Rude staff.

The morning staff is great by the night staff yesterday was unusual and not pleasant.

The hot tub and pool were very smelly and cloudy. The locks on our dooor were broken. We weren’t allowed to use the side door when leaving and disabled but had to walk around the whole building to get to my car. The breakfast was a sad disappointment. The check in lady and gentleman at the front desk were very sweet and nice. The check out lady Monday morning seemed stoic and a bit grouchy. The rooms are very thin walled and we got to hear a baby cry all night the first night.

The hallway was dirty, terrible old bed and bad pillows! Coffee pot didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, lobby floor wet from people coming out of the pool. The couch in the room was filthy! I truly would not recommend the hotel to anyone

Hotel was just okay, nothing special.
