Breakfast was good and fresh. Fairly standard but well maintained. The suite was large and almost details were aimed at our comfort. One thing was outstanding was the shower and pressure as well as ample towel racks, something not often found in hotels. Overall, the place was good, clean and comfortable. Two suggestions, clean the windows and do a little updating.

The hotel was right across from the Chickasaw Ballpark and we were there to watch baseball game. It’s perfect location to walk across the street to catch a game and also great location for walking to many different restaurants. Toby Keith’s Bar and Grill is next door and highly recommend it.

Staff was courteous, the room was nice, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. I also think it's horrible that we were charged $24 to park in an Open parking lot that is shared with Bass Pro Shop. My Husband and I really liked the location though. We were here for a concert at the Criterion. One thing I was upset about was that both elevators were down and we were on the 5th floor. They said they had no elevator available for us to use and I had a lot of luggage that I needed to carry down 5 floors of stairs. No one offered to come up and help us with our luggage, since we were unable to use the elevator and the luggage cart. I do not plan to use this hotel again because of that inconvenience and because of the uncomfortable bed.
