Never had hot water... And they wouldn't give me complication. It was out most of the day and all night. They could have said something when i checked in I stay here every year in the summer I won't be back

Great salt water indoor swimming pool and spa! There is a really great spread for breakfast and very friendly staff. Our room was clean and quiet, and conveniently located for our needs.

Front desk staff both morning and evening were pleasant and helpful. Nice size pet area but it is all dirt and no grass. Out of waste disposal bags, told the staff in the evening and still not replenished in the morning. Breakfast had a good selection and the attendant was friendly!

Hotel was clean, pool was open for adults only from 10-11, and a really great breakfast! No elevators, so traipsing down the stairs with heavy luggage was not fun. The workout facility had broken equipment and the tv did not work. I would stay here again when visiting the Bend area

Our shower had mold on ceiling. Walls were filthy. Floor had stains. The waffle maker in the breakfast area had caked on crud from 10 years ago and the light feature above waffle maker was just as covered in grease and crud. Eggs were gritty. Pool area was ok. Hot tub kept making odd noises of water trying to go through the pipes

Staff was amazing and very apologetic about the situation, but the first room we arrived in was a mess. There was hair in the tub, the sink was not cleaned, and the whole room was not vacuumed. Again service was great, they upgraded us to a Queen suite, but still it was a little messy but better than the previous room. But in the suite, the shower head was on its last life as well as the vent in the bathroom had severe lint build up.

When first entering our non-smoking room, we were greeted with the smell of cigarette odor. There apparently was an attempt to cover the oder with a deodorizer (something like Lysol or similar), but the odor was still present. The room carpet had multiple stains on it. The next morning there was absolutely no hot water, so my wife and I had to take a cold shower. When we expressed our disappointment with young woman at the front desk, she informed us that the facility was having issues with the boiler. She also stated that we were entitled to some sort of discount for the room, but that she did not have the authority to give us one. She suggested that we report the problems with Expedia (which we did). In short, the quality of our stay did not meet our expectations of La Quinta Inns. We stayed at much nicer La Quinta Inns in the past.

I have stayed at La Quinta several times over the years when doing a road trip to CA and back to WA. All previous stays were great. This time I woke up at 12:30 am to bug bites of some kind on various parts of my body. I am still feeling miserable from them. I did tell a staff member so that particular room could be accessed for any problems.

The WiFi was terrible. It kept disconnecting and was slow, at best. Our tub was so old, there was visible bondo for the large crack. Please don’t respond to the review with your cut and paste answer that you give to everyone. It’s disingenuous and shows that you have absolutely no interest in making your hotel better. For the price I paid, I expected more. I should have stayed somewhere else.

The room was clean and well appointed. The hall and common areas were a little dated. There isn't an elevator, so if you have mobility issues then request a 2nd floor room which is the main floor- the first floor is in the basement and the 3rd floor is up a floor The parking lot at one end is dirty/gravel near the entrance - though the rest is paved - so would also request a room near the middle or towards the front so you can go in the main entrance

Room had an interesting smell. We stayed two nights and cleaning the room had to be requested - when we did request it, they never refilled the body wash (which was empty when we first got there and we specifically requested it to be refilled) and they didn't make the beds (not a huge deal just something more standard in hotel cleanings I thought). Pillows were flimsy and small - they smushed them into squares which I thought was odd. Pool was decent and warm so that was probably the best part.

Jackson at the front desk was very nice, apologized for the wait as there was a line, and was very helpful in making sure I had a 1st floor room as my mom has difficulty with stairs and there is not an elevator. Very pleased with staff.

I am not rating the stay because we did not end up staying. We were turned down at the last minute, late at night, when we were so tired from the drive and our sports meet. It was frustrating that all the receptionist told us they had no other room for us after not checking that the room they booked us in was not prepared and ready. I even confirmed online ahead of time to ensure the security of the booking. Please revisit your process. I hope our experience will not be reciprocated to other families because it was no fun trying to figure out where to stay then.

Great location. Jackson at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Wish we could've gotten in the room on time. Each room has microwave and fridge. Other room did not have freezer in the room. Bathroom wasn't as clean as rest of the room.

Customer service is lacking at this property. Checked in after 8pm and no one was at the front desk. Found out it was the manager that worked the front and he was gone multiple times. My kids fell at the pool multiple times and I wanted to file an incident report because one fell on his head. Manager would not do one. He told me they just redid the pool. Pool was way too slippery. Some parts had texture and other parts were smooth. Manager didn’t care. He just assumed my kids were running. Would not stay due to staff lacking any empathy and any customer service.

The only thing I liked was the ample parking. The hotel was way overpriced. No elevator and the stairs to the lower floor were steep and creepy. It was like our room was underground! The carpet was gross. I thought I could smell dog as all rooms are pet friendly...Really needs to be upgraded! It says it's close to the Hayden Home Amphitheater but it is not very convenient. Breakfast was just ok.

Hotel was very expensive and we definitely didn’t get what we payed for. We were looking forward to a nice sit in the hot tub after a 450 mile motorcycle only to be told it was broken. Breakfast was also limited and very disappointing. We will not be staying here again.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I chose it due to its proximity to places I wanted to see and also for the indoor pool. The staff at check-in and check-out were great: very friendly and check-in/out were quick. The hotel was quiet and we were not disturbed by loud guests or road noise. The pool area was clean, plenty of towels were available and we enjoyed our pool time a lot. Our room had 2 queen beds; my nephews said their bed was comfortable but my bed felt like a half deflated air mattress, there was no support on the sides (exactly like sitting on an air mattress) and the middle was lumpy/squishy so I had rough nights sleeping but the guys said they slept great. The shower knob to turn on/off the water was so tight it was very, very difficult to operate (room 314); the boys couldn’t do it, I barely could and, I feel like an elderly or weak person may not be able to. Breakfast was humble: waffle maker (yay!), cereal, microwave scrambled eggs and sausage, yogurt, oatmeal packets and bread items. Coffee and milk to drink, no juices or other beverages. The hotel is across the street from a Walmart and outlet shopping plus several restaurants plus it shares a parking lot (so to speak, you don’t have to get on the roadway) with a highly reviewed Sports Pub and 2 gas stations and in very close proximity to the Old Mill District. I would probably stay here again for the pool.
