It has a clean and quiet room. Free parking but no complimentary breakfast.

Website states there is a pool. There is no pool. :(

Although it was a good location for our purposes, the bar and kitchen were closed for 5 days that we were there due to lack of staff. The staff that were there were friendly but could not help us with bar, restaurant, etc. On our last day, there was NO WATER. It is doubtful that we would stay here again.

Do you want a swimming pool? Free breakfast? Don’t book this hotel. Gym is great and area is great. Staff was slow.

Timely check in. The room is a good size and the bed is comfortable. Fitness center is adequate. Parking is easy Fridge and microwave in room with keurig coffee. I decided to stay for another day

Staff is so accommodating (Jade, Kate, Nick, Jennifer, Christian... just a few) the accommodations and amenities are nice , but she needs some attention. Side secured access door does not lock. Card reader functions, hardware mechanism doesn't latch/lock. Very important, false sense of security

Poor training of front desk staff. Upon arrival the check-in clerk could not check me in had had to get someone else from the back who came out and was nothing but bad news at every junction. 1st, she advised me when I asked to have my Hilton Honors number put in, that this property would not accept it as I had booked my stay thru a 3rd party ( hotels.com ) 2nd, I asked about the nice lobby bar only to be told it is closed due to lack of staff. 3rd, I asked about breakfast for the next morning only to be told I was not eligible again as I had booked via hotels.com ( I travel globally & in U.S. and have never been denied breakfast ) 4th, upon arriving in my room noticed it was a dog eared, worn out without torn wall paper handicapped room. 5th, doors did not appear to have dampeners which meant all the room doors up and down hallway from me were slamming loudly well into the night. 6th, after I left property next day, I received a text notification from my bank that the hotel just posted a $16.00 charge to my credit card. I called front desk and asked what the charge was for and she said "Bar". I reminded her that the bar was closed and she laughed and said no worries I will remove it. ( still waiting on that ) very strange as it seemed to her like a routine happening which most people probably overlook or miss this extra charge and just pay it. 7th, lobby was not swept up and had dirt and leaf debris tracked in from the front door - overall this property does not

The walls in our room were so thin. The first night we could hear our neighbors having s*x, those people checked out. Second night was great! Third night I heard the neighbors fighting and I was a little nervous. I have my 11 year old with me for a sports event. Also my room smelled pretty funky. I will say the staff is extremely friendly though. Also in the Google photos it shows a pool - it's one of the reasons I picked this place but there is no longer a pool 😑

Very service oriented staff. Liked the bar and available kitchen. Gym is better than most. Could have some hand sanitizer stations available.

Bathroom tub definitely was not cleaned/disinfected; looked like dirty shoe prints at the bottom of it. Also, fan in bathroom was not very strong, taking showers fogged mirror very quickly.

Filthy. Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Pretty disgusting to find mascara eyelash marks on the pillow. The sink had soap and hair in it. The area surrounding the faucet and the toilet seat had orange filth residue. The toilet seat was broken. The room key cards had so many oily finger prints on them from prior use so they’re not getting sanitized. Really gross. Whoever the GM is should be fired. I’m really annoyed that I paid so much for this. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat breakfast considering how filthy the room was. I imagine the kitchen is the same.

The hotel lobby looks new and cosy. But we were disappointed when we’re in our room. The room is dated, carpet is dirty and smell like animal excrete. I got beaten by bed bugs, on my back. I don’t have time to complain as we were in hurry to leave in the morning. I was disappointed because Hilton is supposed to have a good reputation and this particular one was a bad experience for us We even noticed that the bathroom faucet was turned almost off .. my husband discovered it when I was about to complain. We were so tired that night and was looking forward for a good sleep When I woke up in the morning.my back was so itchy. My husband noticed several bed bug bites. I have to write this review so other customer will be warned about it.

Room was dirty and we didn’t stay the first night but they declined to refund me and my husband for the night we didn’t even stay there! It was FILTHY!

Hotel needs an upgrade. Lobby was nice. Rooms, not so much. Chipping paint, hair in the bathtub and Ants in the bathroom! Bed was comfortable but definitely checked for bed bugs just in case after finding ants in the bathroom. Breakfast seemed nice but wish there were grab and go items (yogurt etc) so you wouldn’t have to sit down with a plate. Otherwise good stay but likely won’t stay again.

The bed was wonderful, but the room was a little long in the tooth. Not much, but needed a new rug and maybe a little clean up in the bathroom.

The noise from the in-room mechanical apparatuses was totally unacceptable. The refrigerator and HVAC and a running toilet were terrible. In addition, the coffee maker did not work.

This Hilton was a bit dated, but clean. We arrived an hour early and wanted to inquire about an early check in and the front receptionist seemed perturbed about this. So no early check in.The “restaurant” is a buffet style setup that seems to be provided by the other Hilton adjacent from the Garden Inn. No garden that was observed and the view is of a parking lot. We would not stay here again, but on the fly it wasn’t that bad and it was clean.

The room was clean and fairly comfortable although the decor was bleak and the lighting was terrible. The HVAC was really noisy even on low fan setting. On arrival I was told that housekeeping was every other day, but I stayed three days and never had housekeeping. I mentioned it to Front Desk and they apologized and had no explanation. It's reasonably priced for a good sized quiet room, so I would consider staying again in spite of the negative aspects.

Overall I had a decent stay here. The hotel and property was clean. Felt safe as a solo female traveler. I was disappointed in how thin the walls were. I could hear my neighbors conversation and their TV very clearly while trying to sleep. There was also a discrepancy with the pet fee. Over the phone I was told $35 for my two dogs. Then upon check-in I was told $75. In the end, I was charged the $35 with some other pet deposit for a total of about $53. So still waiting to see if I’ll receive some of that money back. I probably wouldn’t stay here again if in the area due to the thin walls and pet fees.

Many maintenance issues were present with the room. I fixed some immediately and maintenance promptly fixed the rest the next day.

We continue to stay at this hotel for soccer games and I’m going to make a serious recommendation to our club not too anymore. The Wi-Fi never works. Yesterday half our team couldn’t check in because the Wi-Fi and Internet was down. Today half of our team could get late check out the other half couldn’t. Last night half couldn’t check in due to problems with technology and missed our team dinner while sitting in cold wet uniforms. Ordered breakfast side of eggs and bacon and they forgot. Had to ask more than once and over 30 mins went by. Faucet in our bathroom was broken and it smelled like mold. And when we complain to the staff they don’t seem to care. Hilton do better. Totally not worth staying here just for Hilton points which apparently I don’t get because I used Expedia to book it. Go elsewhere.

The service team was wonderful, but was in room 420 . This room was next to a service room or mechanical room, hear buzzing after 12:30 AM in the morning. Look for Sandy Boulevard.

We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get around. Staff was great.

The young woman at the front desk was very professional and friendly. She greets me each time i stay there and remembers me. She is able to multitask, check in, answer the phone, and field questions all while maintaining her courtesy and service.

The system was not working. Waited hours in the lobby before we could check in.

They oversale the room, so I was being sent to another hotel at 12 am. We called at 4 pm to inform them about the late check in and was told the room will be reserved! They didnt inform the other hotel that we have two nights booking, so the next day we're being kicked out by other hotel. We went back to the hotel and requested another room again. Dont recommend this hotel, the staff is unprofessional

The only problem was at check-in we stood for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to come help us. We could hear them in the back chatting and laughing. Finally 3 of them came out at once to check us in.

Jade was excellent and I was allowed to check in early and check out late which was so helpful.

Fourth visit staying here and probably last. No hot water on Saturday morning for showers and the people in the room next to us were so noisy. When asked front desk about shower and noise was totally ignored by front desk girl who more or less told me tough luck! Shame, it’s not the greatest hotel but clean and convenient and surrounded by other hotels, Will probably stay in one of those next time!

I absolutely loved this place. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was decent. $12 for the buffet. Not bad. The staff was responsive and cannot beat the location. Great value. This will be my spot whenever I have to go to Portland. Can you dig it?

Check in and out was easy, everybody was friendly, the breakfast is not free but it tasted fine. Easy free parking and dog-friendly so it was a good spot for us.

Food options were more limited than advertised and market purchases were exorbitant.

We enjoyed the spacious room and convenience to our location. The dining option was a disappointment. The choices were like we could have gotten at a fast food place.

The property and room were fine, but the service was inadequate. There was no room cleaning and so towels, soap, disposal of trash , toilet paper and cups all had to be requested from the front desk during our four night stay. The breakfast was overpriced and food dishes were not refilled on a timely basis.

The hotel is conveniently located off Hwy 26. The restaurant was surprisingly good—I had a Caesar salad with grilled salmon, which was tasty and cooked just right. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities overall were clean and modern. I needed to be extend my stay, and staff were able to accommodate my needs with ease.

The breakfast experience at Hilton Garden Inn in Beaverton was, without a doubt, the worst part of our stay. It was incredibly uncomfortable and disrespectful. Staff hovered over us while we tried to grab basic breakfast items, and we felt like we were being watched the whole time. The options were extremely limited, and when we requested simple things like egg whites, the staff refused and insisted on only whole eggs. Every time we tried to ask for something, it was either declined or we were made to feel uncomfortable. The whole process was unpleasant and made us dread breakfast every day. If the staff had been friendlier or more accommodating, we might have been able to overlook other things like the noisy air conditioning or the lack of a safe in the room. But the rude staff and the way breakfast was handled made this a stay we won’t forget for all the wrong reasons.

Well the Hilton was comfortable place to stay . Checkin was SLOW . However watch out for the Breakfast. We prepaid , handed the gal the voucher yet still found an extra 30.00 Charge on our Credit Card . Still trying to resolve this total incompetence with the Hilton
