Best Western Tulsa Airport

The room rate is over price for the area and the amenities. Way over price. Breakfast was ok but the eggs were chucky like rock but not hard and watery, pre-cooked. The pool was not ready for swimming. Tractor trailers in the same parking lot. Best Western is always a hit or miss, it depends on the location.

Susan & Danny at the front desk were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. The room smelled like urine and they offered no assistance, only said “don’t know what to tell you”. A room change was never offered and they wouldn’t send the cleaning lady to my room. Stay away from this place they’re running a scam.

I didn't eat the breakfast there. The building is terrible with direction. Verify hard to find the stairs to the second floor at night. The main problem is that I reserved a double bed with no smoking and they gave me the smoking room. When I called the front desk, they said that is the only room left for the night. So, I asked to speak to the Manager and they finally 5 minutes later, he said they do have a room with nonsmoking. That is horrible after I'm saying I need my refund.
