Property was quiet but was having issues with flooding and their elevators weren’t working. Rooms are old and need some TLC. I waited for a while for someone to come to the front desk and check me in. When the lady finally arrived I said, ‘I didn’t think anyone was here’ then made a snarky comment about how people need to go the bathroom and how a man once pounded on the office door because she was in the back. She then proceeded to attack my character and made it super awkward finally saying that she doesn’t understand young people.

The pool that is advertised, is not even filled. It has about 6 inches of green water. The breakfast was a joke. Waffles, hard biscuits, gravy, twinkies, and ding dong little debbie snacks. The elevator had a very strong smell of Raid. Shower was coming off the wall. Only 1 washer and dryer to use. It was well over 95°F where the washer and dryer are. Stay far away from this hotel.

The hotel seems run down. Needs renovations. Pool was empty so couldn't use. Laundry area was super hot. Not many breakfast options. Still haven't received $50 deposit. I called hotel twice and said I should've received it but my credit card company said they haven't submitted credit.

If no star was possible, I would leave that. Thankfully we were only staying for one night but it was the dirtiest room I have EVER stayed in. There was mold in the bathroom, mold in the pictures and lamp shades, door trim was coming off and the wall next to it was falling apart. I couldn’t even return the room key to the main lobby because the doors were locked. The dude at the desk was still sleeping. I had to call the hotel. I made sure I was getting my $50 deposit back to my credit card and made him aware of how nasty the room is. I even took pictures when we checked in, for proof. DON’T EVER stay here, even if it’s just for a night. $75 is not worth it for this Sh*t hole!

Check in was at 3 I got my key and went to my room and it was still being cleaned so I waited 40 mins and it still wasn’t ready so I went to the lobby and asked for a new room and the man at the desk said he needed a reason to move me I said “well for starters my rooms isn’t ready” so he started checking paperwork I also said “could I have a room in the ground floor I’m in a lot of pain” he said he only had king beds I said that was fine… well I still got put in the 3rd floor and I’m thankful for the maintenance man who overheard the conversation and let me know there was an elevator because the man behind the desk didn’t tell me…. So I get to the room and took pictures of things that were broken so I can get my deposit back… the room is gross the back of the bathroom door I don’t think gets cleaned the tub is covered with scum and there is hair everywhere I know it’s a $80 room but come on the complementary shampoo and soap are half full bulbs are out but I just can’t get over the hair in the tub, shower walls it’s just bad.

My room was very dirty there was hair all over the bed the bathroom was disgusting there was crockroaches all over the bathroom floor I told the receptionist to please change my room beacause how dirty it was he seemed not to care but did ended up changing my room,but later someone tried to go in my room as they had giving them the room the just changed me too ,sleeping at night was impossible people will stand near my door and talk super loud at night the place feels super unsafe would never recommend for anyone to stay here it not even worth the price

We had to give a 50$ cash deposit even though we booked through Expedia! It was refundable, I usually don’t carry cash so I was concerned when they told me I could not check in until I paid the deposit! Luckily they let me deposit 43$ instead of making me go to an atm! Our room was NOT clean! It had dust and dirt on all baseboards! There was blood splatter from needle use on the bathroom ceiling and mirror! We brought our own bedding and I was glad I did! Sad part was I didn’t notice how bad it was until I got back from a concert and actually had time to look at the room!

Employees were rude and disrespectful. Our rooms were never cleaned and we stayed over a week. We had to go to the front desk every day to get fresh towels. In one room there was no working TV and the chair was broke. In the other room the deadbolt did not work on the door. And both rooms lacked a working fire alarm. Additionally, they charged my card the NIGHT BEFORE I was due to check in, even though I stated I would pay cash when I got there and marked pay when arrive on the hotels.com site. This has been our hotel of choice for almost ten years when we come to Tulsa because it has always been safe, clean, close to the expo, and reasonably priced. We will not be back and will stay somewhere else moving forward.

This is definitely one of those motels people also live in. It was decently clean and the staff were friendly. But had I known the area would have loud street racing and residents being loud outside I would have booked elsewhere. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday, Saturday night was much better than Friday with the noise.

No where did i see where i would have to pay a $50deposit. I thought i saw where they had24 hr check in. Lobby door was locked and curtain was drawn and could no safly return key or ask about deposit. Waiting to see if thet credit my card. First of all, they cancel your key card every day! We paid for 3 nights. They gave our room to someone else and when we came back there was a pair of panties in our cooler! And beer in our refrigerator! They gave us another room so we had to move all our crap to another room. Then they cancelled our key card again, every evening!! It was horrible! Didn't give us part of our money back or anything else.

Upon checking in i was told there would be an additional 50.00 deposit required. When I asked what this was for he told me it was to ensure the room was left clean. He then proceeded to charge my credit card the 50.00, separate from the room charges. He told me that I would receive that money back as long as nothing was damaged in the room. I’m not sure why and how they can get away with telling u this at check in and not before then. I will be watching for the credit on my card as I do not believe him. The room was decent, however we were given 3 TINY pillows for a king bed and when we stopped the second night to ask for additional pillows and clean towels he advised that he would have to bring them to our room. Over an hour later he never came. We will not be staying here again.

The front desk treated me poorly. I showed up and couldn’t find the desk. She was extremely unhelpful when I called to ask. I made this reservation to help with access for my dog. They gave me a room that wouldn’t work, and had no accommodations despite it not being full. When I asked for the first floor, she didn’t even bother to actually look, just immediately told me no. I ended up having to leave without being able to stay in my room. People standing around every where outside. Did not feel safe at all. Lost out on money. Not accommodating AT ALL. I will NEVER use this hotel again!

When I first arrived, it was hard to find out where I needed to go because they had signed saying go here, then go there, and I got lost. Just trying to find the front desk. The lady at the front desk, whoever the overnight shift is June 3 2024 Obviously hates her job. She spoken a tone that was disrespectful. She was talking to me like I was every encounter that I saw she had that demeanor. She wouldn’t stand up at all, not to greet me, not even to tell the gentleman that he wasn’t allowed to have his dog in the breakfast area She just yelled. I’m never to leave a bad review because I know some people are just doing their job, but this woman was not doing her job well at all. She would barely look at me And was sitting the entire time. I understand if there’s a medical condition that requires her to sit, but if that’s the case and her tone should be completely different because it looks like she she just hates her job and doesn’t wanna be here. I said if I didn’t feel like she was talking to me like I was, but since she did that, I felt like I should leave an honest review

When we checked in, front desk demanded $50 deposit. That was not mentioned on website. First night was like a biker rally. Bikes going bloom, bloom all night. 2nd day, nobody came in to clean or make bed. Coffee and breakfast were terrible. You get what you pay.

Just an overnight stop on a long drive home, hotel was fine just too many local people hanging around the parking lot after 11:00pm. Lots of loud talking and walking back and forth by my window (1st floor) and between the cars in the parking lot. I was too tired to complain to office but they should have been aware if they were monitoring cameras.

We had a great experience! I loved the spacious rooms, the pool was great and my son loved the basket court! The breakfast was great and actually had protein and warm food. The only negative I had was the bed mattress. I prefer soft and it was pretty hard. We will definitely stay again!

Was easy to access from freeway & had adequate parking. Room was clean & linens were fresh, so that was a plus. However the “hot” breakfast was not. Juice machine wasn’t working. Waffle maker was old & took too long to heat up. Milk was not restocked when low. Only fruit available was tangerines. No apples or bananas or anything else. Biscuits & gravy was Luke warm at best. Water dispenser did not work. Not very appetizing at all. When staff was asked for replenishment they acted put out to service customers. Bathroom had an out of order sign on it. All in all room was ok but would not stay here again.

It just felt a little sketchy. The elevator areas had huge holes missing in the ceiling and broken appliances. The elevator itself was quite cleanly. The dining for breakfast was incredibly limited. Breakfast was 6:30-9:30 and we went down around 8. There was a few biscuits left for biscuits and gravy and a little bit of waffle mix. No syrup, jelly, honey, or even milk (that we found). There was some oranges but that was the extent of any fresh fruit.

The room was fine, but the breakfast offerings went downhill after the first of 5 breakfasts. After the first the refrigerated egg and muffin offerings along with fresh fruit never appeared again. The biscuits and gravy seemed to be the same ‘slip’ reheated each morning. On the last day even the orange juice ran out. The hotel was otherwise fine, but don’t buy high expectations on the breakfast.

Really poor property; at best one star. Check in went ok, but the room had not been entirely cleaned (still had someone else’s food in the refrigerator). Tub and shower faucets leaking…very noisy. “Free Breakfast” had to be the most miserable I’ve seen…no fruit, muffins, limited coffee. So waffles and biscuits and gravy. Juice machine broken. We paid cheap, and still got even less..
