The room they checked us was filthy the toilet was nasty the shower was dirty. It had been smoked and it clearly states no smoking but it was ashes and dog hair the refrigerator was dirty it smelled like urine it was horrible. The floor was completely dirty the hallway was trashed as well as the elevator.

The hotel stunk, literally. Bad odor throughout. Toilet and feces blocking the flush (obviously not cleaned). Ran a wet washcloth over floor in kitchen area and the white rag turned black.

The carpet is in bad condition and smells like dust

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Our room was Infected with Bed Bugs! Didn't even stay in the room. Management was unwilling to do ANTHNI

This property was so unclean. The floors in the room were sticky, there was no blankets or pillows on the bed, there was marijuana odor all in the room, building, and parking lot. When I drove into the parking guests were sitting in their car’s trunks drinking beer. Very unclean and unsafe environment. Did not stay. Checked in and then right back out. Do not recommend.

There are roaches everywhere. And broken furnitures. Not a good experience.

Awful dirty with bugs leaking frig we got money back and stayed somewhere else

The room smelled like sewage. Ny toliet would not work. The heater did not work and thry neve came to check it .. you onky get towels evevry 3 day

The sink was stopped up

Room smelled terrible. The bed sheets had hair in it and dirt. The windows did not lock and the screens were gone.

The bathroom had no toilet paper and one of the beds was broken.

First the sign at the entrance said no smoking within a 100 ft of entrance yet people were smoking 10 ft of entrance, the staff was rude and unprofessional except for Millie the person who checked me in. The room smelted like urine, the carpet felt so icky I was afraid to walk on it, the bath tub had brown stains on the entire bottom off it and the toilet seat was loose, there was no remote for the TV. I will not recommend that hotel to anyone !!

If you want self service then this is the place for you. We were required to Go to the front desk to get necessities such as Klenex And toilet paper, soap etc. if not for you to receive “room service” it was either 5 or 10 dollars a day. They say they have coffee pots and kitchen packages for you to use, and even though we asked every day we never received any. This was the worst extended stay motel I have ever stayed at. Yes they had a small kitchen but without utensils or pots or dishes , what good is it? The grab and go breakfast was coffee, a dry muffin or cheap granola bar and most days the were out by 6:30 am. We were not impressed with much here at all. The only exception was the front desk clerk that went out of her way to Make us a small pot of coffee when we checked in at 11 pm at night and they couldn’t give us a kitchen package.

Outdated facility, the chair in the room looked very old, the stove burner was all rusted. Some of the front staff do not have good customer service skills. The hallway carpet looks dirty

Bathroom was not clean, seen a bug, water pressure was low!

Had to switch rooms bc the air conditioner didn't work

Room was very spacious, had a kitchenette, however it was empty, like moving into a new place. I had to leave at 4 am before they put out coffee, I asked for a coffee maker, never got one. The walls are very thin. I could hear the people all around me and those in the lobby like they were in my room. It was an ok place, but I would not stay there again.

No hot water in room... Room floor sloped so badly everything would roll off table and TV cabinet. Forced to sleep dirty with no hot water to take a bath. Housekeeping refused to change bed linens. Under the beds was filthy. Old coffee cups, old lip balm, old food and popcorn kernels. Night person did not pass on complaints to morning shift. Maintenance never came regarding the hot water as promised. It was a disaster.

The manager at your 2720 location is horrible.. she's rude her customer service is rude she's not approachable she argues with you and she makes she made me feel like s***.. she kept repeating s*** over and over like I was a kid it was the worst experience ever because of her.. short hair African American lady 67 years old badass attitude

The housekeeping staff was rude. On the day of checkou they took the liberty to open the door on the guest 30 minutes before the checkout time. The staff rudely asked the guest if they were going to leave.

Staff very cruel in response to a severe medical situation

When I arrived to check in I had been traveling for several hours and asked if i could be directed to the bathroom. I was told the hotel didn’t have public bathrooms. I was there as a guest to check in but ok… The woman at the desk, very not friendly took her time checking me in with obviously no awareness that I just asked to use a restroom. I got upstairs to the second floor headed to mh room. The entire hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. My room however seemed clean. I wasn’t there 5 minutes and heard two large dogs barking loudly from a nearby room. I tried to call the desk and the phone didn’t work. So called from my cell phone. As I’m explaining the loud dogs I am hung up on. The room appeared clean, but there was other peoples hair wrapped up in the sheet and towels. Housekeeping was at my door two hours before checkout. All in all, if these things don’t bother you, and you don’t mind horrible unfriendly customer service, and precious customers hair in your “clean” linens, the $60 for a night is probably worth it. Otherwise, keeping going to the next hotel.

There was a homeless man sleeping on the hallways floor. Guys looking in cars in the parking lot. Ended up leaving and staying elsewhere

The hotel staff is great. They are friendly and keep the property clean. The area around the hotel isn't the nicest, but I have been safe staying here.

Very run down. Smelled heavily of marajuana. Location was convenient and close to restaurants, theaters, stores.

Area did not seem safe/secure with a lot of homeless people outside as well as residents seem to be welfare or shelter hanging out in the main area lobby entrance. Room has such a strong air freshener odor we had to open both windows and put the wall unit on heat w/high fan to tolerate the smell

always had good luck with extended stay, (not this time) this property was probably nice 30 years ago. should be closed down. the only positive, target next door, and close to everything.

Okay area & place

Front desk was nice, but overall smell was disgusting, run down, very urban ghetto feel. The door getting in to my room i had to push open, then no phone to call front desk, no coffee pot, the burners on the stove were broken or didn't work.....I felt very unsafe, and would never go back. I only stayed one night, still waiting on my refund for my original weeks stay......

The staff were great. Breakfast was very good. Id definitely return.
