$20. Extra fee for each hour you were early. $30 extra if you weren't out before 11:00. Kind of annoying. Check out was usually at 11. Maybe a result of arriving early ... Breakfast was nice. Biscuits fresh and fluffy. Bedspread a bit worn. We thought there was something on it at first. Just wearing out. We did enjoy the mountain view . Staff was very polite .

Room was clean, However the front desk clerk could of been a little more friendlier and smiled a little as well as spoke up a little bit louder and more clearly.

We stayed at the Quality Inn in Bend for a weekend tournament at Big Sky Park and had a good experience. The hotel was clean, the rooms were quiet, and the bed was comfortable after long days at the fields. Our room also had a view of the mountains, which was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was really convenient. It was close to plenty of shops and restaurants, and only about 15 minutes from Big Sky Park, which made getting back and forth for the tournament easy. The pool was a little smaller than we expected. We were the only ones using it when we went in, so it worked out great, but a large group came in after we left and it got pretty packed. The breakfast area being located in the lobby was a little different, and the kids weren’t big fans, but it had the usual breakfast options and was convenient to grab something before heading out. This was a clean, comfortable place to stay with friendly service and a great location. Far from luxury but it was exactly what we needed for a tournament weekend.

Rude staff. Reserved room with king bed and sleeper sofa. No linens for sleeper and when requested them for children was told the hotel was full and they had no linens. Said if I wanted a room for four I should have made sure my reservation said that. Only got linens after I asked for cancellation and refund. Horribly overpriced for how drab and old it is. Mattress broken down. Four throw-size pillows for a king bed. Would suggest anywhere else if looking for a room in northern Bend.
