobby was closed, had to use an outside window. Took staff 3 minutes to respond to the bell. I was standing outside in the rain under a leaky and small canopy. Room itself had NO available power outlets (I had to disconnect TV and a lamp). Two lights not working, one very dim. No hot water. Cigarette burn holes in bed spread (non-smoking room) Not as advertised: no breakfast, no refrigerator, no microwave, and NO REFUNDS IF YOU DIDN'T WANT TO STAY LIKE THAT!

This place should not be allowed on Hotels.com. The lobby is chained closed. You have to pay through a window slot and you cannot see who is on the other side. Absolute dump!!! I cancelled my stay and had Hotels.com cancel it.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE PAGE. To say that this location was disgusting, would be an understatement. Some lights didn’t work, the smell was horrible, the pool looked as if it hadn’t been serviced in months, the floor was ragged and … sticky? The mirrors were dirty, the water barely had any pressure, the bead and bedding had cigarette burns, gunfire for the majority of the time I was there, the phones were disconnected, WiFi was inaccessible … I could go on. I opted to leave that place and sleep at the airport tonight. Much cleaner facilities, and much more accommodating. A refund would be greatly appreciated.

On the website it said there is breakfast. When we got here there is no breakfast. The pool is dirty, the rooms are dirty. Stains all over the carpets bathroom barely looks cleaned. We couldn’t even stay here we left and drove home instead

There was no breakfast even thou it said breakfast was included when booking. There were dry poop stains all over the bathtub and floor. No electrical outlets close to the bed. There was a nasty odor in the room. I was scared to turn down bed so I just slept on the top of the cover. I will not return to this hotel or suggest it for anyone else. All contact with staff had to be done standing outside thru a small hole in a window. The temperature outside was below freezing.

There were holes in the blankes and sheets. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling in. There were stains on the furniture. Smelled like mold in the room.would have stayed somewhere else but it was already paid for and we needed a place to sleep.

This is a run down property. The paint is chipping and cracking. The sink and faucets are rusty and never been updated. The white tub is not white anymore with years of stain and rusty spots. There were even long hair in the tub from previous guest. The toilet is not flushed well. The whole room smell like sewer water and mold. It’s not sanitary and safe to stay. I left one night earlier even though I booked 3 nights. It’s a shame that this franchise is not up to the Day’s Inn standard :(

This was absolutely the worst experience ever!! The room was absolutly disgusting does not even describe. Room shiuld have included penicillin to evennget in the bath tyb os what horrors are made from... while lookinf the bed bugs we realized the room came woth multiple roaches and hand a gun for free .. we did nit realize the room came with self protection.. wr would give this a negative 100 on all accounts we had to sit in vehicle because the room was scary !!! Bed bigs roaches galore and gun also...

One word: Horrifying. The room smelled of mildew and sewage. The sheets were stained. I could see outside under the door and the peep hole in the door was non-existent - just a tiny hole stuffed with toilet paper. There was not even a garbage can in the room and the toilet ran all night long. I will never return - avoid, avoid, avoid.

Mold on the ceiling in the shower and on the shower curtain. Sheet on the bed weren’t clean and had burn holes in them in our nonsmoking room. Pool was closed and no breakfast was offered. Just a signed that informed you of no break as you checked in.

Check-in was botched. Even though I paid with Hotels.com OneKey cash, they charged my card for the full room rate. That was later reversed after I complained, but that's not drama I'm looking for. The room itself seemed to be clean enough. I saw no visible bugs, and the AC/Heat worked fairly well (despite only having one knob instead of two -- I had to move the knob back and forth between temp control and run mode...) You are not allowed to go into the office ever; instead, check-in and check-out are through a small window with a smaller pass-through on the front wall of the office. Hotels.com listing shows free breakfast and coffeemaker in room. NEITHER of those things are present. They do have a sign posted to alert you to those things when you check-in, but I think they're banking on people showing up and not being willing to go to the trouble and effort to rebook somewhere else. Nefarious. I would not stay here again, I would not recommend. I would instead suggest staying far away, and letting Days Inn corporate know that they have a lazy, crappy franchisee in Oklahoma City.

Some things the app suggest this place has is misleading. No breakfast, internet is barely usable, sink and tub needs to be fixed. Furnishings need some attention and/or replacing. In short, they need a maintenance crew bad.

The room smelled the outlets were not in good condition the tv was from the 80’s the air conditioner was in need of replacing and the whole establishment looked to be a drug and prostitution haven! At check in the woman was not very polite. Check out she was in a better mood. Did not sleep under their covers while place was sketchy!! 1 star rating for me two stars at best! It was 3 am when we arrived and it was pouring heavy rain. The parking lot was not too close to our room so we became drenched with the downpour and there was flooding on the walkways. Once inside the room, it was a relief to get out of the weather. We were able to obtain a warm shower and a comfortable night's sleep. We were able to watch the news the next morning but breakfast was not offered as stated on the website.

The front desk person was very nice during check-in. However, the room was outdated and had no refrigerator nor microwave. We didn't want to use the shower because it was gross. We had to adjust the controls on the TV to make it work.

None of the lamps in either room worked. One room would only blow super hot air. The other room did not have any knobs to change the ac. Rooms were not clean. The door locks did not work in one of the rooms.

You could not check in at the front desk- there was a small window you had to go to. We arrived close to midnight and it took forever for someone to come to the window. I rang the door bell, called the hotel. On the window it had a list of things they did not have and encouraged you to cancel for a refund prior to checking in. Breakfast is advertised- they did not have breakfast. Once in the room, our A/C did not work. Our TV did not work. There were cigarette ashes all over the bathroom. I knew this wasn't a super nice hotel, but I didn't realize it was a pay by the hour crack hotel. This shouldn't even be advertised on hotel websites. It's very misleading. They clearly have a certain demographic they cater to, and families just needing a clean place to sleep for the night is not one of them. I will say the lady that assisted us the next day and helped us move rooms was very nice and I'm very grateful for her. She probably should work in a nicer hotel, she certainly could. But the conditions of the first night were unacceptable and disgusting. If it hadn't been so late and we were only there to sleep, we would have just cancelled and gone somewhere else. Again though- arriving late to what appeared to be "cheap" hotel- we did not expect it to be in the terrible conditions it truly was. This should not be advertised at all- and no one should stay there ever.

We thought this would be at least an OKay stay. We were mind boggled, checked in from outside in the cold through a 2"x5" hole. The bathrooms was nasty, tub barely drained, toilet felt like it would fall anytime you got up or down. Also, the bathroom vent was literally "smoking" a joint. The only saving grace, or reason we stayed (other than NO cancellations policy), Was the Lady that checked us in waived the $30 incidental hold. I won't be going back to this location, and hope they either fix it or tear it down.

You cannot go in the lobby. You have to talk to the employee through a tiny window in the side of the window. The overnight staff was rude. The comforter had cigarette holes in a non-smoking room. It smelled and was not very clean. There were a lot of stains in the entire room. It was a terrible experience.

It's a longer story than the one I am going to write. All of the staff at Days Inn were amazingly attentive to our needs. My husband and I are homeless, my husband was having knee surgery. We needed certain accommodations, they helped make that happen. We stayed for 12 days and they made sure our needs were met daily, especially housekeeping, they made sure to check on us every day. It's was a great place to stay, if you need an inexpensive accommodations due to a fixed income. We are both truly grateful for the relaxing stay. Thank you

This property was nothing like the description. No lobby but a lady behind bullet proof glass. None of the amenities listed were available! The room smelled like meth. There were prostitutes lingering around the property. At least the lady behind the glass could tell I didn’t belong there and was eager to offer a refund

The entrance to the lobby was closed and checking in was a little window next to the covered parking I guess due to the high crime situation. The sink had barely a dribble of water. I cut my stay from 2 nights to 1 night and got out of Dodge. I was back in OKC for the first time in a decade, the people in OKC were as gracious as I remember them. I do love OKC, just not this motel.

Online it said there was breakfast, and wifi when you go stand in the rain at the window to check in there's a sign saying no breakfast, no refrigerator, no microwave. The wifi password provided didn't work. I booked a non smoking room that smelled of cigarette smoke, and had the smoke detector removed.

I’ve stayed at Days Inns before and they’re usually pretty decent. This one was lesser quality than your average Motel 6. Dirty floor, bugs, stains on the sheets, a shower I didn’t want to use. You couldn’t even walk into the lobby, there was a glass window to check-in through. And there was no breakfast and the pool was not in use. I do appreciate the staff was kind during check-in and check-out and they let me cancel my second night. This motel is ok if you’re looking for a really cheap place to stay for one night, but I was not impressed.
