I've stayed at Woodspring Suites several times within the past several years & I've NEVER been disappointed! The service from W.S. staff is fabulous [very personable], the room has a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave & 2-burner electric cooktop with ample cabinets! Plus extended cable TV & good size bathroom! Very affordable, under $100!

Property manager has and attitude, doesn’t like to listen to the customers concerns the Wi-Fi sucks they dogs scratch where yu can hear next door they don’t ask to clean your room cost more for towels just sick to me

Old appliances, only 2 tiny pillows on the double bed, only allowed 2 towels and 2 wash clothes - not allowed more than that. No one answering for the desk on the phone and would not fix the problem until actual desk hours.

My check in was good. But I had no television all of my stay. I called for help, Monique said she would leave maintenance a message but no one came. I called a total of three times and no one would answer the phone. The handle kept popping off the kitchen faucet and water spraying all over, the lighting was terrible, I couldn’t see to read, the toilet paper bracket kept falling dropping the paper on the floor, the bed linen smelled horrible, the bed pillows stank to high heaven. The properties are not being kept very well. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

It's a good place to sleep. The toilet had issues, it always seemed to be running, I tried to fix it to no avail. When I used it, it acted as if it was plugged up, didn't "flush" per se, but also didn't flood. There was no toilet paper holder. The beds were reminiscent of cots I've slept on at get-togethers. The tv was meh, the remote didn't power on/off the tv. There were no USB connections to easily charge your phone, something I have become used to seeing in hotels. I mean, there were plenty of things that weren't great about it, but it was clean, the bed was sleep able, and in the end, that's all I ever need in a hotel. Oh, and the full size fridge worked w/o issue.

I did not see any other shady hotel as this one. The entire hotel smells of Marijuana and there are homeless people all around the hotel, and the room was not even cleaned including bathroom as there were stains all in the bathtub. I did cut short my booking by a day because how dirty and unsafe this hotel is.

Friendly welcoming staff But the 2 rooms I was in was so humid hot that we had to run the ac on a low temp and than I was freezing couldn’t get comfortable, the beds are not comfortable, both rooms I was in the floors were nasty. The 2nd room the microwave had rust the outside of the fridge had lots of rust and the walls were covered dust. And the wall by the stove was splattered with old food.

This place was really bad. The room was nasty. Toilet seat broken off and fecal matter all on the bottom of it. Floor was greasy and you would slide as you walked. Bathroom counters had stains. It was gross. I won’t even go into the lack of professionalism by the manager but it was on par with the rest of the circus. It’s a homeless camp with a proper name at best.

HORRIBLE! Room was disgusting with mold. Light bulbs burnt out, linens need to be thrown away, shorter towels & worst of all TERRIBLE customer service! I was out if the room for long 16-18 days…so I called to have someone drop off some clean towels. The guy I spoke to said twice…”I’ll see what I can do”!!!! I told him what he could do was simply take towels (A FULL SET UNLIKE WHAT THE ROOM STARTED WITH!) to my room. NOTHING! Not a call back, no towels, etc. This is a totally unprofessional way to do business!!! So if asked what you could do, refunding at least HALF of the charges would be the bare minimum start. But whomever reads this (IF ALL ALL!) won’t care to make things right anyhow! As of now, you lost a customer that will tell everyone they know NOT to stat at you hotel…the Tulsa specific & any other!!!

No power in rooms from outlets, had to run extention cords to maintain tv etc. Beds were uncomfortable and not solid i used a reward that night. There was no rooms avail to change too . Animals barked alot on the floors, smells in hallways and rooms were sewerish smell

The shower had high pressure so it felt like razor blades trying to shower; the shower head has water spraying out which I had to put a towel over to prevent water from going everywhere. The shower curtains would not stay closed and this also contributed to water being everywhere. Also no ventilation, after each shower the room was very humid and sticky and I constantly had to keep the window open. Good thing about the window is there was a screen on it. I got a non smoking room but there was a dingy smell to the room. The bed is very squeaky so every turn you make it squeaks. The toilet was not bolted down so I had to be careful using the bathroom. Other than the information above it was pretty quiet and the workers were nice. 2.5/5 stars.

Stayed for 2 weeks for a horse show. The trash by the dumpster was everywhere. The floor of our room was sticky. Make sure to buy the linen program for towels.

I've stayed at Woodspring Suites several times off & on since 2022 & each time [including most recent], the property was clean, front desk staff were EXTREMELY friendly, helpful & professional. Plus, the housekeeping staff did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning & supplying my room with towels & fresh linen! Worth EVERY penny I spent!

For many years now, I frequently stay in hotels due to business. This one was BY FAR the absolute worst one I have ever stayed in. And I didnt even get a chance to walk into the room! I had booked a double queen a few mins prior to arriving. When i walked in to check in, the lady proceed to tell me that they didnt have any double queens available. I explained to her that wouldnt be a problem, i didnt mind downgrading to a single bed. She refused to put me in a room without ANOTHER payment. She made racial remarks and told me i was out of luck. I asked for a refund, she said it wasnt her problem to contact hotels.com. i have never in my life been treated this way by a business i was trying to do business with. Ever. Luckily the incredible team at hotels.com quickly refunded my money before i made it to the next hotel down the interstate. I will NEVER stay at this chain again. Ever.

Nobody at front desk for check in. I picked up the phone in lobby and called number for assistance and no answer. There was homeless walking around parking lot and camped up behind building at the pond. Overall -5/10.

Treated poorly by staff trying to check in. Multiple drug deals were witnessed in the parking lot as well as people trying to get in cars. After the room was found to be dirty I left immediately. Was promised a full refund that I haven’t received yet.
